Cold sweat ran down Frieza's forehead.
Every finger on his hand trembled as he pointed at Majin Buu on the screen.
"Vegeta… defeated?"
"Vegeta, who's absurdly strong, actually… got beaten?"
Frieza's body shook. If I ever face an enemy that terrifying in the future… could I even survive? I am the Universe Emperor!
The Naruto World
In the Wind Country's Hidden Sand Village, an emergency meeting was underway. The Fourth Kazekage, Rasa—now impersonated by Orochimaru—spoke. "What's everyone's opinion on ambushing Konoha during the Chunin Exam?"
The elder advisor, Chiyo, replied, "Konoha's strength still far exceeds ours. A rash attack would be unwise."
"And besides," she added, "the screen that appeared the other day… the power of those fighters is terrifying. This isn't the right moment."
The rest stayed silent. Orochimaru had been confident in the plan, but seeing the screen, he realized Konoha's Akai possessed immense power. And then there were Super Saiyans and Majin Buu—forces so frightening they sent shivers down his spine.
Orochimaru said, "Let the video finish playing, and then we'll decide."
Everyone nodded in agreement, trusting his judgment.
The Fairy Tail World
Fire Dragon Natsu was wide-eyed. "Majin Buu… his power might be stronger than even my Dragon Slayer magic! And Vegeta… he was so strong, and he still got beaten?!"
Jellal's face was pale with fear. "W-what kind of magic is this? Destroying planets like it's nothing… how can someone like this exist?"
The Digimon World
Tai had collapsed onto the ground, trembling. "His aura alone is… a trillion times stronger than Devimon or even Wargreymon! What kind of monster is this?!"
The other Digimon were shaking, too. "This… this isn't Digimon-level power. It's like a mountain pressing down on us—it's suffocating."
Far away, atop Dark Tornado Mountain, the Four Dark Masters shivered. "Such power… beyond even Ultimate forms… will they interfere with the Digimon World?"
Back in the fight, Piccolo and Trunks stared at the trapped Vegeta. "This is bad…"
Majin Buu strolled forward, a mocking grin on his face, and kicked Vegeta like a ball.
Vegeta spat blood.
Buu laughed, his face alight with glee. "Fun! So fun! Oh, this is so fun!"
He leapt high and landed on Vegeta's chest, his weight like a mountain crushing him. Blood spurted wildly from Vegeta's mouth.
Krillin's face was pale. "He's going to die… where are Goku and Gohan? Are they… already dead?"
Goten spun around, fury in his eyes. "No way… my brother can't be dead!"
Trunks' body trembled with rage, watching his father get mercilessly beaten.
Piccolo warned, "Hold back, Trunks. Even if you go, it won't help—you'll just be throwing your life away!"
But Majin Buu's fists kept hammering Vegeta, each blow brutal.
Trunks' anger exploded. Golden energy surged around him as he transformed into a Super Saiyan.
"I won't hold back anymore!"
He shot forward in a golden blur.
Piccolo's eyes widened. "Wait, Trunks!"
Seeing Trunks fly off, Goten leapt to his feet. "I'm going too!"
Golden energy erupted around him as he shot upward—but Piccolo grabbed him.
"Goten, stop! Going there won't help! You'll just get yourself killed!"
Goten's eyes were fierce. "Uncle… but Trunks and my brother… they need me. I have to go!"
With a burst of power, he broke free and shot after Trunks in a flash of golden light.
"Goten, come back!" Piccolo shouted.
Trunks, bathed in golden light, gritted his teeth. Watching Buu pummel his father, it felt like a thousand punches hitting him instead.
"Damn it… Majin Buu! You'll pay for this!!"
He accelerated, surging forward even faster.
Blood streamed from Vegeta's mouth.
"Hold on, Dad… hold on! I'm coming!"
Trunks' mind went back to when Vegeta, despite being strict, always made time for him—playing in the park, spending rare moments together. Those were Trunks' happiest memories.
Tears streamed down his face.
"Father… I'm coming to save you! Even if I die trying, I don't care!"
Goten followed close behind.
Trunks shot forward like a golden comet, landing a solid kick on Majin Buu, who hadn't even had time to react.
Buu was sent flying, smashing through several mountains before finally being buried under a pile of rubble.
"Uncle!" Goten was tugging at the pink flesh wrapped around Vegeta.
With the combined effort of Trunks and Goten, Vegeta was finally freed from the gooey mass.
Babidi, standing not far off, sneered, "What's this? Those two little brats are working together? Doesn't matter how many there are—this won't change a thing."
"Dad!"
"Come on, Dad, snap out of it!"
Trunks shook Vegeta relentlessly, but he remained unconscious.
Anger burned through Trunks, his teeth clenched tight.
"Is he… dead?" Goten asked hesitantly.
"Don't be ridiculous!"
"It's nothing like that. My dad would never die from something like this," Trunks said, tears welling up in his eyes.
"But Uncle can't fight like this anymore."
"Goten, listen carefully," Trunks said, his voice fierce. "I heard it from Mom herself—my dad is a proud Saiyan prince."
"Prince!" Goten's eyes widened.
"That's right. My dad's strong—there's no way a Saiyan prince would lose to a guy like that."
Slowly, Vegeta's eyes flickered open. "Tr… Trunks…"
"Dad!" Trunks' face lit up with pure joy.
Vegeta's vision cleared, and the relieved, smiling faces of Trunks and Goten came into focus. He slowly sat up, scanning the area. "What about that guy?"
Babidi scoffed. "Hmph, he's still alive? If he were dead, it'd all be over. What a fool."
"My Majin Buu is unstoppable! Kill them all for me, hahahaha!"
Suddenly, a cold voice cut through the air. "Buu may be unforgivable, but the most unforgivable of all is you, Babidi."
Babidi froze, turning around in shock to see Piccolo standing behind him.
"Ah, so it's you. Still looking pale and green as ever," Piccolo said with a smirk.
"Well… what can I do? Seeing Majin Buu's power like that… it's natural my face would look bad!" Babidi stammered.
Dragon Ball World, Otherworld
"Trunks… is that really my son?" Vegeta's expression was one of disbelief. Marriage, a child, fighting for others—these were things he had never imagined for himself.
Yet the images on the screen were undeniable. "Damn it… Kakarot, that idiot! You must have changed me!"
"..."
