"Ah, right! You're correct. There's a small town not far from here; let's head there,"
Lysidadel suddenly forgot about Han Yu's earlier behavior. The moment she heard they could get down to business, she couldn't hide her excitement.

The scantily clad woman carried a giant sword taller than herself. Her crimson tongue flicked across her lips, and her eyes gleamed with a chilling bloodlust.
"How is this possible? Encountering an opponent of this caliber here?"
Lysidadel had never experienced such overwhelming pressure. She felt short of breath and activated one of her abilities: Perception, to scan the woman's stats.
Her expression froze.
Kaos was level 66, with attack, defense, and speed all nearing a thousand. There was no way a newly arrived hero could possibly handle such an opponent.
Even though she had chosen the safest location, she had still encountered a powerful enemy. This was what an S-rank difficulty world felt like.
And Han Yu didn't even have gear yet—there was no way he could beat someone like this!
"Han Yu, stay calm. Don't be afraid. We can't fight her now… we need to find an opportunity to escape…"
Lysidadel whispered to Han Yu. But he didn't respond. She thought he was too scared to speak and turned her head—only to find he was already gone.
"He actually ran?!"
Lysidadel stared in shock at the distance where Han Yu had disappeared. Could a normal person really do that?
She sprinted after him at once, keeping pace effortlessly.
"Hey, hey, hey! Don't leave the goddess behind!"
She cried while running, tears streaming down her face. Yet, the ferocity on her face made her look even more like a villain than Kaos—like a full-on zombie villain.
"Who's the villain here, really…"
Han Yu glanced back at Lysidadel. Her zombified appearance made his hairs stand on end. A goddess? This was her true form?
She looked exactly like the zombies from the horror movies Han Yu had seen in his previous life: eyes bulging, mouth wide open—no makeup needed to play a zombie.
"Even if I could easily handle this situation, according to the system, doing so would be considered careless," Han Yu analyzed calmly while running. He summoned a personal attribute panel only visible to himself.

If Lysidadel had seen this, she might have been shocked for a few thousand more years. These stats were far beyond what a level-5 hero should have. She might even suspect that Han Yu was a Demon King in disguise, here to toy with her.
"These insanely high stats are probably adjusted by the Shop System based on my Immortal Mark and current level. At max level, these numbers could exceed a million—enough to crush the Demon King outright. This must have been the first option the system gave me. If I had chosen the 'easy' completion, my stats would have already been in the millions, and the Demon King would have been nothing."
Han Yu looked back at Lysidadel, who had fully zombified, and said,"You're a goddess, right? You shouldn't die in a world like this, so why are you so scared? Help me block her and open the portal."

Han Yu stole a glance behind and was startled—not by Kaos' aura, but by the terrifying appearance of the goddess herself.
"Where do you think you're going?"
Kaos arrived almost instantly, swinging her giant sword menacingly.
"Open it!"
Han Yu shouted. Using advanced flame magic combined with low-level water magic, he evaporated water with fire, producing thick mist that temporarily blocked Kaos' vision.
Frightened, Lysidadel quickly opened the portal and followed Han Yu inside.
Kaos swiped away the mist and, seeing them disappear, licked her lips cruelly."Heh heh heh… running already? Bold choice. But I have my ways to bring you back."
Kaos glanced toward the distant town—where Han Yu and Lysidadel had originally intended to go. She carried her giant sword, humming a tune as she walked toward the town.
Back in the divine realm, Lysidadel panted heavily."No wonder this is an S-rank world. Gaia Brand, the Demon King is just as cautiously ruthless as you. I almost died back there."
"Since nothing happened, let's move. I want to continue my training."
Han Yu removed his shirt and resumed his previous exercises—only this time, he trained even harder than before.
Previously, he did 80 perfect, precise reps per minute—a number impossible for an ordinary person. Now, he increased it to 120 reps per minute.
