"For the record, I am Otanz. I am here on orders to wipe out just a little fragment of this city. We want to take this slowly and steadily. Greetings humans!!!!'' Otanz exclaimed loudly as he laughed hysterically.
"Fuck. Where the hell is Kelvin? We've got to call Oscar over." Henry muttered to himself in frustration.
Otanz levitated slowly above the ground and grinned widely at him. Henry looked around and could feel the dark energy that was emanating from their new big friend.
"Everyone out of here!! Immediately!!!'' Henry exclaimed loudly and everyone began to run away. Otanz smiled widely as he saw them scramble for safety.
"You humans deserve death. It is only a privilege that we are the ones to give this death. This would be painless if you are not running. Stand still and await your death. I would go brutal if I have to play a nasty chase with you humans." Otanz said from above.
But his words were nothing but carried by the wind in vain. No one wanted death and as such a painless death was still out of wish. Everyone wanted to live.
Moreover dying in the hands of an Arch Demon was not what anyone wished their enemies. A death in their hands was going to be bizarre and painful. Painless he said?? He should have Gruesome death. That was what their killings seemed like.
Henry ran with all the energy his legs could muster and he did not stop for once. His aim was simple. If he could drag the Arch Demon and lure him to a secluded area, he could use the Amonion Shooter.
The Amonion Shooter was a deadly weapon processed by dark energies. To be specific it was an A rank weapon that played a similar role to the Amour tank. Only that this weapon was controlled by one person and was not as large as an Amour tank.
Henry ran forward expecting to see Kelvin coming his way. For some reason, he had not seen Kelvin even though their van was just a block away. But then he saw the reason why.
"Dammit!!! There are demons out too!!'' someone exclaimed in shock.
This was not good. Demons were lurking in front of them and the Arch Demon was towering above them from behind. There was about fifty of the demons. Henry thought lightly.
"The fucking tragedy is that my men are armless. They can't defend themselves against the fucking demons. They are fucking armless. How the fuck do we defend ourselves against the demons and the Arch Demon if we are screwed!!!'' Henry thought to himself.
He turned sharply and looked at the other soldiers. They stared at him expecting him to use his brain like he always did. But what they did not know was that this case was beyond his scope. If there was anything like survival that would be if the Dark Angels showed up. But they weren't and that made the situation worse.
"Damn those Angels. All the same. In the name if saving us from the fate given to us by the Gods, they only try to buy our faith and then trash us like cans." Henry said in anger.
He had not realised how much faith they had put in these Dark Angels until now. But even now he had also seen how cruel minded they were.
He turned back and pulled the trigger of his guns. The bullets shot sporadically at the demons but the demons were not dying instantly. They were not as weak as the E rank demons they had faced before.
"Damn!! To forget that these are the army of the Arch Demon himself. They should be A rank demons. Fuck!!'' he muttered in frustration and shock etched on his face as he looked at his gun.
<5% remaining.>
"And now this!!! What sort if bad luck is this? Now we are totally defenseless. We can't even play defensive in this mess. We can't escape either. Fuck!!'' Henry exclaimed in anger.
He stopped shooting and noticed that he had only killed four demons. He tilted his head and saw Otanz still hovering above them.
"Wonder why he hasn't taken a shot yet. What the fuck is he waiting for?! End this already!!!'' he thought to himself as he clenched his fists tightly.
"Everyone!!!'' Henry called out. They all turned to look at him in fear. They knew they were fucked up. His arms were up and so were theirs.
"This is a call to remind you that we all signed up to die for humanity. We signed up to protect humanity at all costs. We signed up to fight no matter what." he paused as he felt their lighted spirit.
"But I'm sorry to say..." tension wrapped around them totally and all they could do was to imagine the tragedy that would be spoken.
"...we shall win this by force. The Dark Angels have abandoned us. They have left us to wallow as Licifer's test pawns. But we will conquer in any way we can." Henry said and grinned devilishly.
"Every human!!!! Out here to protect us!!! You have your weapons. Put them to good use!!!!'' Henry exclaimed loudly.
Everyone stared at him in shock. Was he serious about this? How could he endanger the lives of the humans to protect theirs? Was he that eager to live? That was a cruel command.
"But sir you would be endangering their lives." a soldier said to him but he turned sharply to stare at him.
"That's our only hope of defeating this monsters. If we lay defenseless, we would be killed and so would they." Henry stated.
"Once they engage the demons, it will buy us enough time to get to the van and get our arms. That said, we will endanger their lives much. Once we return, they will return back while we will finish the job." Henry explained.
"Foolish humans. I gave the chance to give your shot but you did nothing." Otanz said and smiled.
"Now feel my wrath. Tiger Flames!!!'' Otanz said and summoned a deadly looking flame that had the head of a tiger. It roared fiercely as it shimmered lightly.
Henry looked up.
"What the fuck." he muttered in shock.
