"Humans."
Now, it made sense.
Metagross and Alazakam were both Pokémons of the Humans, probably the one woman leading them from the middle if I had to guess.
The four other humans followed her.
I was staring down the Humans with a shocked expression, as were the Humans.
The leading woman was the first one to calm herself down; in a matter of milliseconds, she had composed herself.
In reality, if not for the fact that I was staring straight at her, I wouldn't have even noticed.
The rest of the Humans also soon calmed themselves down and regained their composure.
They had a couple of Poké Balls in their hands. They were most probably expecting some sort of ambush from either a wild Pokémon or maybe another human.
After around twenty seconds, all of them had come within five meters of my location. My Pokémon and I were still floating above one meter from the ground, covered in a thin layer of Psychic.
"Look at that, two mythical and one pseudo-legendary."
"Looks like it is our lucky day."
"Stop!!!"
The leader shouted out loud.
The others went quiet without another word, not even a sound.
I couldn't help but be impressed by her commanding ability. If I didn't have a layer of Psychic already keeping my mouth shut, I would have also shut up.
"Who are you?"
"How did you come into the Obsidian Forest?"
"Where are your parents?"
And just like that, she shot off a string of questions.
I was wondering what I should share so that I can leave with my life and Pokémon, but no matter what, it didn't seem possible.
The blue outline around my head soon dispersed with a strong,
"Metannnn--", from Metagross.
I saw the woman looking at me with a weird look in her eyes.
I was still unsure what to say.
No matter what I say, they were sure to either kill me here or leave me alone after taking my Pokémon.
Although the commanding woman did not seem like others, it was clear that she was not interested in my Pokémon, as she didn't even glance at them for more than a single second.
However, the same cannot be said for her teammates or subordinates. Their eyes were filled with greed, and they couldn't stop staring at my Zeraora, Zorua, and Jangmo-o.
As I expected, they are pretty rare in the outside world, like in the games.
"I am still expecting an answer."
The woman looked to be growing impatient with every passing second.
So, my only choice was to cooperate with this woman.
'She seems to be their commander. Moreover, she doesn't seem interested in my Pokémon. If I can get this woman to leave me be. Perhaps the others will listen to her. This is my only way out now.'
Thinking as such, I started,
"I don't remember who I am. I have lost all my memory."
"I don't remember how I got here or who brought me."
"I don't know anything about my parents."
As I started trying to get her to pity me, I saw a flicker of sympathy in her eyes, but the very next second, it became cold.
"Check it."
She said to her right.
And the Metagross, which was right behind her, came up right in front of me.
I was startled by the sudden burst of speed, but before I could move or say anything, another wave of a blue outline burst through Metagross, concentrated on its claw-like fingers, and rushed to me as it touched my forehead with its fingers.
Soon, the burst of blue energy hit me, and I started seeing the day I woke in the forest
I was suddenly back in the abandoned shaft with the mother zeraora, I started playing with the little Zeraora, I found Shinx and then, Archen. I started training. Then, that dreadful day happened, the mother died, Zeraora killed that remaining Hunter. I found new companions in Zorua, Jangmo-o, Fennekin, Binacle. I got PokeBalls from the Hunter's tent. Zeraora became my first Pokemon, we started training together. Shinx became the first Pokemon to evolve into Luxio. I started my journey. Within just a week I got captured by these five humans.
While I was feeling all this, I felt that this woman, and her Metagross were right behind me, seeing everything I was seeing, hearing everything I was hearing, etc.
It felt weird.
From the outside, it was just a few seconds, but for me, I felt like I had spent another two years and the worst part, although my mind had spent two more years, my body had not, so it caused an imbalance.
I felt a huge headache.
I felt stressed.
It was as if my entire brain was being torn apart atom by atom.
A loud cry came out from me.
"AHHHHHhhhhhh"
And that's when my body decided I couldn't take anymore.
And I fainted.
