Chapter 243: Two Major Factions
As Regigigas spoke slowly, what could be summarized in a few seconds would drag on for five minutes. Adding to this, Regigigas seemed to have had no one to confide in for a long time, and it had an urge to pour out its heart. Coupled with its lengthy story, Yellow and Silver listened for over three hours.
After hearing Regigigas's story, Yellow said helplessly, "So, in other words, a terrible being destroyed your world, forcing you underground. Then, after the world shattered, a Pokémon called Necrozma dragged you into its space. That's it, right?"

Silver was almost in tears: "Please, can you not drag something that can be summarized in one sentence into almost four hours?!"

What could Yellow and Silver say? This was Regigigas; even the two of them combined might not be a match for it. What could they do? They could only accept it!
Yellow thought for a moment and said, "Regigigas, I want to ask, is there any water or food here? We need food to survive."

Regigigas started to speak, but a violent shaking interrupted it. Regigigas stood up and walked towards a certain place. Yellow and Silver were a little curious, staying in Regigigas's hands, wondering what the vibrations and Regigigas's current actions were related to.
As Regigigas walked out of the huge stone chamber, Yellow and Silver discovered that there was an even larger space outside, but facing them, or rather facing Regigigas, were four legendary Pokémon: Groudon, Heatran, Palkia, and Giratina. And in front of Regigigas were its three legendary golems: Regirock, Regice, and Registeel.
Eight legendary Pokémon in total, clearly divided into two factions, Yellow thought. However, Regigigas clearly didn't have the energy to care for them now, having placed the two behind it and communicating something towards the opposite side.
The four legendary Pokémon on the other side also cried out at Regigigas, and a battle was clearly brewing. Heatran finally couldn't take it anymore and unleashed a Magma Storm towards Regigigas and the other three.
Yellow and Silver quickly moved away from the battlefield, while Flygon and Mismagius immediately used Protect to help Yellow and Silver shield themselves from the aftershocks of the Magma Storm.
Regigigas was also somewhat enraged. It suddenly reached out and grabbed Heatran, its body turning orange-yellow, and emitted an orange-yellow light from its hand towards Heatran. Then, Regigigas used astonishing strength to throw its opponent backward.
With a single Crush Grip, Heatran was rendered unable to battle. Yellow and Silver, watching Regigigas unleash its power, couldn't help but swallow hard, thinking: "Thank goodness we didn't provoke Regigigas!"
Seeing Regigigas attack, Giratina's side could no longer hold back and joined the fray. Precipice Blades, Spacial Rend, and Shadow Ball rained down on Regigigas.
But Regigigas didn't need to react; the three legendary golems shielded the attacks with their own bodies, simultaneously launching attacks on the other three. Regigigas slammed its fist into the ground, sending countless sharp stones hurtling towards the three legendary Pokémon.
Groudon roared, unleashing another Precipice Blades to block the stone attack, while Palkia fired a barrage of Aura Spheres at Regigigas.
Seeing this, Yellow said to Silver, "Let's stop them. Otherwise, this fight could easily result in mutual destruction. We still need to learn about the situation here through Regigigas; otherwise, we'll never get out."
Silver smiled bitterly, "How can we stop them? We'd just be collateral damage, completely useless."
"How will we know if we don't try?" Yellow said. "Flygon, Tyranitar, Hyper Beam! Separate them!"
Flygon and the newly emerged Tyranitar immediately fired Hyper Beams, heading towards the center of the battle between both sides.
"Sigh. I really am crazy. Golduck, Mismagius, Hyper Beam!" Silver said.
Golduck and Mismagius also fired Hyper Beams, heading towards the center of the battle between both sides. The four Hyper Beams exploded at the center of the battlefield, drawing the attention of all the legendary Pokémon to Yellow and Silver.
Yellow took a deep breath and shouted, "What are you fighting about? Wasn't your world destroyed by that terrible being? What are you doing fighting like this? If you're so powerful, go and get revenge!"
With Yellow's shout, both sides stopped fighting. Regigigas's slow voice rang out again: "You're right, they did indeed intend to use Palkia's spatial power to leave this place. However, the last failure resulted in the deaths of many Pokémon! Can't you consider the Pokémon trapped in this space? That's why I stopped them."
Silver snapped his fingers and said, "I understand. You're actually on two sides. Regigigas, while you want revenge, Palkia's spatial abilities can't guarantee success. And you're also considering the other Pokémon in this space, so you're not planning to be too aggressive, hoping for a safer solution. If we can't get you out of this space after six months, you can do whatever you want with us. But the condition is: you are not allowed to fight each other again! How about that?" Silver said.
The legendary Pokémon thought for a moment, nodded, and then dispersed.
"Oh my god. That scared me to death." Seeing the legendary Pokémon disperse, Silver plopped down on the ground.
Yellow pulled him up, saying, "I take back what I said. You can be reliable sometimes. Now, let's look forward to Ryan coming to pick us up soon."
"Hehe, Ryan won't let us down." Silver grinned, giving Yellow a thumbs up.
