Chapter 31 - Chapter 31

The Overseer gazed at Charlotte with sharp eyes through a satellite in outer space, observing every detail of the Valkyrie power she possessed without her knowledge. He smiled slyly, thinking about the possibilities that could occur if the power could be perfectly controlled.

The Overseer continued to monitor Charlotte, searching for clues that could help him understand the Valkyrie power she possessed. He knew that this discovery could be the key to unlocking new knowledge.

Suddenly, the communication device in the Overseer's hand rang. He looked at the screen and saw that it was a call from one of the high-ranking officials of Helix.

"Overseer, I have important information that needs to be discussed with you," said the Helix official through the communication device. "I want you to join me in a face-to-face meeting."

The Overseer nodded, although he was not visible to the Helix official. "I'll join you soon," he said. "But I have one thing to take care of first."

The Helix official didn't respond, but the Overseer could sense his decision not to argue.

He closed the communication device and gazed at Charlotte again. "We'll continue this later, Charlotte," he said. "I have some things to attend to now."

The monitor belonging to the Overseer seemed to highlight Charlotte, who was still fighting with a display of angry emotions. The Overseer smiled again, this time with a colder tone.

"I'll know your absoluteness, Charlotte," he said. "I'll know everything about your power and how you control it."

With that, the Overseer turned and left the room, leaving the monitor to highlight Charlotte, who was still fighting the Hydra dragon monster with angry eyes and no emotion.

The Overseer sat at a long table, surrounded by 12 high-ranking officials of Helix Industries Corporation. He gazed at them with sharp eyes, showing no weakness. The room where the 12 Helix officials gathered was a large and luxurious one, with walls lined with dark wood panels and a floor made of polished black marble.

A long, semi-circular table stood in the center of the room, with the 12 Helix officials seated along the table, each about a meter apart. They all sat with straight posture and serious faces, showing no emotions. Their eyes were all focused on the Overseer, who sat at the end of the table, with sharp eyes and no weakness.

The room was lit by neon lights on the ceiling, providing bright light and no shadows. The atmosphere in the room was very serious and professional, with everyone present showing seriousness and commitment to their work.

On the wall behind the table, there was a large screen displaying the logo of Helix Industries Corporation, a logo consisting of a large blue letter "H". The logo looked very professional and modern, reflecting the company's excellent reputation.

On each side of the table, there were several advanced technological devices, such as tablets and laptops, used by the Helix officials to access information and conduct analysis. The room was also equipped with advanced security systems, including surveillance cameras and motion sensors, to ensure the security and confidentiality of the meeting.

With a very serious and professional atmosphere, the 12 high-ranking officials of Helix Industries Corporation were ready to discuss a very important issue and make the right decision for the organization.

"We have a serious problem," said the Overseer, his voice sounding firm. "The monster must be stopped before it causes further damage."

One of the Helix officials immediately suggested deploying the Alpha unit and foundation to defeat the monster. "We're ready to activate the Alpha unit and foundation," he said. "We're confident that this will be an effective solution."

But the Overseer disagreed. "I don't want to use the Alpha unit and foundation," he said. "I have another plan to defeat the monster."

Three Helix officials felt disheartened by the Overseer's decision. "But, sir, the Alpha unit and foundation are the most effective solution," said one of them. "Why don't you want to use them?"

The Overseer gazed at them with cold eyes. "I don't need to explain my decision to you," he said. "I'm the one in charge here, and I'll make the right decision."

The other Helix officials felt uncomfortable with the situation. They knew that the Overseer had a strong ego and didn't like his decisions being questioned.

"We just want to help, sir," said one of them. "We want to ensure that the monster is stopped in the most effective way."

But the Overseer didn't budge. "I've made my decision," he said. "I won't let the monster be defeated in a conventional way. I want to show the true strength of Helix Industries Corporation."

One Helix official exchanged a glance with three other officials, signaling that they had a different plan that the Overseer didn't know about. With a quick and stealthy movement, the official pulled out a secret module from his jacket and handed it to the three other officials.

"Project Seele," he whispered, his voice almost inaudible. "We can't let the Overseer ruin our plan."

The three other officials nodded, understanding the meaning behind the words. They knew that the Overseer had a plan to save humanity from the Honkai, but they disagreed with his methods. One of the officials on the far right felt a bit apathetic about the Overseer's ramblings about saving humanity.

"There's no relevant plan," he muttered. "The Overseer is just relying on the Valkyrie to solve the problem."

"The Overseer is too reliant on the Valkyrie," said another official. "Especially the Rank S Valkyrie. We can't let them be our only hope."

The other officials nodded in agreement. "We need a backup plan, a plan that doesn't rely solely on the Valkyrie."

The Overseer felt frustrated with the disagreement from the 12 Helix officials. He was confident that his plan to use the Anti-Field surveillance and Eternal Dogma was the best way to protect humanity from the Honkai threat.

"But why don't they understand?" he muttered to himself. "I've explained that this is the only way to create an effective defense."

He thought back to previous failures, when the Valkyrie and Knight Vanguard forces were annihilated due to imperfect plans. But the Overseer was convinced that this time would be different.

"Anti-Field and Eternal Dogma are the keys to creating a strong Anti-Honkai Technology network," he said to himself. "I won't let the 12 Helix officials ruin my plan."

The Overseer decided to proceed with his plan, despite the disagreement from the 12 Helix officials. He chose to contact Aurora, one of his most trusted allies. He wanted to ask for Aurora's help and advice in dealing with the situation.

"This mask makes me feel safer," the Overseer thought, touching the mask that covered his face. "But I can't hide my intentions forever."

Using a communication device, the Overseer contacted Aurora and explained the situation. He asked Aurora to help find a solution and calm down the 12 Helix officials.

"Aurora, I need your help," the Overseer said, his voice sounding firm through the communication device. "I can't handle the 12 Helix officials alone."

Aurora received the call and listened to the Overseer's explanation. She knew that the Overseer had a grand plan to protect humanity, but she also knew that the 12 Helix officials had different interests.

Aurora stood on the wreckage of a damaged ship, gazing up at the sky that was torn apart by the activation of Divine Power. She felt a bit tired and drained of energy, but she didn't have time to rest. Suddenly, her communication device rang, and Aurora immediately answered it. She was connected directly to the Overseer, whose voice sounded firm and serious.

"Aurora, I need you to start the backup plan," the Overseer said. "The situation at Helix Industries Corporation is getting out of control, and I need your help to deal with it."

Aurora nodded, although the Overseer couldn't see her. She knew that the Overseer had a grand plan to protect humanity, and she trusted that he knew what he was doing.

"I'm ready to start the backup plan," Aurora said. "But what do I need to do?"

"There are several things you need to do," the Overseer said. "I'll send you the details through this communication. You need to be prepared for any possibility."

Aurora nodded again, ready to receive instructions from the Overseer. She knew that this would be a difficult mission, but she was confident that she could do it.

With that, Aurora started the backup plan, ready to face whatever would happen. She nodded respectfully, although the Overseer couldn't see her.

"I'll execute the backup plan immediately, sir," Aurora said with a firm and professional tone.

After that, Aurora closed the communication with the Overseer and immediately started executing the backup plan. She knew that time was of the essence in this situation, and she didn't want to waste any more time.

With swift and precise movements, Aurora began doing what the Overseer had instructed her to do. She had no doubts or questions, because she knew that the Overseer had a grand plan to protect humanity.

Aurora focused on her task, ready to face any possibility that might arise. She knew that this would be a difficult mission, but she was confident that she could do it well.
