The front door clicked shut as Yukina stepped into the apartment, the familiar scent of her home hitting her immediately.
"I'm back," she called out, though she expected no response.
She kicked off her boots and headed straight for the kitchen to prepare dinner for her and her older sister.
But as she entered the kitchen, she caught a figure hunched over the table, eating an instant ramen who immediately froze seeing her.
It was her older sister, Watanabe Marika.
Marika was the polar opposite of Yukina's flashy, gyaru aesthetic. She has a black hair that was a tangled nest that seems like it hadn't seen a comb in forty-eight hours, and her purple eyes were bloodshot behind thick-rimmed glasses, framed by heavy, dark eyebags.
She wore a baggy white T-shirt that draped off one shoulder, stained with a single drop of soy sauce.
