Garion looked at the incoming attacks calmly.
Then, in an instant, everything fell apart.
Silvar's claws never reached him.
They froze midair, then dropped uselessly to the ground.
Eldrin's vines lost their strength and collapsed like dead plants.
Cindor's flames bent away, scattered, and vanished before they could even touch his clothes.
The earth Bastor controlled sank back down, and the water Varyn gathered spread out and became still.
None of it touched Garion.
Not even for a second.
Garion did not move from his spot.
He looked at the beasts and smirked. "Is that all you can do?"
Silence hit the clearing like a wall.
Silvar's eyes widened.
Cindor took a step back without realizing it.
Eldrin stared, truly stunned for the first time.
Bastor rumbled low, confused, while Varyn hissed sharply.
"…Impossible," Cindor said.
"Even if you are at the Domain Realm, dissolving all of our attacks at once is not something that should happen."
