Ning Wei took a long shower upon her return to her room.
As she had her own room, Ning Wei could dress up casually without the usual binding around her chest. In this rare moment, Ning Wei sat lazily on her bed with her phone in hand. Ning Wei remembered the email that her manager had mentioned earlier and decided to check on it.
After reviewing the list, Ning Wei couldn't hide her surprise upon seeing that three companies were interested in having her model for them. According to Fu Ming Shi, these were the companies that would not demand that she expose her skin. They were the safe companies that she could work with.
Seeing the unfamiliar company's name, Ning Wei decided to do a bit of research on them while she was free.
In the end, there was one company that caught her attention.

Meanwhile, Wu Lian Jie was heaving a sigh once every few minutes. Each time he thought about going up the mountain, Wu Lian Jie became restless.
"Wu Lian Jie, what's wrong with you?" Ai Lun spoke up after hearing Wu Lian Jie sighing for the umpteenth time. "It's just climbing up the mountain."
"You don't understand." Wu Lian Jie looked frustrated. "I'm allergic to nature."
The members turned to look at each other before minding their business. In the end, they decided to ignore Wu Lian Jie with his ridiculous allergy. Ai Lun regretted showing his concern. He should have known that Wu Lian Jie's answer would make him pissed.
It did not take long before they reached the mountain's foot. As soon as they stepped out of the nanny's car, the members put on a smile and followed Fu Ming Shi to greet the producer as well as the filming crew.
Wu Lian Jie, who looked as if he was going to die a few minutes ago, put on his charming smile and greeted everyone.
Ning Wei admired Wu Lian Jie very much. The man who dreamed of becoming an actor might actually be good at it. This man was very good at pretending.
The producer briefed them on the show while the staff helped them to prepare before their departure to the next location.
With the cameraman following them up the mountain, Wu Lian Jie had no choice but to suppress his unwillingness to climb up the mountain. He looked excited. It was as if the man who kept on complaining about climbing up the mountain was the other's imagination.
Hiking up was not an easy task. It requires physical and mental endurance. Fortunately, the members had good stamina. By the time they reached their destination, they still managed to flash their smile to the camera.
DAWN's latest hit single, Top of the World, was played in the background.
The members were made to dance to their song before the host introduced them as the show's guests.
As the leader of DAWN, Ai Lun stood at the center as he introduced his group members. He did not forget to promote their latest single and thanked their fans for their latest support.
"Good!" One of the hosts, Xie Xi Yan, clapped as he approached the group members. "Everyone, let me introduce you to our guest today. DAWN! How is it? Are you surprised?"
Xie Xi Yan's co-partner, Liu Man, joined in and started giving the group members a lookover. The light in her eyes lit up with four good-looking men standing in front of her.
Noticing her looking, Xie Xi Yan quickly blocked Liu Man's line of gaze. "Liu Man, what are you doing?" Xie Xi Yan looked at his partner in disbelief. "Look. You are practically drooling."
"Don't speak nonsense." Liu Man looked unhappy. "When did I drool?" She turned to the group members and flashed a flattering smile. "It's rare for this show to get such a good-looking guest. But today, we have four of them. What's wrong with me admiring their look?"
"You." Xie Xi Yan pointed a finger at her partner. "You used to say that I am the most beautiful person."
"Xie Xi Yan, you must accept reality. In front of such good-looking young men, can you still boast about your good looks?"
The two hosts were arguing, making the others laugh.
"Alright. Let's not embarrass ourselves in front of our guests," Liu Man said. "Look. The boys will laugh at you for your pettiness."
Xie Xi Yan let out a cough before looking at the members again. "Everyone, today you are joining our show to work hard with the villagers. Do you think you can do it well?"
"Brother Xie, we will do ur best." Ai Lun said.
The hosts interviewed the group members briefly before turning to the producers.
"Everyone, DAWN members are not the only guests we have on our show today," Xie Xi Yan said. "We have good-looking men with us. Now it's time for us to invite the pretty ladies.
There was loud cheering in the background.
The staff put on some music again.
As the music played, three girls walked into the area with a bright smile on their faces.
Once the music stopped, the hosts introduced the girls who came to join them.
Ning Wei's eyes fell on the woman who stood on Xie Xi Yan's left. Her eyes narrowed slightly, realizing that this woman looked quite familiar. It did not take Ning Wei long to remember where she had seen this woman before.
Her heart skipped a beat. There was a hint of panic in her eyes.
"Wei Wei."
Wu Lian Jie's voice made Ning Wei look away from that woman. She inhaled a deep breath and reminded herself to stay calm. That night, she had her mask on. There was no way that this woman would be able to recognize her.
"That woman next to Brother Xie." Wu Lian Jie gestured to the woman with a nod. "Don't you think she looked familiar?"
"Really?" Ning Wei chuckled. "I don't think so." She shot Wu Lian Jie a teasing look. "Wu Lian Jie, are you interested in her?"
"Who said I am interested in her?" Wu Lian Jie kept his voice down. The light in his eyes lit up as a memory came to his mind. "That's right. The club. We ran into her at the club the last time. Wei Wei, don't you remember?"
Of course, Ning Wei would remember. Last time, she bumped into this woman and saw a packet of drugs fall from her hands. Because of this, she ran into Feng An Yu and was late to her meeting with Ling Shuang.
What a small world!
Ning Wei did not expect that she would run into this woman again.
