"Jump!"
Tao Wen roared in his mind, leaping up with all his might.
The moment he jumped, a rocket narrowly missed him, slamming into a factory not far away.

The factory instantly exploded with terrifying force. Debris flew everywhere, scattering across the ground. Dust and smoke billowed into the sky, leaving a scene of utter devastation.
The ground shuddered violently as he landed.

Looking back at the explosion, Tao Wen's heart skipped a beat.

Tao Wen's eyes lit up. He was afraid the Winter Soldier would try to escape again. This time, he had to knock him out and get the remaining equipment and skill shards.
He didn't back down either, clenching his right fist and roaring as he sprinted towards the Winter Soldier.
As he swung his right fist, his power poured out, like a whistling iron ball.
Bang!
The two fists collided, creating a loud sound.
"What!"
Tao Wen felt like his fist had hit a speeding truck, sending him stumbling backward. He had to take five steps before he could stop himself.
The Winter Soldier, however, was completely unaffected and charged at him again, swinging his mechanical right fist.

Tao Wen raised his right foot high, bringing it down towards the Winter Soldier's head. He intended to stomp the Winter Soldier unconscious and claim the final fragments.
At the instant his foot was raised, the Agile Cloak's unique purple light flashed, and terrifying power surged.
Bang! Just as Tao Wen's foot descended, the Winter Soldier rolled away, dodging the attack.
A terrifying force slammed into the ground.
The concrete floor instantly shattered, creating a massive crater, and the ground trembled violently.
The Winter Soldier had dodged, but he was still shaken by the aftershocks, his senses reeling.
However, the Winter Soldier was, after all, a battle-hardened killing machine. Using this force, he leaped up and retreated sharply.

Because of the delay, Winter Soldier had already charged dozens of meters away. Tao Wen had only just started pursuing when his Storm ability abruptly ended. He could only watch as Winter Soldier jumped into an SUV and disappeared from sight.
"Next time, I definitely need to bring a tracker!"
Tao Wen kicked a stone on the ground, feeling a bit of a toothache, and muttered softly.

"Tao, where are you?"
"A small problem occurred on the way. I'm on my way back. What's up?"
"Be careful then. Here's the situation: just last night, an incident occurred in the southern region. A hammer fell from the sky and landed in a small town. I want you and Coulson to investigate it together."
