"How pathetic you are, needing that monster to protect you. Why? What made you make that decision? Was it me? Or Zed?"
"What's the difference?" Nick Fury spread out his hands.
Loki leaned in with a sly, wicked smile.
"He's too rational—so rational it's almost heartless. He says he'll protect the Earth, but he ignores humanity entirely.
Doesn't someone like that make you uneasy? Does the pressure he puts on you surpass even that pitiful green monster? Hahahaha!
Why not submit to me instead? I can bring humanity eternal peace. Hahaha!"
"No. I'm choosing neither. Natasha—he's all yours." Nick Fury flicked his black coat and strode away.
At the same time, Dr. Banner and Tony were in the lab searching for the Tesseract's signal.
"Loki did it on purpose. He wants us to turn on each other," Steve said as he walked into the lab.
Tony shook the screwdriver in his hand. "Of course. Which of us do you think is too dumb to notice?"
Steve ignored Tony and turned to Banner.
"Doctor, you've met Zed Oleg. What kind of person do you think he is?"
"Arrogant, conceited, petty, greedy—maybe even more."
"Thank you, Stark, but I want Dr. Banner's objective opinion."
Banner sighed at the pair's bickering, then said:
"He's not purely evil. More like one of those villains in movies—the kind who has ideals, but insists on a twisted kind of justice that normal people can't accept… I can't describe it more clearly than that."
Steve nodded, then looked at Tony suspiciously. "What are you doing?"
Tony answered casually:
"Uh~ nothing. Just hacking S.H.I.E.L.D.'s database."
Steve's expression turned serious just as he was about to scold him, but Tony cut him off.
"Cap, what do you think S.H.I.E.L.D. is developing the Tesseract for?"
"Energy! Director Fury said we can't give up eating for fear of choking—we can't pretend the Tesseract doesn't exist just because we're afraid of its power." Steve sounded like a strict official.
Tony set down his tools and looked at Steve—serious for once.
"Really? I'm Tony Stark, number one in clean energy and also the greatest scientist.
Why didn't Nick Fury ask me to participate in the development project? Same for Banner. Use that frozen brain of yours and think."
"W–Weapons…" Steve looked utterly stunned.
"Oh, so your brain does work."

After Nick Fury discovered the database breach, he immediately went to find Tony. Meanwhile, Steve infiltrated a warehouse and brought S.H.I.E.L.D.'s energy weapons to confront Fury with.
Natasha, who had just extracted information from Loki, also arrived. Thor and Tsukasa Kadoya, who were wandering nearby, happened to pass the lab door at the same time.
"Director Fury, you lied to me! You said S.H.I.E.L.D. was developing the Tesseract for energy—then what is this?!"

Tsukasa shot him a sideways glance, flicked his camera strap, and turned to leave.
Arguments filled the lab again—until Hawkeye's attack arrived. Boom! One of the Helicarrier's turbines exploded. The shockwave finally snapped everyone back to their senses.
"Stark! Fix the turbine. I'm counting on you."
"Alright, alright—I'll suit up!"
Steve, Tony, and Fury were lucky not to be caught in the explosion. Thor, who was blown away head-on, didn't care at all. Natasha was the unlucky one—she fell together with an enraged Banner.
"Banner, calm down! Calm down! I'll take you somewhere quiet—somewhere no one will bother you! Okay?" Natasha's leg was trapped under a pipe, and she couldn't pull out the pager.
The Hulk, who hadn't emerged for more than a year, wouldn't miss such a good opportunity.
"No!!! HULK!!!"
"Oh my God…"
Natasha watched the Hulk's transformation from up close—completely stunned—when footsteps echoed from the distance.
"Tsukasa? Go! It's dangerous!"
Natasha warned the magenta-loving agent not to do something stupid, but Tsukasa still approached the Hulk unhurriedly. He shook his head slowly, then pulled out a magenta belt and buckled it around his waist.

Then the projection merged into Tsukasa's body and formed gray-white armor. Cards flew out from the Driver, dyeing the base armor in vivid magenta.
Kamen Rider Decade appeared in this world for the very first time.
"Let me see what you can do." Tsukasa drew the Ride Booker's sword mode and gave it a clean swipe.
The Hulk roared as he climbed up and charged at Decade, but Tsukasa's movements were far more agile. The Hulk was played with the entire time.

Sliding back while bracing himself with the sword, Tsukasa rose to his feet and pulled out a card.
