Chapter 10 - chapter 10:

Sajid decided that building up his physical strength and stamina should be his main priorities alongside his magical power. He reasoned that even if he managed to increase his magical power, but his body could not handle that power, it would be meaningless. Sajid then fell into a dilemma. He knows that he knows how to increase his magical power, but he does not know how. He is reluctant to tell about his powers to others, and besides, after what happened to him, he does not find anyone trustworthy.

He decided to first take his time getting used to the power, and then he could not find any solution to increase his magical power; only then would he seek help. In the meantime, He decided to focus all his strength on physical strength and stamina.

Sajid decided to go out and do some training. He decided to get the same training as the other village boys when he was walking around the village. Sajid was worried about the direction since he had visited them only once, and he might not remember the route. But surprisingly, he vividly remembered the route. Sajid was astonished since he clearly remembered that he was not as bright.

Sajid realised that this might be one of the perks of Jin's power. Sajid then sought out the village trainer and told him that he wanted to train with the other boys. The trainer's name was Sudip. When he came to open fields of the training, he saw that Sudip was training the boys by doing sme pushups, and some were training with swords and shields.

When Sajid called out to Sudip, Sudip introduced him to Sajid. Sudip was very warm and friendly. Sudip asked Sajid what his goal was to become strong. Sajid replied that he wanted to become stronger to protect himself better and make better judgments in dealing with adverse situations. Sudip replied that he was looking for the wrong person.

Sudip told Sajid that if he was only looking for strength, then he could teach him ways to achieve it. But since he was also looking for situational awareness, he needed to have live combat experience, and live combat is not his area of expertise. He advised Sajid to get help from Rajesh. Then he gave Sajid directions to Rajesh's hut. Sajid followed the direction and reached Rajesh's hut. Rajesh's hut was situated alongside a huge tree, and it was on the branch of the tree.

Sajid was amazed at how Rajesh built up his new home in the branch of this huge tree. Sajid called out Rajesh. Rajesh came out of his home and was surprised to find Sajid near his home. Rajesh thought Sajid was gonna be angry at Rajesh for bringing him to this village and binding him to this cursed village. Then Rajesh asked what Sajid wanted from him.

Sajid replied that he wanted to learn the arts of combat from him and wants his help in that matter. Rajesh smiled at him and said that if he wanted to learn combat arts and awareness from him, then first he had to prove that he was ready for his training by climbing up this tree. After saying that, he went inside his home again.

Sajid was baffled. What kind of training was this? Sajid had no idea how to climb a tree, and more importantly, that tree was huge, and Rajesh's home was also in the middle branch of that huge tree. So it was quite high from the ground. Sajid then had the idea that if he used his powers and got a past glimpse of that tree, he could see how Rajesh climbed into his new home daily.

Then he would practise it with a smaller tree, and then he would attempt it. Sajid then used his powers and focused on that tree. Sajid focused his vision on Rajesh building his home. Sajid saw that Rajesh took the materials and started chanting. He then saw that his leg got stronger and looked as if his leg had more power than his other parts. Then he started walking up that tree. In the following scenarios, Rajesh just started jumping around the tree, and he reached his home within a minute, whereas a normal person would have taken quite some time.

Sajid realised that looking at the trees past would be meaningless, and he would be wasting his effort. So he closed his eyes and turned off the past projections. He then had another idea to look at other trees to see if anyone had climbed up any tree, and if he could learn from it. Sajid started walking around the village and looked at all the trees one by one.

Finally, Sajid found a tree near the training ground of the village where he saw a boy who was training with Sudip climb up a tree. From his vision, he could understand that it was part of Sudip's training. Sajid finally found a clue to how to climb up that tree. Sajid was exhausted from using his powers all the time. His eyes were burning. So Sajid decided to take the rest of the day off.

Sajid went to his home and just got on to sleep on bed. Sajid was so exhausted that he even forgot to eat. Next morning, Sajid woke up from his bed and washing himself, decided to seek Sudip out to get his help on how to climb up a tree. Sajid then reached the training camp and asked Sudip if he could teach him how to climb up the tree. Sudip was baffled as to why Sajid wanted to learn how to climb up a tree instead of strength building. Sajid then replied that Rajesh told him it was his first assignment under Rajesh. Sudip then told him that he was ready to teach him.

Sudip then first asked one boy under his tutelage to demonstrate to Sajid how to climb a tree. The boy did as he was told and demonstrated to Sajid.
