Ning Wei was about to leave with the plate in her hand when she heard Ning Yue call her name. She turned around with an inquiring gaze.
"I didn't expect…." Ning Yue put on a smile that did not reach her eyes. She leaned forward and spoke in a low voice, "That you would have a powerful figure behind you."
Ning Wei's expression changed. "What do you mean?"
Ning Yue sneered. She pulled away while crossing her arms on her chest. "You won the game this afternoon. Initially, your sales were quite slow compared to the others. But then, someone came over to purchase all your vegetables. If it was not evidence of you having a powerful figure behind you, I don't know what it was."
Ning Wei stared at Ning Yue speechlessly. She did not expect to get this accusation from Ning Yue. After all, not too long after they were introduced to the other guests, DAWN's group members received a reminder to be nice to Ning Yue.
