Chapter 18 - Insert 18

Linomtha: I now believe that God is indeed alive and that God wants me to be in this place. I am not here by mistake

Mrs Ndlovu: "Thank you so much again, do you want to see the nursery before you sleep?"

Linomtha: "I would love to" we then walked to the room next door. It was so beautifully decorated in blue. There was a little mini kitchen like she had said in the room, it was so cute it contained babies feeding cups, flasks, feeding plates and different kinds of kids utensils. "Why did you keep such a big knife in here?"

Mrs Ndlovu: "We used it when we were connecting the cot and cutting some stuff and I never removed it. It always stayed in the drawer

We moved around then went back to my room

Mrs Ndlovu: "Good night baby girl, I will see you tomorrow morning. Thank you so much for everything"

Linomtha: "Thank you Mrs Ndlovu, good night"

Mrs Ndlovu: "Please stop referring me like that can you please call me Mama"

Linomtha: I smiled "Ok Mama"

Mrs Ndlovu: "That feels so good, I finally have a young one calling me Mama. We will take good care of you. I love you ok"

Linomtha: "Love you too" she walked away and I got back in bed. I checked the time and it was 12:30 AM. I thanked God again and went back to sleep.

I woke up on Monday morning in a very happy mood. I was just singing praise songs. I woke up around 6 and took a bath, then went downstairs. Mama Ndlovu told me breakfast is served at 7. There was just everything on the table, it was a buffet breakfast. Different kinds of fruits, cereals, and then bodi bacon, cheese, ledinamanyanatseding weaketsebe mainaatsona.

I found Mama Ndlovu already at the table. She stood up and gave me a big hug.

Mama Ndlovu: "Morning my baby girl, unjani?"

Linomtha: "Am good thanks and you Mama."

Mama Ndlovu: "Am well. Your dad will join us just now."

A dark tall big man walked in wearing chef clothes.

Mama Ndlovu: "Lino, this is our chef brother Mandla."

Mandla: "Heyy how are you sisi and welcome at Ndlovu. How would you like your eggs?"

I didn't know a thing about different types of eggs. Then he explained them for me and I settled for scrambled eggs.

Mandla: "Would you like tea, coffee or juice and must your bread be toasted or not? White or brown?"

Haiha, just a lot of questions mara yooh.
