Chapter 141 - Chapter 141: First Time Showing Off

In the center of the ring, Wildcat had been toying with his opponent from start to finish. He could've ended the fight long ago, but he chose not to. Every time he had the big guy staggering on his feet, he would stop attacking and start showing off his dance moves instead.

And to be fair, the guy had some skills—his dance moves were varied and perfectly in rhythm, keeping the crowd's cheers roaring nonstop.

Jason Luo frowned. That was just humiliating his opponent. If you want to dance, fine—knock the guy out first, then dance all you want. No wonder Jeff was furious; this was crossing the line.

Finally, Wildcat seemed to have had his fun. With a quick side flip, he struck his opponent with both legs, ending the fight decisively.

Then, a burly man with a scar on his face strode into the ring, grinning. "Alright! No opponents left. My Wildcat wins again tonight—boring! Ha ha! That's it for now, folks. Let's continue tomorrow!"

Jeff shouted, "Hold it! Yuri! Think you can just walk away after winning? Not so fast."

"Heh, Jeff, haven't you lost enough? Or are you thinking of stepping up yourself?"

Jeff gave a cold laugh. "Don't flatter yourself. You're not the only one who can bring in a fighter. See this guy here? His name's Greedy Wolf. I'm betting fifty grand on him. Do you dare to take it?"

Only then did Yuri notice Jason Luo. He looked him up and down and burst out laughing. "Damn, Jeff, where'd you find this high school kid? So young and already mouthing off? You got money to burn or what?"

Wildcat walked over, gave Jason Luo a quick once-over, and sneered. "Boss Jeff, this big kid isn't your cousin, is he? And he's a Rookie too? Greedy Wolf? Ha! More like a sheep if you ask me."

The whole crowd erupted in laughter.

Jeff, feeling humiliated, leaned toward Jason Luo and muttered, "You see this, little brother? If you lose today, I'll lose all my face!"

Jason Luo's temper flared. "Fine. I'll fight him seriously."

While the crowd kept jeering, Jeff shouted, "Enough talk! Do you accept or not?"

Yuri and Wildcat exchanged a few words. "Hmph. Wildcat's already fought six or seven matches tonight, but fine, Jeff, I'll give you this chance. I'll take the bet. Let Wildcat rest for a few minutes, and we'll start right after."

The crowd erupted again.

"Yeah! One last match! Teach that Rookie a lesson!"

"Ha! Another dumb big guy. This one's probably worse than the last!"

"Exactly! Look at him—bet he's never even been in a fight. Probably scared out of his mind already!"

Wildcat sat down to rest. Jason Luo thought for a moment, then began taking off his shirt. He was used to fighting bare-chested—wearing clothes just felt uncomfortable.

When the lean and well-built Jason Luo stripped off his shirt, revealing a body covered in defined muscle, especially the neatly cut abs, the crowd gasped.

"Oh yeah! This cutie's got my heart racing!"

"Come on, baby, there's land here waiting for you to conquer!"

The women in this place had no moral restraint at all. Within seconds, they were swooning over Jason Luo's body.

Wildcat's eyes narrowed. It was the first time that night someone had stolen his spotlight, and he clearly didn't like it. He was already planning to make Jason Luo suffer in the upcoming match.

Jason Luo, however, remained calm. He went through a quick warm-up routine while Jeff cheered from the side. "Jason, don't hold back. Beat him hard! If anything happens, I'll take care of it. I'm not leaving without payback tonight."

Jason Luo didn't answer. He was already focused, analyzing how to deal with Wildcat's unpredictable movement.

After a few minutes, Wildcat stood up and entered the ring to the men's loud cheers.

The women, however, had all switched sides.

"Go, my little beast! Show them who's boss!"

"Oh, Greedy Wolf! I love it. No matter how greedy you are, I'll satisfy you..."

Jason Luo felt goosebumps all over from the sight of those heavily pierced women and quickly stepped into the ring.

This wasn't a professional venue—just an improvised fighting pit with no referee. Once both fighters took their positions, Yuri shouted, "Start!" and backed away into the crowd.

Wildcat moved first, rushing in with punches and kicks. Jason Luo ignored the punches, dodging them with a light head tilt while focusing on blocking the leg strikes.

After several exchanges, Jason Luo had already figured him out. Wildcat's kicks had some strength but weren't truly dangerous. Since Jason Luo was tall, kicking his head was nearly impossible, and a few body shots didn't bother him at all.

He then tested the opponent's punches—leaning his head aside, he let a fist hit his chest. Instantly, he knew: this guy wasn't much. Agile, sure, but lacking real punching power.

Having gauged him completely, Jason Luo went on the offensive. Two quick jabs forced Wildcat to retreat. Jason Luo followed with a short rush and continued attacking aggressively.

But Wildcat's flexibility and footwork were impressive. His waist could bend back unnaturally, letting him dodge even under pressure.

Jason Luo threw a series of punches, trying to cut him off, but the slippery fighter escaped again.

One exchange was enough for both to understand each other's level.

Jason Luo's counterattack had Wildcat breaking out in cold sweat. Those punches carried serious weight—even without getting hit, he could feel the danger. He knew one clean shot could drop him flat.

They reset at a distance, and Wildcat grew cautious. No more dancing, no reckless rushes. He started relying on his legs instead.

But his legwork wasn't like taekwondo—no clean sidekicks or whip kicks. It was something born from street dance, full of twists and spins. Jason Luo assumed his short height would make high attacks difficult—until the guy suddenly dropped to the ground and spun on his head, kicking upward.

Caught off guard, Jason Luo jumped back, but Wildcat pressed on, performing a Thomas spin sweep toward his legs, forcing him to retreat step by step.

The ring formed by the crowd wasn't big, and after backing up several steps, Jason Luo was already at the edge. Suddenly, a few women reached out and started touching his back and abs, making him jump in surprise!

He quickly stepped back into the center while the women giggled mischievously, leaving him exasperated.

Wildcat kept pushing, using his ground attacks again and again. But Jason Luo had had enough. This wasn't boxing—if Wildcat could kick, so could he.

He swung out a low roundhouse kick. The sudden move nearly caught Wildcat in the waist, making him stumble back in shock.

Jason Luo was surprised himself. That kick had come out smoothly, almost as if he'd trained it before.

When Wildcat tried another low attack, Jason Luo felt more confident. He fought back with a series of kicks and stomps, forcing Wildcat to back off.

Unable to break through Jason Luo's defense, Wildcat stood up again. The moment he did, Jason Luo lunged, unleashing another aggressive attack. The fight turned into a chase across the ring.

By now, everyone could see it—Wildcat had met a real fighter. He was being forced to run all over the place. Still, since he hadn't been knocked down, he wasn't technically beaten yet. One clean hit could still end it.

The men shouted, "Wildcat! Smash his head! Knock him down!"

The women giggled, "Greedy Wolf! Take him down and I'll give you a lollipop!"

Jason Luo chased him around twice but still couldn't corner him. No wonder they called him Wildcat—he was fast as hell.

That cocky bastard was really asking for it. Even though he couldn't hurt Jason Luo, he thought Jason Luo couldn't hit him either—so he started showing off again, breaking into his ridiculous shuffle dance.

Jason Luo was furious now. He'd lost interest in the fight—it was getting late, and he still had training to get to. Coach Brown would blow up if he was late.

Time to finish this.

Jason Luo had already worked out how to end it. As he charged again, he used a flanking approach, circling around Wildcat. Wildcat panicked—Jason Luo's movement was unpredictable, darting left and right with no rhythm to follow.

Within seconds, Wildcat misjudged his distance and crashed straight into Jason Luo. Seizing the moment, Jason Luo threw a short, powerful hook to the body—right into Wildcat's midsection!

The agile Wildcat froze on the spot, as if paralyzed.

Jeff roared, "Hit him! Hit him! Finish him off!"

But Jason Luo landed just that one punch, then turned and walked off. Picking up his clothes, he said to Jeff, "That's enough, Jeff. You handle the rest. I need to get back for training. Mind arranging a car for me?"

Jeff froze. "But the match isn't—"

Before he could finish, Wildcat clutched his stomach and fell to the floor, his face flushed red in pain, unable even to make a sound.
