Auxiliary Volume Preview Arc – "The Shattered Awakening"
Chapter 1 – The Shattered World
The sky tore open, splitting with crimson lightning. Rivers of molten stone twisted across a battlefield strewn with shattered towers.
Edward's eyes snapped open, senses screaming that this was no ordinary world.
From above descended a colossal beast wings black as obsidian, claws that could crush mountains, eyes burning like molten gold. Its roar warped reality itself.
Instinctively, Edward's hands shaped a sword of void energy, humming with raw power. He swung and the creature recoiled, stunned.
Then came Hostarge's soldiers, countless shadows advancing like a dark tide. Each weapon they carried could shatter realms. Edward's heart burned: this is a war that decides everything.
He slammed his sword into the ground. Weapons of impossible shapes hammers, axes, spears rose around him, orbiting like satellites. The soldiers faltered.
This was the Creator Holder, a force that could bend reality itself.
A silver-cloaked woman appeared amidst the chaos, eyes glowing with ancient knowledge.
"So… you've awakened," she said. "The multiverse trembles before you."
Edward gripped his sword, resolve hardening.
"Then I will carve my path. No one will stop me."
Yet deep within, the memory of betrayal still burned the goddess's lie that shattered his past life. But now, that pain would forge his future.
Chapter 2 – Trial of the Void
The beast lunged. Edward's void-sword split the air, clashing with the monster's obsidian claws. Each strike sent shockwaves that shattered mountains.
He realized something terrifying: the beast adapted to his powers. Every weapon he created, every attack he launched, it countered with uncanny precision.
Edward clenched his fists. He merged his will with the void, creating a storm of weapons around him. Spears struck the beast's eyes, hammers smashed its claws, axes tore through its wings. The creature faltered but then Hostarge's shadow soldiers attacked from behind, surrounding him.
The silver-cloaked woman raised a hand.
"Your trial has only begun. The Creator Holder is not born from ease he is forged from chaos, pain, and willpower."
Edward's mind raced. Chaos. Pain. Willpower.
Then let it all come.
With a roar, he unleashed a void eruption, a surge of power that shredded the battlefield. The beast fell, soldiers scattered, and for a fleeting moment, silence reigned.
But Edward knew it was not over. This was merely the beginning of something far larger.
Chapter 3 – The First Omen
From the distance, a shadow twisted into the form of a god-child a figure with eyes like molten gold and a grin that chilled the soul.
"You've survived the first trial, Creator Holder. But the multiverse itself watches… and some will not forgive you."
Edward turned, sensing countless eyes observing him from distant realms. His powers pulsed not just weapons, but the very fabric of creation bending to his will.
He looked at the silver-cloaked woman. "Who are you?"
She smiled faintly. "A friend, for now. But even allies can vanish when gods intervene. Prepare yourself, Edward. This world… and all worlds… will test you."
Lightning split the sky again. Edward gripped his sword.
"Let them come. I will carve my path, and no one will stop me."
Thus begins the legend of the Dark Holder the one who defied gods, rewrote destiny, and shattered the chains of creation itself.
