After a silent 'hello', Reyand says, "Hello, officer, my name is Reyand, and they are my party members." We called them majestic. We lost our way and started telling every detail of what happened and everything that happened to them. The officer said, "Oh, you are adventurers," and he said that he got those travellers who move from one village to another village because of floods, held hostage by a monster. When we came here, we found a cage where small human, elven, and dwarven kids were kept captive, but now all are safe.
Angele said, "It's good. But what happens to kids?" The officer said, "Elves and dwarves go to their respective countries, and the human kid will be located in an orphanage controlled by the goddess temple foundation." After some time with the military official, they come to the holiness town, the second biggest town of the empire after its capital. They enter the Temple foundation, a big temple of goddesses with lots of other small buildings around them
The Reyand and his team come, and after their treatment, a big official with white hair and a skinny collar wearing a white shirt and coat over it comes to the majestic. "My name is Alex. I am a noble of the town and want to thank you for protecting people." Majestic acknowledged, and then Alex said, "We want to give the reward of 700 gold to all of you." Adam said in shock, "700 gold?" Alex said, "Yes." Reyand said, "Thank you for the reward." Alex said, "No, we want to thank you."
Helena said, "What happened to the kids?" Alex said, "They are in our housing orphanage." Then his eye looked at the baby, and he said, "Miss, your child is cute." Then Jasmine interrupted, "He is not her kid; he is also a kid whose parents died in the forest by the monster." Alex said, "Sorry, how cruel. He is so little, but please visit the orphan; we will take care of him."
After hearing that word, Alice's smile comes; holding the kid is just gone, and her hand starts shaking. Durden said, "It's a good idea," but we first want to see Rey and interrupted. And after they went to the orphanage, a big building having lots of kids playing, after seeing them, one female saint interrupted and said, "Welcome, what can I help you with?" Helena said, "We are here to see the orphanage."
Saint said, "First we need to know the purpose." Helena said, "The small baby lost their parents to the monster's wrath in the forest." Saint interrupted, "Are you talking about the forest incident?" Helena nodded yes. Saint: "Oh dear goddess, how poor a kid!" After she gives a tour of the orphanage, where children can get an education, food, baby milk, and much more. While Alice holds the kid very tightly to her chest, the baby is sleeping after drinking milk in the checkup room when everyone gets treatment.
Angela said, "That place looks good for the baby, and we also come on certain days to see him." All the people nodded and said yes except Alice; she just moved without giving any reaction.
After moving and eating, it comes time to say goodbye to the baby and all members after detailing when they are going to give the child. Saint said that we will take care of the kid; it's time to give it. After listening, Alice started sweating, and his hand was shaking. She felt her whole body start getting weak (she knew that the child was not his own son, but now it was only love left for the kid).
After seeing Alice's face, Reyand understood, and he said, "Alice, understand this is good for the kid." After listening to it, Alice, with a shaking hand, gives the kid to the saint. And after greeting, they start to go back their way. With tearful eyes, Alice reached the gate.
A loud cry came from behind. When the Majestics looked back, they saw the same saint with a crying baby. After seeing it, Alice just ran and took the baby from the saint and said, "Oh dear, why are you crying? I am here; don't cry. I am not going anywhere, my boy. I am not leaving you." And she held him tight to her chest, and the baby stopped crying after a few seconds. Then Alice moved to the saint and bowed her head to her and said, "Sorry, but I can't give my child to you." After seeing this, Reyand moved forward and said to the saint, "Mada, I want to adopt the child."
