Menyashi flicked his finger lightly across the card. The card instantly unfolded into four, and Menyashi swiftly inserted all four into his Driver one after another.

A few fleeting streaks of golden light flashed—then Menyashi vanished from sight.Natasha and Hulk looked around in confusion, trying to find where he had gone.

Hulk suddenly took a heavy blow to the abdomen. Bent over, he was sent flying upward, spewing saliva and stomach acid.

Menyashi leaped into the air, passed through a wall of phantom cards, and kicked Hulk square in the chest. Still suspended midair, Hulk was launched diagonally upward, smashing through layer after layer of steel plating.
When the Helicarrier's turbine exploded, Zed immediately leaped from the Time Mazine and headed toward the damaged turbine.
He strolled along the deck without the slightest concern about whether the aircraft clamps around him might snap or pose any danger. He walked leisurely—after all, Steve would take a little while to get here.
Tony, flying out in his Iron Man suit, quickly spotted Zed on the deck and flew over.
"Did you do this?"
"No. I'm just here to take advantage of the chaos," Zed answered honestly, looking up.
Tony was caught off guard by the straightforwardness.
"Uh… suit yourself. You're only after the Ridewatches anyway. I need to repair the turbine. Why are you still following me?"
"I'm heading to the turbine too, of course," Zed said as if it were obvious.
While clearing deformed components, Tony tried to figure out Zed's target—but by the time Tony finally realized who Zed was after, the person had already arrived.
Steve pushed aside a warped door and shouted:
"Stark! What's our next move?"
"You hold that red lever for me. And be careful with the guy above you," Tony said before diving deeper into the ducts.
"Hey~"Zed waved casually at Steve from the level above him.
Steve looked up and saw Zed. Instinctively, he asked:
"Did you do this, Mr. Zed Oleg?"
"Tch~ Why are you asking the exact same thing as Tony? No, it wasn't me—Hawkeye did it. I'm here for you."
Steve immediately realized Zed was after his Ridewatch. But as a dutiful defender of the people, he would never help someone do harm. He rejected decisively:
"Mr. Zed, you should give up! While I am grateful that you helped free me earlier, I will not assist you. We're not on the same side!"
Zed sighed, sounding almost sincere:
"You think I don't want to be a beloved hero? I do. But it's meaningless!
Every second on this planet, babies are born. Some grow up to become you. Some become Red Skull.
If this world were filled only with people like you, it would be boring—but I'd gladly protect it.But we both know such a world can never exist."
Steve shook his head, rejecting Zed's ideology.
"Precisely because such a world can never exist… that's why it needs people like us to protect it."
Clap, clap, clap—
Zed applauded.
"As expected of God's righteous man. But…"
The invisible blade Zed had prepared for Steve was named Bucky—but before he could reveal it, the deck behind him exploded. A massive green figure crashed into him.
Zed quickly turned to block the green giant. Fortunately, layer after layer of steel plating had absorbed most of the force—otherwise, Zed wasn't sure he'd have withstood it.
"What the—? Hulk?" Zed stared at the green figure in confusion.
Hulk, now unconscious, slowly shrank and lost his green color, reverting to Banner.With his view unobstructed again, Zed instinctively looked down through the gaping hole below.
Time froze in that instant.
"D-D-D-Decade!"
The moment Zed saw Decade, he was stunned. He wiped his visor with his left hand to confirm he wasn't seeing things.
Below, Decade spoke:
"Come down, Zi-O."
Zed didn't want to go down… but after seeing Decade's magenta belt, he could only brace himself and jump.
Tsk—A wise man avoids unnecessary suffering.
Holding Banner under one arm, Zed leaped down and handed the doctor to Natasha.Then he looked at Menyashi, his expression a bit stiff.
"Decade-bro, you traveled here?"
"Mm. I was planning to collect Zero-One's card, but I saw a bright blue light along the way, so I came.You're Zed, right? Who gave you your power?"Menyashi stepped closer.
Zed knew he stood no chance against Decade-bro, so he could only accept his fate and answer honestly:
"Tokiwa Sougo."
"The old one or the young one?"Menyashi placed a hand on Zed's shoulder.
"T-The old… the old one." Zed quickly added, afraid he'd end up like Ryuki. "The young one knows too!"
Decade nodded and released his hand.
"Why do you want to become a Demon King?"
Zed took a deep breath, then straightened up and countered:
"Decade-bro, you've traveled to so many worlds. Is there any world where people don't fight? Don't kill each other?Is there any world where humans are truly perfect?"
"No," Menyashi said, turning his back to Zed.
Zed continued:
"I heard you once said that Kamen Riders are warriors who protect human freedom.So if I am a Demon King who gives freedom back to humanity—am I wrong?
No matter what the future holds, humans must bear the consequences of their own choices!That is my kingly path!"
"I think I understand. But I can't answer that question for you—because I'm just a passing-through Kamen Rider."Menyashi turned around, wiping the Card Box Sword.
Zed instinctively drew the Clock Hand Sword, holding it across his chest.
"Guess there's no turning back now…"
"Come."Menyashi suddenly raised the Card Box Sword and slashed toward Zed."Let me see if you're worthy of being that kind of Demon King."
Clang!
Their swords collided, and the two locked eyes—neither yielding an inch.
