"What? You actually refused?"
It took Instructor Gabriella a while to come back to her senses, and she looked at Theon in disbelief.
Becoming Elder Bane's last disciple is definitely what countless alchemists dream of.
"Theon, you have such a talent for alchemy, how can you not concentrate on developing in the way of a Geneticist?"
Gabriella said with a scolding expression: "If you don't concentrate on refining the elixir, you will be sorry for yourself, your parents, and the entire world!"
"…"
Theon froze at Instructor Gabriella's words. But his face instantly turned cold.
Sorry for himself? He promised himself not to ever be that helpless anymore.
As for being sorry for his parents? The one person he could call his parent and had long since being buried. As for the world, the world could burn die all he care and he wouldn't even twitch a single muscle.
"Instructor, you can't convince me to change my mind. I want to become a strong and not just a Geneticist"
Theon said.
"A person's energy is limited. There are many self-righteous geniuses in this world.
They think just like you, wanting to master everything. But in the end, due to limited energy, they fail to achieve high or low in any area, wasting their talents."
Instructor Gabriella looked at Theon seriously: "I don't want you to become a person like this in the future, understand?"
"Thank you, Instructor Gabriella, for the reminder."
Theon thanked him and said seriously, "But I still want to achieve some results in combat."
"you..."
Instructor Gabriella suddenly became furious.
It turned out that this guy ignored everything she said just now.
"You're really pissing me off. I'll get you promoted to an Elite student as soon as possible. Just wait for me."
Instructor Gabriella finished speaking and then left angrily.
She was helpless against this stubborn guy.
She decided to tell her teacher Elder Bane about this and let him take care of it.
After Instructor Gabriella left, Theon turned his gaze directly to Trent below and sneered, "Trent, can you get out of here now?"
Trent snorted coldly with a gloomy expression, turned around and was about to leave without saying a word.
"Wait, stop right there!"
However, just as Trent turned around, Theon's cold shout rang in his ears.
Trent paused, turned around and looked at Theon coldly: "What do you want to do?"
"Nothing, just when I mean you should get out, I meant crawl out of here."
Theon said calmly.
"Theon, don't go too far!"
Trent glared at Theon, his entire body shaking with anger.
This bastard actually wanted him to crawl out of the classroom in front of everyone!
"I bullied you, what can you do?"
Theon sneered and said, "Stop talking nonsense. Do you want to crawl, or do you want me to do it myself?"
"If you tell me to get out, I'll get out. But if you want me to crawl, you don't have that capability!"
Trent sneered disdainfully, not taking Theon's words to heart at all, and turned around and walked out of the classroom.
He really didn't believe that Theon dared to attack him.
Theon's eyes turned cold, and Thunder Clap step was activated instantly.
The next moment, his figure appeared beside Trent like a ghost and slapped Trent on the shoulder.
Before Trent could react, he staggered and fell to the ground.
"Theon, you...what do you want to do? If you dare to touch a hair on my head, my brother will never let you go!"
Trent shouted in horror.
Theon had an indifferent expression. Seeing Trent's terrified expression, he bent Trent's limbs together.
He raised his right foot slightly and kicked Trent's butt cleanly.
Immediately, Trent's body rolled out of the classroom like a ball, screaming and howling in pain.
This shocking scene made the students in the classroom stand there in silence for a long time.
This guy really asked Trent to get out of the classroom.
The classroom fell into stunned silence as students processed what they had just witnessed. Theon dusted off his hands and walked toward the exit without sparing another glance at the groaning Trent outside in the hallway.
"Did he just… actually make Trent crawl out?" someone whispered.
"That guy's insane. Calvin's going to kill him when he finds out."
"At this point, I don't think Theon cares fib his own life anymore. Daring to offend someone in the Elite Leaderboard is borderline crazy. Now way Trent would let this go. He would most likely inform his brother."
Theon ignored the murmurs and stepped over Trent's still-whimpering body that was in the corridor.
Trent release a loud yep as he cursed loudly.
But Theon simply sneered and ignored him. If he wasn't at the academy ground, he wouldn't mind finishing him off to get rid of the trouble early.
As he walked across the academy grounds, he suddenly paused as remembered something important - he still hadn't selected his weapon from the academy treasury!
Without hesitation he immediately set out a quest.
"System, I need to select a weapon from the academy treasury," he muttered to himself.
[Ding! Quest Created]
[Objective: Select a weapon from the academy treasury]
[Reward: Tier II Relic Weapon - Identical Copy]
[Accept Quest? Y/N]
"Accept."
Damn! A tier II weapon? Theon was stunned. He hadn't even held a tier I in his hand before not to mention a tier II weapon l.
The academy treasury was located in the eastern wing, a heavily fortified building with multiple security formations. Unlike the Archive's towering height, the treasury was a squat, imposing structure that radiated an aura of impenetrable defense.
Inside, weapons of every conceivable type lined the walls in organized displays. Swords gleamed under the artificial lighting, spears stood in perfect rows, and various exotic weapons occupied specialized cases.
A elderly clerk with sharp eyes approached him. "New student weapon selection?"
"Yes, sir."
"Your badge grants you access to Tier I weapons and basic equipment. Follow me."
As they walked through the aisles, Theon's enhanced vision swept over the available options. Most weapons were standard academy issue - well-crafted but unremarkable. However, one weapon caught his attention.
