Chapter 41 - Ch-41: Master -Servant Contract

'Has my charm reduced while I was sealed?' Camelia thought, her eyebrows twitching when her seduction failed to lower his guard. Yet, when she offered spells and techniques, he agreed without a second thought.

"Hmm, but still..." Victor, after calming down, frowned as he looked at her. Seeing him still suspicious, the woman sighed.

"You still don't believe me? How about I swear on my Record that I will not harm or reveal any of your secrets? If I do so without your permission, my soul will shatter by the Records. How about this—if that's not enough, I'm even willing to form a Master-Servant Contract," Camelia said calmly as she looked at Victor, whose eyes widened.

"You... would perform a Master-Servant Contract?" Victor's eyes widened in disbelief after hearing her words. Swearing on the Records was one thing, but a Master-Servant Contract was exactly what it sounded like, Victor would become Camelia's master, and she could never betray him. He could make her do anything, even against her will. Yet, he still cast a suspicious look, not fully believing her words.

"Heh, what a cautious guy. I, Camelia Crytharion, the Primordial Dragon, under the witness of the Records, initiate a Master-Servant Contract and acknowledge the individual Victor Vane as my master," Camelia said under Victor's dumbfounded eyes. Immediately, a notification appeared in front of both of them.

[Master-Servant Contract initiated by the individual Camelia Crytharion]

A spiritual golden chain appeared—one end shaped like a whip shot toward Victor's heart and submerged into his body, while the other end, shaped like a leash, shot toward Camelia and sank into her body.

[Ding Dong]

[Master-Servant Contract has been established]

[You have gotten yourself a servant]

"Hehe, now do you believe me?" Camelia giggled mischievously as she looked at the dumbfounded Victor. Victor snapped out of his daze and looked at Camelia with narrowed eyes.

"Why would you do something like this? Don't you know how dangerous and stupid it is?" Victor asked, staring at the woman, who only smirked in response.

"Why? Are you not happy? You can now do whatever you want to me—such a beautiful woman—and I won't be able to resist," Camelia said with exaggerated mock fear, which made Victor's lips twitch as he looked blankly at her.

"Fine, fine. The reason I did it is because I don't want to stay stuck in this place, and you won't let me leave," Camelia said with a pout.

"Really? That's the reason?" Victor asked.

"Yes. Now do you trust me? If I hadn't done this, you'd still be wary of me. But now you shouldn't be that wary, right?" Camelia said, sounding exasperated.

"..." Indeed, Victor no longer felt even a bit wary of her, since he could shatter her soul with a single thought—and she wouldn't be able to resist.

"Are you not afraid that I'll make you do things you don't like or want?" Victor asked with a raised eyebrow, to which Camelia just shrugged her shoulders—causing her two treasures to jiggle.

"Well, I've thought about it. It's much better being your servant than being sealed away here without having a conversation or seeing any living being for thousands of years. And besides..." Camelia said, narrowing her eyes at Victor.

"I mean, what's the worst thing you could make me do? Rob people? That's very common—everyone does that. Cause a massacre? I already did that in the past and killed millions once because they annoyed me by calling me a lizard. Harm innocent people? I also did that when they had something I needed and refused to hand it over," Camelia said with a shrug.

"..." Victor started sweating as he heard her deeds one by one.

'Damn, this is a dangerous woman,' Victor thought nervously, startled by how casually she said she killed millions just because she was annoyed. Yes, he had killed before, but not so many—and certainly not for such a petty reason. But her next words made him choke on his saliva.

"Or maybe you want to tie me up and ravish my body, make me roleplay a slave? If you want, I can do that too. I don't mind," Camelia said as she licked her lips.

'Damn, control yourself. Don't fall for temptation,' Victor swallowed a mouthful of saliva when he saw her long tongue and imagined it wrapping around something of his, making him shudder.

"Damn vixen," Victor muttered, which made Camelia smirk.

"Of course, it's only because you're handsome. If it were someone ugly, I'd never have made the contract," Camelia said.

"I see," Victor mumbled as he made his consciousness leave the mindspace and opened his eyes.

---

"So this is the sword, huh?" Victor looked at his hand and saw the same black sword with red glowing lines, but much smaller than the one in his mindspace.

Swoosh

Then, under Victor's gaze, Camelia emerged from inside the sword and sighed.

"Finally, I'm out," Camelia said with emotion as she looked at the outside world again. Previously, inside the sword, she could only sense the presences outside, but it had been thousands of years since she'd actually seen it.

"Little brother, this big sister really wants to hug you," Camelia said as she floated toward Victor to embrace him but passed right through his body.

"Looks like you can't touch anything, huh?" Victor said with a raised eyebrow.

"Sigh, looks like you'll have to wait to enjoy my sexy body. I have to first find the materials to reconstruct my body. Won't you help me, Vic?" Camelia said with a sigh. Victor raised an eyebrow at the nickname.

"Sure, I will. I mean, it's the least I can do for you after you trusted me so much—and you also promised to teach me. Even if it takes years, I swear by the Records that I'll help you reconstruct your body," Victor said in a firm tone, which made her eyes widen in disbelief.

[You have gotten an Eternal Vow from the Primogenitor Victor Vane]

[He is bound to you by his promise]

"..." Camelia just stared at Victor in silence with her mouth slightly open.

"Little brother, you really are something. Big sister really wants to spoil you," Camelia said as she quickly controlled her beating heart and teased him.

'Damn, me and my impulsive behavior,' Victor cursed inwardly after realizing what he had just done and forced a smile.
