Chapter 124 - Sister Widow Who Defied Her Will, and Catwoman Who Was Prostituted for Nothing — All Miserable!

This beauty rivaled Catwoman herself. Compared to Catwoman's pure charm, Sister Widow carried a more heroic, sexy aura.

Cough. Batman cleared his throat lightly. "Madam, allow me to introduce myself. I'm Batman."

Natalie—Sister Widow—glanced at Gotham's dark knight and muttered to herself, "You're on our S.H.I.E.L.D list too. When the time comes, your identity will be exposed."

Batman softened his tone. "Beauty, where are you from?"

The widow sister pointed toward Lin Chen. "Do you care about him?"

"Wh—what?!" Batman's emotions were a tangle of envy and irritation. Why does my A Fu have gray hair while the Taoist priest has a beautiful girl with such a figure and looks?!

Lin Chen smirked. "Natalie, at best, you're a housewife now. You're nowhere near being in charge of me."

Batman muttered, almost sheepishly, "Actually… I also lack a supervisor. And her salary… probably higher than the Taoist priest's."

Lin Chen ignored this shameless poaching attempt. He looked at Natalie. "Natalie, someone's trying to poach you—you should think carefully."

Natalie's heart ached. She wanted to throw a hundred yuan at him and shout, "I don't want it! Who cares about your hundred yuan!"

But reality was cruel. As a proud agent, she had to complete the task—even if it meant enduring humiliation.

She straightened up, her voice tender: "No, I won't change jobs. My boss treats me well, Harley is kind to me, and Catwoman and I are good sisters too! I'm satisfied with my salary!"

Inside, her heart bled—it went against her very will.

Catwoman, lounging in the car, rolled her eyes. "When did she and I become good sisters? Hypocrisy!"

"Catwoman?" Batman noticed her hiding in the car.

"Hello, Batman," Catwoman called, beckoning him.

Batman's voice deepened. "Catwoman, tell me who Brick Brick is!"

"How long has it been? You haven't let it go yet?" Catwoman was speechless.

"I've been beaten twice in a row by him! How could I just let it slide?" Batman growled. Seeing Sister Widow staring, he added quickly: "It's not that I'm weak—I just wasn't paying attention, or he would've been done for!"

Catwoman shook her head. "The police asked me. I… don't know!"

"You!" Batman was about to chase her again. Lin Chen intervened: "Batman, give me some face. Catwoman is on my side now."

Batman hesitated, then nodded. "Fine. I'll give Daochang face. Just handle it yourself, and don't start stealing."

He had to catch the Clown now and had no time for side drama.

Lin Chen leaned on Batman's shoulder. "Brother, the Clown's target is Dent, right? Isn't it better for you to find a way to protect him?"

"Dent? Also—"

"And who does Dent care about most?" Lin Chen continued.

"Rachel?!" Batman startled.

"Well, pay attention to these two."

Batman and Lin Chen stepped aside, whispering. "Daoist, do you know my true identity?"

Lin Chen smirked. "Diamond Wang Lao Wu, you just said it."

Batman sighed. "It feels good to be recognized. Thank you, Taoist priest."

Catwoman observed from a distance, whispering to Harley, "Be careful… something's off with these two. Maybe they're plotting behind the scenes."

Harley pouted. "Impossible. The Taoist priest is too… lustful!"

Catwoman rolled her eyes. "Lustful enough for both men and women!"

Sister Widow was stunned. "Your circle is way too messy… this info is important! Next time, send Hawkeye to get close to Batman. Sacrifice is okay!"

After their conversation, Batman and Lin Chen rode off on a motorcycle. Catwoman watched, eyes wide.

Lin Chen blocked her view. "Look at this!"

Catwoman stared at him, confused, then noticed his motorcycle. "You're giving his motorcycle… jealous?!"

"Jealous? Hurry up and drive! We have many stops to make!" Lin Chen got in.

Catwoman's lips curved in a mischievous smile. "Better kill you later… haha!"

Sister Widow scolded from behind. "Childish!"

Harley shouted heartlessly, "Rough hair! Let's go throw the money!"

The night was busy. By early morning, Natalie had nowhere to stay until Harley brought her home. Catwoman, of course, didn't stay.

Lin Chen sighed. "Three girls… really have no water to drink."

He sent a message to Jill:"Beauty, checking the gas?"

"I'm working overtime. These days, the Clown nearly killed us all."

"Ah, then be careful with your microphone—he's too smart."

"Well, I'm not happy. After this, I'll treat you well and satisfy what you want," Jill replied with a smile.

Lin Chen was stunned. "You said that?"

"Shut up!"

Unable to sleep, Lin Chen climbed out of the window, gathered his spiritual energy, and flew toward a place.

Batman, heeding Lin Chen's warning, went to protect Ruixue.

Near dawn, Lin Chen returned, descending to the ground. "Damn it! Who stole my Bat Motorcycle?!"

"Hey! The key's missing? Expert?"

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Catwoman was awakened by the noise.

"Who… I've slept less than an hour, courting death…"

"It's me!" Lin Chen shouted outside.

Catwoman frowned. "Lin Chen?! What are you doing?"

"Open the door! Stop talking nonsense!"

"What is fierce… fine, I'll open it."

Lin Chen blocked the light as she opened the door. He dragged in a motorcycle and placed it heavily on the floor.

Catwoman stared. "…What are you doing?"

"Nothing left or right. Just went to the street to pick up a motorcycle."

Catwoman's heart softened. "If you weren't so careful, you're actually a warm man."

Lin Chen withdrew. "Warm man? I think you're mistaken."

Catwoman stared at the motorcycle, touched and excited. "You won't knock Batman unconscious again for it?"

"Impossible. He's obsessed with Rachel and has no idea Dent is in danger."

"You spoil me like this… you'll ruin me!"

Catwoman climbed onto the motorcycle, squealing with delight.

"Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!" Lin Chen was… not exactly polite. His hands began wandering.

Catwoman pushed him away. "Keep your hands to yourself!"

Lin Chen half-smiled. "You act innocent and pure, yet you tempt me?"

Catwoman blushed. "I'm just excited! Big deal, big deal…"

"What's the big deal?"

"You know the big deal," Lin Chen said knowingly.

He added, "The big deal is to let me help move the portrait this afternoon. There's a lot to carry."

Catwoman froze. "You're a straight man of steel… why don't you line up for train tickets yourself?"

Lin Chen ignored her, got on the motorcycle, and left.

Catwoman, stunned, thought, "What's going on? Did I just get prostituted for nothing?!"
