It was the Original One, Arceus! At this time, its Arc-Wrist was also in its complete form.
It slowly walked in the void, as if it felt lonely. With the eighteen plates around its body spinning rapidly, its will was divided into three, and light gradually condensed into three dragon-like bodies in the void.

However, Arceus found that this hopeful planet lacked the colors of the heart. So, three lower-tier Legendaries appeared: Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf.
