Daniel's POV
I sat on the couch with my eyes closed, leaning back to calm myself. My secretary, Lucas, stood respectfully beside me.
In a low voice, I asked, "What's the update?"
Lucas replied, "Sir, just as you ordered, I went to Elite City and visited Auralis' office."
My eyes opened slowly. "Did his secretary see you?"
Lucas nodded. "Yes, sir. He saw me, and I'm certain he passed the update to Mr. Kyle."
A faint smile tugged at my lips. "Good. Now Kyle is trying so hard to hide his secrets. And when someone tries that hard… it only becomes easier to find."
"Yes, sir," Lucas agreed. "And I found something."
I raised a brow. "What?"
Lucas opened his tablet and handed it to me. "Sir, this is the boy Mr. Kyle recently met."
I stared at the picture. My lazy eyes suddenly widened. Zooming in, my gaze locked on the face.
"…It's Damien," I whispered.
