As Kento was getting brutally tortured by the man he gave up on surviving. He lost hope. He looked at the man for one last time and felt fear gripping his soul. His leg became useless. He couldn't feel anything. He looked outside the sunlight was bright and warm. He stretched his hand for one last time. The man pointed the knife towards his head from upwards. "Useless shit" - the man felt disgusted while looking at his body. Was it the end? Is this the final moment? "So it's how I die" - Kento's thoughts. All of a sudden the man's eyes got wide opened. He sensed something behind him. As he was about to turn around a bullet pierced through his heart. The man fell on his knees. Something's off, Kento's eyes still blurry but he looks at the man and sees he's not bleeding. Instead a strange black aura was leaking from the place he was shot. The man wasn't bleeding instead his body leaked a black aura. The man turned his head around and says - "so you are with him too." Suddenly a woman was standing behind them holding a gun. Her eyes were green, she was wearing a tank top had a tattoo on her right arm. Her hair was black. As she stood right behind them she looks at Kento. Kento , who was too weak and didn't have proper vision barely looked at her. "You really think a weakling like him is worthy to join us?" - the woman replied. The man smiles and says - "makes sense." All of a sudden the man turns around and pulls his katana and swings it towards her. She jumps back and dodged it. The cut was precise and clean it cut through the walls. The woman jumps back and fired a shot. The man jumps sideways and dodged it. He launched himself towards her ready to swing his katana. The woman blocked the blade with the barrel of the gun. As soon as the blade and gun came to contact a spark lit up. The man pushed her as she was blocking. She leaned down and fired a shot. This time it went right through the man's guts. He fell down on his knees. "You got stronger than I expected Scarface, but not enough." He looks at her and she points the gun at him. After a slight eye contact she shot him. The bullet pierced through his heart again. This time knocking him out cold. Kento was an observer. His blood was spilling out rapidly. He was just a crippled spectator.
The woman looked at him and says - "wow you're still alive." Kento looks at her but couldn't say anything. She walked towards him and bent down. She noticed Kento was wounded badly. She pulled out an injection and said - "now be a good boy." Kento's eyes were blurry because of losing too much blood. Without another word she hits him in the neck with the injection. Kento screamed and after a minute he was knocked out cold. Before losing his consciousness Kento whispered - "who are you?" The woman smiles and says - "you won't remember it but it's Misa." Kento's eyes closed.
A dream. A vision. A different perspective. An endless sea of nothingness. Pitch black darkness. No sign of life and light. A man who was drowning. His body was motionless. His eyes wide open but refused to blink. His hands were dissolving. His eyes started changing colours. His heart was glowing. His head tilted and he saw a figure floating right next to him.
Kento's eyes burst opened. His brain couldn't figure what was happening. His body felt weak. He sits up and sees that he was in his room. Kento looks around and sees everything was alright. His body felt extreme pain. His head was spinning. He stands up and walked towards the bathroom. He gets freshened up and eats his breakfast while watching TV. The news says that yesterday a building caught fire but luckily no one was injured. Kento looks at the clock and sees it's already 10. He's late again. He quickly gets dressed and rushed towards the shop. Kento was running. The streets were mostly empty. He rushed through the roads. He finally reached. Kento faints and said - "finally I made it." "No you didn't." A voice from inside the store. Mr Yamako comes out and says - "you're late again Kento." Kento paused for a while and looked at Mr Yamako and says - "hey old man I think you have said it before." Mr Yamako looked a bit annoyed and says - "I tell you everyday you fool now get to work." Kento doesn't think about it and rushed. He was working. He was organising stuff, taking out the trash. After a few minutes Mr Yamako called him. Kento says - "you called old man." Mr Yamako was counting money. Kento felt something off and said - "it's the paycheck right." Mr Yamako looks at him and says - "yes it is." Mr Yamako hands it over and says - "spend it well Kento..." Right when Mr Yamako was about to say the rest Kento says - "you're not in highschool anymore." Mr Yamako looks a bit shocked and says - "Great now you can read minds." He laughs but Kento , he was looking confused and terrified. His skin was crawling with fear but he couldn't recall why. He looks at Mr Yamako, his laughing was haunting him. He looks around and tries to remember but couldn't recall. He took the money and walked away. Something inside him felt different. He looks around and tried to remember something but couldn't. He works as usual but something inside of him was feeling odd. He was working and constantly looking outside. Mr Yamako noticed it and says - "Kento what's wrong with you?" He doesn't say anything and keeps on working. After a few minutes Kento looks at his watch and sees it's 1:36 pm. He feels as if he has something with these digits of time. Suddenly the door opens and a customer enters the shop. A female. She's wearing a black jacket. Her hair was long and silky. Her eyes were blue and resembles the ocean blue melody. She started roaming around the shop and looks around. Kento reached her and says - "good afternoon how can I help you?" The woman looks at him but doesn't say anything. She keeps on roaming around and picking up stuff and then put it back again. She's constantly looking around.
20 minutes have passed and the woman keeps walking around but doesn't purchase anything. Mr Yamako felt annoyed but couldn't say anything because his shop was famous because of their customer service. Mr Yamako tells Kento to ask her if she needs anything. Kento reached her again and says - "excuse me miss if you need anything specific you can tell me." The woman looks at him without any reaction and says - "I only need a few minutes so why don't you go away." Kento felt awkward and slightly backs off. The lady keeps roaming around and looking everywhere. Kento was following her and saying - "miss if you need daily groceries it's already here and we also have some special snacks if you want." The lady looked at him and whispers - "so you are annoying after all." Kento says - "excuse me?" The lady turns around and keeps walking around. This time Mr Yamako gets up and quickly reached her. "Look lady if you want something just take it we are on sale today but if you don't want it then you are free to leave." The lady walked right passed Mr Yamako and doesn't say anything. Mr Yamako tried to grab her from behind. Just as he was about to she turned and swiped her hand from left to right. The moment felt a sudden shockwave. Mr Yamako froze up instantly. His face reaction, his hand, his body structure froze up. The woman just stopped time around a certain space. Kento who was behind Mr Yamako was shocked. "Mr Yamako" - Kento whispered. His tone became softer. Suddenly the woman noticed that Kento wasn't affected.
The woman's eyes stretched and she stepped backwards. She looks at Kento as if she is seeing a ghost. "How are you not affected?" Kento looked her and says - "what are you saying? What did you do to Mr Yamako?" Within a blink of an eye the woman disappeared. Kento got shocked and couldn't understand what happened? She was just standing there then what happened. Mr Yamako is still there froze up. All of a sudden Kento felt a strange sensation behind him. It chilled him to his spine. He slightly turns around and sees the lady was standing behind him with an injection. Even before Kento turned around the woman injected it in his neck. Kento's vision got blurry and his body became motionless. He fell on the ground. Kento has lost his consciousness. The woman stood there. "So you are something special." - she whispered.
