As the sounds of fighting erupted inside the Chaos Bar, the gang responsible for keeping order on the island immediately arrived. After some quick questions, they learned the brawl was between the "Wicked Sniper" Andy and some pirates who wanted to take him down. When the sounds of battle slowly quieted, the gang members cautiously moved in. No one was allowed to fight in non-combat zones; that was their number one rule.
Inside the bar, all of Andy's attackers lay motionless on the floor. The bartender was trembling, hiding under the counter. Andy paid him no mind, instead focusing on his system panel.

As the points on the panel disappeared, Andy's physique strength reached the 66,000,000 Berry level, and his Observation Haki proficiency rose to 50/100.
"Wow," Andy said to himself. "A 66 million Berry physique and my Observation Haki has almost doubled in strength. I feel incredibly powerful right now!"
A satisfied smile spread across his face. He then walked to the counter and said, "Please bring me something to eat and three glasses of milk."
The bartender nervously stood up. "Y-yes, please wait a moment, the food will be right out." He then scurried back to the kitchen in a panic.
Just then, the gang members entered the bar. Their faces went from stern to shocked when they saw the scene. They couldn't believe Andy had won an 8-on-1 fight.
Andy slowly turned and looked at the gang leader, who was visibly swallowing hard. "You're here? Good. Clean this place up. It's messing up my meal."
"Wicked Sniper..." the gang leader started.
"Stop!" Andy cut him off impatiently. "What 'Wicked Sniper'? That sounds awful. Don't use that annoying title in front of me!"
The gang leader was taken aback but didn't dare to move. He could still feel the intense killing intent radiating from Andy. He gave a look to his subordinates, and they immediately began to drag the bodies out and wipe the bloodstains from the floor. Once they were done, the squad leader lowered his head. "Respected Lord Andy, our boss wants to meet you. What do you think...?"
"No need. Just don't bother me," Andy said indifferently.
The gang leader felt a lump in his throat. It had been a long time since he'd felt so intimidated. But he didn't get angry. He simply replied, "Y-yes, I'll tell our boss." He then quickly left the Chaos Bar.
The bartender brought out the food. "Lord Andy, here is your food and milk..." He placed the plates on the counter and bolted back to the kitchen.
"This shouldn't be happening. Aren't you guys used to this?" Andy muttered to himself, then shrugged and began to eat.
After his meal, Andy began to sweep through the Darereka Islands, hunting bounties. Any pirates he found, he eliminated. The "Ghost Assassin" Lily Moen, with a bounty of 43,000,000 Berries, was one of his victims.
Soon, everyone on the islands became extremely jumpy. Some even directed their anger at the gang, who collected protection money but failed to protect them from Andy. The gang leaders were helpless. If a pirate with a 43,000,000 Berry bounty couldn't stop Andy, what could they do?
Andy's behavior was perplexing to them. He was a pirate himself, so why was he hunting other pirates for bounties he couldn't even collect?
The gang bosses gathered to discuss how to deal with Andy. "What did the Marines say?" one asked.
"They told us to keep him stable. Colonel Bacchus's warship is on its way."
"We can't keep him stable anymore! Almost everyone with a bounty has been killed!"
"Even if we can't, we have to. Only the Marines can deal with him now."
While the gang leaders were talking, Andy was already back at the hotel on Garbage Mountain. He felt tired after a full day of hunting. He decided to rest for one more day before leaving the Darereka Islands. He had already eliminated everyone with a bounty that he could find.
But the results were worth it. While he hadn't gotten the Armament Haki he wanted, he had gained a massive amount of Bounty Points: 120,000,000 points.
He had a large amount of food sent up to his room, planning to strengthen himself even further after eating his fill. He was a little disappointed there was no Sea King meat today; he loved that delicious, energy-rich meat.
After eating, he immediately began to add points, this time aiming to max out his Observation Haki for a qualitative change. He sat on the floor and thought, "System, use 50 million Bounty Points to strengthen my Observation Haki!"
In an instant, Andy felt his Observation Haki reach a terrifying level.
