Chapter 2 - THE POLICEMAN FALL IN LOVE WITH CRIMINAL 2

PARA !

Three months later, Dilara was finally released from jail when Oktay proved her innocence.

As she stepped out of the gates, she saw Hamza standing there, tears in his eyes. Without saying a word, she walked , go into the car, and they drove to her home.

The very next morning, Dilara's parents decided to leave Istanbul. They took her with them to their old village in Bursa, Cumalıkızık. Hamza didn't know she had left the city. In the village, she stayed for one month under treatment, because she had become almost mentally broken after being separated from Hamza.

Three months earlier, Dilara had last seen Hamza when Melis was hugging him.

Flashback

When the police arrived and the room filled with uniforms, Dilara dropped to her knees and begged,"Hamza, I didn't do anything! Hamza, please—please tell them!"

For a moment Hamza could not stay silent. He stood up, voice raw with pain, and strode forward."Melis—this isn't right. She couldn't have done this. Please—leave her. You can't do this."

Melis's face turned cold. "Take her away. She killed my child. It was on her order that the accident happened. Arrest her now!"

The officers moved forward. Dilara cried louder. "Hamza, I didn't do anything! Hamza!"

Hamza's hands trembled, his eyes flooded with tears. "She can't do this," he whispered to his family. "She isn't guilty." But no one listened. His family locked him inside his room while the police dragged Dilara away in handcuffs.

Both of them were crying in different prisons of pain—Dilara in jail, Hamza in his locked room.

 TO BE COUNTINUED!!!!!!

But Oktay didn't give up. He collected evidence, pieced together the truth, and finally in court he proved that everything was done by Melis. The man involved also confessed that "Melis planned everything."

Dilara was freed, and Melis's card was canceled, her position suspended, and she was sentenced to nine months in prison.

When Dilara walked out, Hamza was waiting by the car with his mother, who now knew the truth—that she had given Dilara those harmful medicines. They drove her home.

But when Dilara entered her house, Hamaza's father stood there. His voice was sharp:

"Stay away from Hamza. If you don't, the punishment you served will also fall on your parents. I'll send them to jail, or worse—I'll have your father killed."

That night, Dilara broke down. Traumatized, she left with her parents and moved permanently to Bursa.

Months Later,Four months passed... Dilara completed her education and began teaching at a government village school.

Five months later, her parents traveled to Istanbul for work. At a checkpoint, their car was stopped. Officers Hamza and Oktay were on duty. There had been inspection alerts set up everywhere because something illegal was suspected to be imported — so her mother's car was stopped for checking. Officer Hamza and Officer Oktay came up to them. Oktay said, "You should go; go on. I trust you—Dilara dad said: NO,our cars will be checked the same way everyone else's was." They got out of the car, and Hamza asked, Is "Mom, Dad — how are you? And how is Dilara?

DILARA MOM SAID:she well and trying to move on with her life?Where is she?" His mother said, "Hamza, listen to me: forget her and move on with your life. She has already moved on — please forget her and stop following her." Hamza said he couldn't, but Oktay said, "Your car is checked now — take it and go."

They left, but…

But Hamza couldn't forget. For two months, he and Oktay secretly followed her parents until Hamza finally tracked Dilara herself.

For two days, he only followed her silently. Then one evening, when her parents went to an event, he rang her doorbell.

Dilara opened the door—and froze. Hamza stood there. She tried to close it, but his hand held the door.

"Please, listen to me. Forgive me. Come back into my life. I love you, Dilara."

Her voice broke. "Go away! Don't come back. I hate you."She slammed the door.

Outside, Hamza sat on the steps and cried the whole night. Inside, Dilara also cried, whispering, "Why can't I let you in? Why does love hurt this much?"

The next morning,

as she left for school, Hamza followed her. "Just one chance, Dilara. One chance to prove my love."

She turned, eyes burning. "No, Hamza. I hate you. There's no chance left."

But Hamza didn't stop. Two days later, he showed up at her school. The administrator said, "He will be your assistant teacher. You needed help anyway."

Dilara glared at Hamza. "Fine. Sit aside for now. I'll introduce you later."

Hamza smiled softly. "Okay, ma'am."

After class, the students asked questions. A girl named Sofia whispered, "Wow, such a handsome teacher. I wish he were my boyfriend."

Dilara heard her. "Are you saying something?"

"No, ma'am, just asking—Sir Hamza, are you single?"

Hamza chuckled. "Yes, I never married."

Sofia squealed. "That's perfect!"

Dilara's jaw tightened. Later, in frustration, she confronted Hamza. "What do you want? Why won't you leave me?"

Hamza's voice cracked. "I'll never leave until you return. I love you."

Dilara burst into tears. "Don't you understand? If I stay with you, my father will kill my parents. He'll destroy me again!"

Hamza pulled her close. "Trust me. No one can hurt you now." She beat his chest in anger, but he held her tightly, whispering, "You're safe with me."

From that day, they began again.

Their New Life

They lived as husband and wife in secret. At school, they hid it. At home, they laughed, cooked, and even planned dreams together.

One evening, Hamza surprised her. "Sweetheart, today I'll teach you to drive. Remember, it was always your wish?"

Her eyes lit up. "Really?"She kissed his cheek.

They went driving up a hill in Bursa. But suddenly, a bus hit their car, sending them tumbling down the slope.

Dilara was badly injured—hand fractures, ankle fractures, skull damage.

Hamza, though hurt, managed to call an ambulance. At the hospital, he collapsed beside her stretcher.

For a week,

Hamza called the ambulance, and as soon as they reached the hospital, Dilara was placed on a stretcher and taken inside. Just as they carried her in, Hamza collapsed on the floor.

A little while later, when he opened his eyes, he saw Dilara on the bed next to him, doctors giving her electric shocks. Hamza shut his eyes again in pain.

They were in an Istanbul hospital. Hamza regained full consciousness after one week, with only minor injuries. But Dilara had suffered far worse—hand fractures, leg and ankle fractures, and skull damage, leaving her unable to recover quickly.

Hamza's parents began to love her and took her from the hospital into their home. Dilara was still under the doctors' care, and her condition was closely monitored. Hamza's wounds were healing, but his heart only longed for one thing—that Dilara would open her eyes.

Every day, despite his own treatment, Hamza went to see her. From morning till evening, his eyes stayed fixed only on her face. Holding her hand, he prayed endlessly for her to wake up.

He was a police officer—strong, determined, and brave. But when it came to Dilara, he was just a man waiting for the light of his love to return.

Then, one night, a faint sound escaped Dilara's lips…"Hmmmmm…"As if she was saying—"I'm waiting…"

Hamza's heart skipped a beat. He held her hand tighter. His eyes filled with tears, but this time they were not of pain—they were of hope.

One month passed,

yet Dilara did not wake up.

Still, Hamza came every day,

believing that one day she would open her eyes.

Then, one night, Hamza's father entered her room.

He whispered, "I did all of this to get rid of you, but Hamza also got hurt. Now it's time to end your story."

Hamza heard everything. He rushed in and pushed his father away.

"How could you do this? Leave now! Go away!" His parents left.

Another month passed,

and finally Dilara recovered. Hamza cared for her day and night, and slowly she became well again. But Hamza had already made his decision to leave his family behind.

As soon as Dilara was healthy,

he, Dilara, and her parents shifted to Antalya.

Three years later, the doorbell rang. Dilara, holding her two-year-old daughter in her arms, opened the door. It was Hamza. He stepped close, kissed Dilara on the cheek, then kissed their little girl. Their daughter's name was Alara.

From that day onward, they lived happily together.

THE END...
