That night the two couples arrived safely at their respective homes.
At the Greene mansion, Naomi and Edison were about to retire for the night in their bedroom.
Naomi felt uneasy because she saw her husband looking at her a few times with lust shimmering in his eyes. Would he attempt to force her to do it tonight? They have not consummated their wedding yet.
She went to the bathroom anxiously, brushed her teeth and put on her pajamas.
A few moments later she emerged from the bathroom door and went straight to the closet and removed the foam mattress and made a bed for her husband on the floor. She hoped he wouldn't make a fuss tonight. She was tired and wanted to fall asleep quickly.
He looked at her. His jaw clenched, disappointment flashing in his eyes. "I thought we were now on good terms. I thought I could sleep in your bed now after our fun outing in the mall. Why are you acting like this as if we are strangers to each other?" he asked, annoyed.
