Scene One: Birth of the Zone
Blood kept dripping from Oungan's mouth, yet he stood in the middle of the battlefield smiling like a madman, his eyes blazing with a fire no one had ever seen before.
He raised his sword high… then slammed it into the ground with all his strength.
Oungan (in a deep voice):
"Mana Zone… Absolute Celestial Slash!!!"
Silence swallowed the place… before golden light exploded around him.
The earth vanished, the sky vanished, even the air itself disappeared…
Everyone found themselves in a strange void, like a golden endless page with no beginning and no end.
Inside… the warriors lost their sense of time and space.
They couldn't tell if they were standing, falling… or drifting in nothingness.
Poseidon (shocked):
"What… the hell is this!!!"
Athena (astonished):
"Wasn't this just a myth the old men whispered about?!"
Morlock (through clenched teeth):
"Damn it… I never imagined this bastard could reach this stage… I must end him now!!!"
Oungan smiled with confidence, lifting his sword before him.
Oungan:
"It's not perfect… but it will do."
(points his blade at Morlock)
"I'll start with you, old man!!!"
Scene Two: The Golden Blades
Oungan swung his sword.
An unseen strike shot forth, slicing Morlock's right arm clean off!
Morlock (screaming):
"Gaaahhh!!!"
He stared at his severed arm in shock… he hadn't even seen how it was cut.
Oungan (muttering):
"Damn… I missed the distance."
Narrator:
The law of the Golden Blades was simple yet terrifying…
Every slash left a golden scar hanging in the air, a suspended blade that could be activated at any moment.
Time inside the zone didn't flow normally, and these slashes could not be blocked or evaded… unless one escaped the zone itself.
Garok (furious):
"If I had known this… I would've torn his head off from the start!!!"
Ambaros (shouting):
"Let's kill him before he finishes us!!!"
Scene Three: Oungan's Call
Oungan shouted, his voice echoing across the zone:
"Poseidon!! Girl with the hammer!! Get away from those demons right now!!!"
Poseidon and Athena exchanged a quick glance… then leapt back, retreating from Ambaros and Garok.
Oungan turned toward the human soldiers trapped with him inside the zone.
Oungan:
"Soldiers of the alliance… I won't stop you from fleeing. But know this… before I unleash my attack, these demons will escape along with you… and remain unharmed.
So tell me… will you lay down your lives with me?!"
For a moment, heavy silence fell… then one soldier screamed:
"I'm with you!!!"
Then another, and another… until the voices of hundreds rose together:
"We're with you!!!"
Oungan smiled with pride, raised his sword high, then thrust it down toward the ground.
Oungan (thundering):
"Dimensional Cutter… Absolute Golden Slash!!!"
Scene Four: "Scene Three: The Slashing Attack that Split the World in Half"
From the heavens descended a vertical golden line… its width as vast as a city, its length stretching from the atmosphere to the earth's core.
Golden light devoured everything… bodies, souls, existence itself.
From afar, those caught beneath it looked like tiny black specks… before being consumed by the radiance.
Morlock (terrified):
"Damn it!!!"
Garok (screaming in madness):
"This is our end!!!"
Ambaros (regretful):
"I should have killed him before he reached this point!!!"
Then…
The slash descended with insane speed.
The earth split apart, the sky tore open… and a colossal abyss was carved, a canyon with no end.
Scene Five: After the Technique
The dust slowly cleared.
All eyes widened at the sight of the massive canyon that had cleaved the battlefield in half.
Oungan (panting, smiling despite the blood):
"Hey, fish… this is my ultimate technique… the one I wanted to kill you with!!!"
Poseidon (stunned):
"Incredible… you bastard!"
Athena (uneasy):
"What a dangerous man you are!!!"
But from within the ruins… Morlock emerged, his body shredded, clutching his chest with one hand, the other arm gone.
Beside him stood a mysterious armored demon, carrying a deep wound yet still standing.
Morlock (weakly):
"I survived… somehow… thank you."
The Demon (calmly):
"You will repay this debt… later."
Oungan cursed, staggering as he gasped for air:
"Damn it… that old bastard isn't dead yet!!!"
Scene Six: The End
Oungan collapsed on his back, his sword falling beside him.
Poseidon and Athena knelt close to him.
Oungan (coughing blood, looking at Poseidon):
"Hey, fish… didn't I tell you? If we had rebelled against those old fools… we would've bled far less!!!"
Poseidon (sorrowful):
"A rebel will never achieve anything!!!"
Oungan smiled faintly:
"Seems… I couldn't change your mind… after all."
His eyes remained open, his voice fading to a whisper:
"Looks like… my journey ends here."
And with that… he exhaled his final breath.
Poseidon gently closed his eyes, sorrow clouding his face.
Poseidon (whispering):
"Rest in peace… my friend."
