Peter was held in a man's grasp, looking weak. He swayed slightly as he stood, his face pale. The high-speed chase had made him throw up in the car.
"Sir, help me!"
However, Peter recognized Tao Wen and cried out for help.
"Shut up!"
Chishi roared in anger, glaring at Tao Wen. Fear swelled within him. They hadn't been able to harm Tao Wen at all, even at high speed. This showed that Tao Wen was incredibly strong, too strong for them to handle.
This was a powerful mutant!
Peter's shouting only agitated him further, making him shout in response.
"Put him down, and I can guarantee you'll both be lying on the ground as you are now."
Tao Wen glanced coldly at the two men.
"Let him go, Chishi!"
Watt shouted, looking at Tao Wen with unusual alarm. Tao Wen's strength had exceeded his expectations. He had never seen anyone stop a vehicle with their bare hands and emerge completely unharmed. In his panic, his legs were shaking, and his hand holding the gun trembled.
Obedience was the wisest choice now.
"No! He's my trophy, and no one can take him!"
A hint of madness flashed in Chishi's eyes as he aimed the gun at Peter. He could see that Peter was important to Tao Wen; this was his bargaining chip. He'd take a gamble!

Tao Wen glanced coldly at Watt. Watt's face instantly turned pale, and the gun in his hand dropped to the ground. Tao Wen suddenly reached out his right hand, slapping towards Watt's head.
It was time to keep his promise.
Bang!
Before Tao Wen's right hand could land on Watt's head, Watt fainted directly, leaving Tao Wen's hand swinging through empty air.
"What a useless thing."
Tao Wen was a little speechless, looking at the unconscious Watt. He was out here acting like a thug, yet still so cowardly. It was truly shameful.
"Thank you, sir."
Peter recovered slightly and said to Tao Wen with a smile. He was very grateful to Tao Wen. If Tao Wen hadn't appeared, he didn't know where they would have taken him.
"No problem, just passing by."
Tao Wen replied with a smile, and then asked solemnly, "Peter, what were they doing, grabbing you?"
"I don't know, I just heard them say they were going to."
Peter looked equally dejected. He wasn't born into a wealthy family. His parents had disappeared long ago, and his aunt and uncle were ordinary people. There was no reason for him to be kidnapped.

Peter's words were cut short as the sound of a helicopter roaring through the sky suddenly filled the air.

Tao Wen couldn't help but look up.

The black hole and the long bullets startled him.
He couldn't help but exclaim, and quickly ran towards the Ferrari with Peter.

Just as he started the Ferrari, terrifying sparks erupted from the air, and bullets, like raindrops in a storm, sprayed out.
The intense sound caused the entire ground to shake violently.
A thousand holes!
Boom!
The slightly damaged car was hit by the violent bullets. At the moment the bullets struck the fuel tank, a terrifying explosion occurred, accompanied by a thick flame, which blew it apart, scattering it into pieces.
The heat from the explosion made the entire space become scorching.
Boom!
Tao Wen stepped on the accelerator, and the Ferrari roared like a beast, rushing towards the distance, its roar audible from afar.
Da da da da!
As the Ferrari sped along, the machine gun continued its furious barrage, riddling the ground with holes.
The helicopter was incredibly fast, managing to stay right behind the Ferrari.
Tao Wen had to constantly change directions to avoid the machine gun fire.
"There's an abandoned factory ahead!"
Tao Wen scanned the surroundings and, upon spotting a derelict factory in the distance, furiously steered the car towards it.

"Peter, get out of the car!"
Tao Wen immediately opened the car door and shouted at Peter.

"You go up ahead and wait for me."
Tao Wen pointed forward. In the sunlight, they could see a large, empty, and hidden attic. It was a good place to lie low.
"Okay."
Peter nodded obediently and quickly ran forward.
"Now, let me see just who dares to shoot at me!"
After confirming Peter was safe, Tao Wen strode towards the exit. He'd only run to protect Peter, not because he was afraid of the helicopter's gunfire.
The recent chase had ignited a small spark of anger within him.
Dat-dat-dat-dat!
As he exited the factory, the helicopter landed nearby. Several men armed with submachine guns advanced towards Tao Wen.
"Get down!"
The burly man in the lead raised his submachine gun, aiming it at Tao Wen and shouting.
The others also wore grim expressions, coldly staring at Tao Wen.
"Get down?"
Tao Wen gave a cold laugh, but didn't do as the man said. Instead, he quickly walked towards the group.
"I told you to get down, didn't you hear me!"
The burly man suddenly flew into a rage, and the submachine gun in his hand immediately squeezed the trigger.
With the eruption of flames, several bullets landed on the ground in front of Tao Wen's feet.
Bang! In that instant, Tao Wen stomped on the ground, causing it to explode. His entire body charged towards the group ferociously.
Tat tat tat! Seeing Tao Wen burst out, the group instantly realized he wasn't an ordinary person. They simultaneously pulled the triggers, and as flames erupted, they swept towards Tao Wen's body.
Pa! Tao Wen's hands moved slightly, and he slapped all the bullets to the ground.
The moment he landed, he slammed the group to the ground.
"Who are you?"
Tao Wen stepped on a man's chest and asked coldly.
Bang!
Before the burly man could even speak, a sound of air tearing through the sky came from behind Tao Wen.
Tao Wen glanced out of the corner of his eye, his heart leaping. A rocket roared towards him, trailing terrifying smoke, utterly terrifying.
