Kensaro throws more Molotov cocktails, burning the place down even more. Five and the girl dodge each attack, and Kensaro shoots at them again.
Five and the girl block all the shots, and Five sees how the whole place is starting to burn.
"Damn, this is complicated," Five thinks.
"You'll see how they beg me not to kill them. This is so much fun," says Kensaro, laughing like a maniac.
"That guy is such a pain, and I'm already used to Ten and his constant shouting during fights," Five thinks, sighing with annoyance.
"Die, die, die, you damn idiots, you'll fall before the sixth member!" Kensaro shouted, laughing and throwing more Molotov cocktails.
Five and the girl continue to dodge each of Kensaro's attacks with tremendous ease. Five and the girl climb onto a roof to observe the terrain.
"Wow, this is a problem. What are you going to do about this, even though I don't know your name so I can't say anything without resorting to expressions?" said Five.
"My name is Rion Akame, and yes, I have something to do with this," said the girl named Rion.
"I see. She told me everything in a very cold manner. It seems that she only got upset once, when she realized the presence of the Shadow Brigade," thought Five about the whole affair.
"Well, I'd better go down now. Hey, what are you doing standing on the edge of the roof?" said Rion, confused to see Five standing on the edge of the roof.
Then Five took off his mask and began to sigh, drawing the fire toward him, until he ended up swallowing all the fire.
"But what the hell do you do that for?" said Rion.
"No, I don't do it often. It's just that I can eat fire. I mean, it's literally my food. Well, my ability is with fire," said Five, finishing absorbing all the fire.
"You guys at the top of Mercenaries are weird," said Rion, confused by Five's ability.
"Says the one with a killer aura," said Five, being hilarious with Rion.
Elsewhere, in the room where Four was fighting Amalia.
The room is full of debris from the explosion, but suddenly something moves under some debris.
"Damn, I forgot about the disaster it could cause. Luckily, I covered my whole body with my threads from the explosion," said Four, emerging from the debris and removing it from himself.
"Well, at least that girl is dead, but now I need to communicate with the others," said Four, trying to communicate.
"Damn, why aren't they answering? Something's wrong with the communications, hmph... Wow, I didn't know you were coming, Owl," said Four, watching Owl arrive.
"Hey, are you okay? You look kind of weird. Gross, why are you drooling? Are you a little kid or something?" said Four, surprised by Owl's attitude.
"I'm sorry, but let's just say your little friend can't answer you," said a person.
"Who the hell are you? But now that I see you, I wonder if you're an adult. You look too young to be one," said Four, thinking about the rest.
"My name is Sharnak Kurt, and your friend fell under the effect of my mind control," said the boy.
"I see, so you're from Cosmic Liberation, huh... Seeing the needle in the back of his neck, I can tell that's your ability," said Four, looking at the needle in Owl's neck.
"Exactly, you guessed my ability. It's based on the fact that when I put the needle with my blood on it on the back of someone's neck, my blood enters their brain because it's so close, and I control them with the device I have in my hand," said Sharnak.
"Damn, these cosmic ones are always complicated. All of them in that category are weak, but they're better known for being more dangerous in their ingenuity," said Four, creating more threads.
"Well, I think you're ready to fight, but I'm not good at hand-to-hand combat, so I'll entertain that girl with the hammer," said Sharnak, pointing.
"Girl with the hammer? Does he mean Eriz? But she's supposed to be dead. Does he also control the dead?" thought Four.
A hammer comes flying toward Four and hits her in the arm, sending her flying. She crashes into a wall.
"What the hell? Do you control the dead, you bastard?" Four yells as he emerges from the rubble of the wall.
"No, I don't control the dead. This girl is only half dead. I can't control a dead person because their brains don't work," says Sharnak.
"What do you mean their brains don't work?" asks Four.
"Well, you see, the human brain sends signals to the body, but when the body is dead, it no longer sends signals, which is why I can't control the dead. And since the girl died only from poison, she's only half dead, so her brain still works," replies Sharnak.
"I see. What your ability does is send signals to the body through the blood, and with the device, you control the blood, which is in the individual's brain, sending signals that the body picks up and controls in that way. Damn, it must be a blood contract that you use," thought Four, creating more threads.
"Well, it's time to go find the artifact. Owl, free Amalia," said Sharnak.
"What, Amalia? But she's dead from the explosion," said Four, surprised by what Sharnak had just said.
"No, I used Owl's ability to cover her from the explosion," said Sharnak, snapping his fingers to release her now.
Suddenly, Owl pulls out a blanket tied like a bag, releases it, and something comes out, turning out to be a person.
"Wow, you took your time freeing me, didn't you?" said Amalia, stretching her body.
"Well, let's just say I got carried away showing off my power," said Sharnak, smiling with her eyes closed.
"Damn, are those two messing with me? Hmm... that's on their necks," said Four, seeing something on Sharnak and Amalia's necks.
There was a skull and some numbers on them, looking like they had been tattooed years ago.
"The blond guy's skull has the number 7 and the black-haired girl's skull has the number 8. What the hell does that have to do with anything?" thought Four, puzzled by the tattoos on those two.
Suddenly, the others joined in, making it four against one, a very unfair fight because there were more of them.
"Well, now that we're here, I think it's time to finish you off and leave quickly. We'll give you a quick death," said Sharnak.
"A quick death? Don't make me laugh. You don't know how long I've waited to let loose in a fight, and this is the best moment. Thank you for giving me this opportunity. Now I'm going to have a lot of fun with this!" shouted Cuatro, excited by the situation.
"I see, that's what always happens. I've always known that the top fighters are strong, but how come their battles are so long? It seems like they hold back so as not to cause too much damage. I see," said Sharnak.
"Exactly, and now is my chance to not hold back so much. After this, I think I'll go get some cigarettes to calm down," said Four, creating more threads.
Everyone lunges at her, but Four uses her threads to attack and separate them, but Amalia's body appears from behind.
But in a moment, Four blocks her with more threads, traps her with them, and tears her to pieces.
"Looks like the game has begun, right?" said Sharnak with a brief laugh.
With more threads, Four tears some debris apart, then with other threads, grabs them and throws them at them.
One of the threads ends up trapping the good owl and breaks her, then with more threads grabs her body and throws it against a wall.
Then, with other threads, he grabs her neck and breaks it. Now the fight is two against one, and they are somewhat evenly matched.
"I see that you have cornered us now, but we do not run away. We fight to the death, but sometimes we do run away if the situation warrants it," said Sharnak.
"Well, let's see, Amalia," said Sharnak.
"You better go. I'll fight her longer. I won't let her keep breathing," said Amalia.
"Well, you better not die, because we only come to kill a comrade by slaughtering them, so don't die," said Sharnak, leaving the place.
"Well, it seems that it's just you and me. What a coincidence," said Four.
"Now it's a fairer fight. Get ready. I won't give you any advantage," said Amalia, getting into position.
"Yes, I know. Now we'll see. Good luck. You're at my level," said four, also getting into position.
The two girls lunged at each other in a clash of knife and thread skills.
