"Am coming" Desire's voice came from behind the door at few minutes past 12 am. She opened the door and the first person she met was Mason
"Hello" he said and she nod
"Hi" she replied and she looked at the two other people behind him one has a hatred look and the other had a I don't care face.
"How can I help you?" She asked with her eyes wide opened
"Masters. Welcome" the butler said and she looked back at him "Desire, welcome them in" the old man said and she ushered them in but she kept her gaze on one guy amongst them. She find him awfully familiar but she didn't know where she knew him from
"Pls seat. What can I get you?" She asked
"Am hungry" the guy said and she looked at him
"Am sorry sir but the chef in charge of the kitchen is already asleep. If you can make do with some pancakes. That I can make very well" she said and the guy looked at her
"If I say I am hungry I mean I am hungry" he said and Desire smile
"Okay then. I will go wake the chef" she said
"Cook it" he said simply
"I am not in charge of the kitchen"
"Aren't you a maid?" The guy with the hatred look ask
"I am" she replied with a smile
"Then make a food" he said and Desire gulped
"That's what I am explaining. I am not in charge of the kitchen"
"A guest is akin to the Lord. So get us food" the first guy said and she smile a force one instead
*Who eats at 12 in the morning?* She asked herself
"You don't want to?" The guy asked again
"I would. I would cook" she said and made her way to the kitchen. She looked back at them and see the other two chatting but the quiet one looking at her she smiled and entered the kitchen
"Do you think she's a psychopath?" Blade was the first to ask after Desire entered the kitchen
"Indeed. That smile is creepy" Mason said
"What did you think Steven?" Blade asked but the cold guy didn't reply and kept his gaze on the door
"Why aren't you replying?" Mason asked
"Am observing" was his reply.
39 minutes pass and the food is finally ready. desire laid different kind of variaties on the table from fully cooked fried eggs, to Sunny side up, to boiled ones, to vegetables, to beef and pork, to rice and some pancakes. The guys looked at the food in awe and she's smiling
"I thought you said you don't know how to cook?" The cold one said
"I didn't say I don't know how to cook. I simply said I am not in charge of the kitchen" Desire said smiling
"I am no longer hungry" Blade said and rwady leave the dining room
"Why?"
"I can't eat food cooked by a liar. What if it's poisoned?" He asked and leave the room followed by Mason and I she looked at Steven who sat down
*I thought he would be the one to reject food. What a strange guest Dylan has* she asked and smile at him
