Grace's POV
I dialed Carlos's number right after finalizing my preparations, letting him know my part was complete and the rest was in his hands.
"Relax, darling. I'm arranging everything as we speak. You can count on me to execute this flawlessly," Carlos promised. "Though you realize this isn't charity work, don't you? I have my own expectations. I want you ready the second I walk through that door."
I laughed softly, my eyes drifting to the delicate lingerie I'd just purchased, now laid out on the bed. "Trust me, you'll discover quite the delightful surprise waiting, Mr. Benjamin."
Carlos's breathing grew rougher as his imagination clearly ran wild. He'd been prowling like a starved predator all this time, constantly craving my body, biding his time until I'd bare myself so he could 'devour' me once more.
My body had become his obsession, something he couldn't shake, and he'd sacrifice anything for just one more night with me.
