Derek's tough exterior cracked, and his walls crumbled like a house of cards. His whole body shook like a man who had lost everything as he slowly opened up to his mother.
"I just discovered that Bailey has been playing me all along. She has been cheating on me with some punk while carrying my child." He lamented.
"What?!" Donna almost choked on her saliva. "How? Where? When?"
"I went looking for her yesterday to discuss some issues we were having at the office," Derek explained, his tone filled with regret and fury. "But she was nowhere to be found. Then I got an anonymous video of her cheating on me with someone at a motel. But before I drove down to the motel they had already left. Nevertheless, CCTV footage confirmed everything."
