Chapter 9 - Training Ground

The next day, Kurokawa Saki made her way to the Winery training ground.

When she got dressed up this morning, Kurokawa Saki had just remembered something important: she didn't know how to disguise herself.

As a single woman who's basically a shut in, Kurokawa Saki didn't even have any basic makeup skill.

So when she looked up at her skills and saw that her disguise' skill points were 0, Kurokawa Saki could only shut the panel and grow mushrooms in the corner of the room.

She completely forgot about this.

If she wanted to fill up the skill from 0 to the limit, she would need a total of 70 + 20 + 30 + 45, which is 165 points.

Kurokawa Saki suspected that the large number of points that she obtained before should be a coincidence and also because she had just entered the game. Afterwards, she guessed that the number of skill points would definitely decrease rapidly.

In the end, Kurokawa Saki could only wear a black hoodie to cover up her face along with a mask. She didn't really want her face to be easily recognized in a criminal organization.

As for meeting other codename members…

Hehehe, forget it.

Kurokawa Saki didn't think that it would be good to meet with these people. If anything, she wanted to see no. 2, no. 8, and no. 9.

Either one of them would be fine.

And then she will plant a bullet on their heads :)

After all, getting more skills are very fragrant~.

But Kurokawa Saki still had to be careful, though.

She didn't want to accidentally kill someone from the same side. They could obviously work together, but they end up killing each other.

It'll be tragic.

"Are you ready?" Scotland saw Kurokawa Saki's appearance and didn't know whether to laugh or cry. "Do you need sunglasses too?"

"No." Kurokawa Saki shook her head rapidly.

If she wore black sunglasses like Matsuda Jinpei, Kurokawa Saki was sure that she would look more suspicious. Her current appearance was already eye catching enough and Kurokawa Saki didn't want to add more troubles for herself.

Anyway, Kurokawa Saki and Scotland went to the training grounds and met Baileys who was in charge of the newcomer training.

"Hikari Yuki?" Baileys looked at the young woman in front of him with doubts. It was said that Gin found a woman whose sniping skill was better than the three mainstream snipers in the organization. But seeing the petite woman in front of him, he had some doubts.

Kurokawa Saki felt a bit helpless.

Even though the game adjusted her physical condition, it didn't increase her height.

She's only 155 cm… a veritable shortie.

Just thinking that Maori Ran herself was 160 cm, Kurokawa Saki could imagine herself becoming the shortest woman in the group.

*sigh*

"Yes."

"Well, shall we try your skills first." Baileys pointed at the side.

"Sure." Kurokawa Saki smiled brightly, with a hint of cruelty in her eyes. From the moment she came to the training ground, she had been in the state of acting. After all, her real personality was indeed not suitable to be undercover.

Just thinking about it made Kurokawa Saki want to cry.

She didn't know what kind of bad luck she had to get this ID card.

Bang!

Baileys went from calm to shock when he saw the result that Kurokawa Saki showed to him. The sniping skill was what allowed Kurokawa Saki to attract the organization's attention in the first place and seeing that she remained stable even when shooting at 700 yards, Bailey was ecstatic.

This is similar to Gin and Rye.

If there was another powerful sniper in the organization, it'll be even better!

The subsequent test was not bad but couldn't be said to be the best either. Kurokawa Saki finally realized why the skill points seemed easy to get but in truth… It's a scam.

The gun skill only allowed her to be familiar with the use of the gun and had standard posture. But when she really shoots, Kurokawa Saki realized that there will be specific detailed gun models below.

This meant that she will have to increase the skill of a specific gun model.

The sniper rifle was also the same.

Otherwise, it would not be difficult for her to shoot up to 1000 yards and will not stop at 700 yards like this.

Kurokawa Saki sighed deeply.

At this moment, Kurokawa Saki deeply suspected that the acting skill was also the same. This made her feel grim, especially when she thought that she would have to face the powerful member of the Winery next.

Ahh…

Kurokawa Saki wanted to cry.

"Are you not used to the model?" Scotland has been watching Kurokawa Saki and noticed her unfamiliar movement in the beginning when touching the gun.

"Uh huh." Kurokawa Saki nodded helplessly imperceptibly as she communicated in her brain. With Baileys nearby, she didn't dare to speak.

She's not familiar with any of these guns, so she could only sigh in her heart.

And when fighting against the instructor, Kurokawa Saki deeply felt that her fighting form was very ugly.

"It's so ugly." a voice came from the side.

Kurokawa Saki was stunned and glanced up. The familiar silver hair came to her view and Kurokawa Saki instantly understood who had come to pay a visit.

It's Gin!

Bailey quickly came forward when he saw Gin come. "Master Gin, her sniping result is comparable to you, but her other skills still need improvement. Of course, if you need to use her directly, it's also possible. Just let her come here to train her other skills."

Gin looked at the report that Bailey gave to him.

The combat's skill was average while the gun's skills were above average. Only the sniping skills are the best, but it was enough.

There was no need for them to be all round powerful.

Besides, Hikari Yuki is only 19 years old and there's still a lot of room for improvement.

"No one taught me to fight before and I have to figure out everything myself." Kurokawa Saki stepped forward, her eyes lingered on Gin's hair and there was a dangerous smile on her face. "Would you like to try fighting again, Handsome Guy?"

Bang!

A bullet passed by Kurokawa Saki's head and she didn't even flinch.

To be honest, Kurokawa Saki's brain was already screaming so loudly. But for some reasons, she was able to maintain this expression, albeit with difficulty.

Not far from her, Scotland watched the performance with a shocked expression.

The contrast between the usual Kurokawa Saki and this Hikari Yuki was so great that he was stunned.

Is she a born actress?

But Scotland still noticed that Kurokawa Saki was clenching her fist. If it was not because the hoodie jacket has a long sleeve and covered her hand, it would be difficult to notice it.

'It seems that she's not as calm as she looks like.'

"I have told you not to call me that." Gin narrowed his eyes dangerously. The thick killing intent he emitted made others not dare to look at him directly. Not many people dared to confront Gin directly and many people felt that this newcomer was outrageously brave.

Kurokawa Saki still showed the same dangerous smile on her face, acting nonchalant. "Alright, alright~."

There was even a hint of frivolousness in her tone aside from regret and teasing.

But only Kurokawa Saki knew that her heart was already screaming in fear and despair. She didn't know how to act in front of Gin and her body was about to tremble from fear, but she restrained everything and tried her best to imagine Gin as her favorite character.

…There was actually no resemblance, so Kurokawa Saki had to partially hypnotise herself mentally.

"Come with me tonight," Gin said and then reported an address before turning around and then left.

He had no interest in staying here with this lunatic.

"Fiuh… You're really brave." Baileys wiped his sweat as he looked at Kurokawa Saki with admiration. Not many people dared to look at Gin like that.

"It's nothing much."

"Since you have caught his attention, make sure to do the mission well."

Kurokawa Saki was stunned and she looked at Baileys. "Does this mean that I'll have a mission tonight?"
