Maya wasn't exactly sure of what Xavier meant but she wasn't sure if she actually wanted to know either so she just pushed it aside. "so what class are you" he asked "um eleventh grade... still junior year" Maya said "oh wow me too so what classes are you taking" Xavier asked. Maya justed looked at him, she wasn't exactly sure why he was asking her this questions was he trying to be friends with her well if so she wasn't exactly interested in making friends here all that matterd was her studies, besides he seemed rich and one thing Maya knew is that all this rich kids are brats.
"How rich are you?" it just rolled of her tongue Xavier seemed shocked, then he smiled "am here on scholarship" Xavier said with an awkward laugh "um.... okay" Maya wasn't sure if he was lieing or not but she couldn't actually care "we are here..... see you later princess" "thanks" Maya muttered as she knocked on the heavy oak doors to the principal office, "come in" the principal voice boomed from inside the office
The office was exactly what Maya had expected from an elite academy, it was so well furnished with lots of books and documents arranged neatly on each shelf. Behind the polished mahogany desk sat principal Harrington, a handsome distinguished man in his early forties, his eyes on her "you must be Maya Summer, our new schorlaship student, welcome to crest wood Academy" he said with a warm smile as he gestured for her to take a seat opposite him. "Thank you sir" Maya said with a polite smile as she sat down, then principal Harrington proceeded to tell Maya everything necessary for her to know as she was getting admitted a week late, he sounded like a father advising his daughter.
Just then the door opened and a female student walked in "omg" Maya exclaimed in her head the girl that had just walked in looked like a freeking model that just walked out of a glossy magazine with her blonde hair and black beautiful eyes, she had an aura..... "Maya Summer meet Kelly Daniel, she will be taking you on a tour round the school she is your class president, I personally wanted her to show you around" Principal Harrington said as he faced Kelly "she's be joining your class, Maya my door is always open if you ever need anything" he concluded with a reassuring smile.
"Welcome Maya, shall we?" Kelly said with a soft smile as Maya got up and followed her out. The tour was actually fun and amazing, the school was so beautiful, the labs, the cafeteria, the Chapel, the library. Maya couldn't believe she was actually here in one of the world biggest schools
Both ladies had gotten down the hallway, Kelly was helping Maya set a code for her locker. They could here some group of girls talking and giggling, Maya started feeling uneasy as she started recognising what they were actually saying.
"Hey isn't that the ugly girl that looked like she wanted to challenge Adrian Cole?"
"Yh and I bet she is here in a scholarship, I mean look at that ragged sweater on my gosh what does she thinks of her self?"
"Yh she smells so bad I can literally smell it from here".
Maya could feel the heat from the anger boiling inside of her as she quickly turned around to see them, she gave them a hsrd stare just coz she didn't wanna fight on her first day.
"oh wow is she gonna trash us up, damn she looks even more ugly" the girl in the middle said as she kept on chewing on her bubble gums. Maya could only look at how fragile and delicate she looked with her dyed pink hair, 'rich kids only drink milk' Maya thought
"Quit it lexy" Kelly butted in "oh pls don't protect her she doesn't looks like she needs it, this charity case enjoying our money and luxury and still acts stubborn, what a fool" lexy said as she walked up close to Maya and then she drew back almost immediately with a horrified look "ewww she really stinks" lexy yelped as she held her nose dramatically making the other two girls burst out laughing. Just then Maya had had enough so she walked up to her staring her straight in the face lexy flinched a bit.
I rather smell so bad and feed on your money, than have my hair dyed pink and look like a smashed cupcake with no manners, one punch and the ambulance are gonna be pulling up here" Maya said her voice low, menacing and intimidating, she was going to tolerate anything from this spoilt brat. Just then Kelly held her shoulders, "let's get to class, Maya don't end up making things worse for yourself, you have to learn to tolerate in other to survive" Kelly said as she and Maya both left
"Ahhhhhh how dare she talk to me like that ohhh am gonna ruin her life in this school you guys just wait and see" Lexy yelled in frustration as she tugged at her hair like she was driven insane by anger.
