Chapter 5 - 5 (Nor)

"Setsuna, did you mean it when you said you would do anything for me?"

Caught off guard by Sol's sudden question, Setsuna faltered for a moment, then nodded firmly, her expression serious. "Of course. What do you want me to do?"

His hesitant but determined response carried a weight of intimacy that left her wide-eyed and blushing, her mind racing to fully grasp the meaning behind his words.

"I-I never thought there was such an act… I've studied some things in preparation, but this… is new to me." Her embarrassment deepened as comprehension set in, though she didn't look away.

"What is it that you want from me?" she asked more quietly, then quickly added, "Did Milia… do something like this with you?"

Sol smiled gently, choosing his words carefully. "What Milia and I shared is private. I don't want you to feel like you need to compete with her, or to do something just because she might have. What you choose with me has to be because you want it, not because of rivalry."

Though jealousy and curiosity welled inside her, his honesty also sparked a quiet happiness. She felt conflicted, but she was glad he refused to pit her against Milia.

After a moment, she whispered with newfound resolve, her voice trembling with a mix of pride and shyness. "I may not have experience… but if it's for you, I'll try."

Her determination, though tinged with embarrassment, held genuine affection. Sol admired her honesty, her vulnerability, and the way she put her trust in him. To him, her willingness mattered more than anything.

Despite her inexperience, Setsuna wanted to prove her devotion. But Sol, understanding her nature and desires, made sure she knew he valued her beyond any comparison.

He reminded himself again—love and intimacy should never be a contest, nor something forced. What mattered most was the bond they shared, something based on trust, choice, and a future together.
