The door opened and it then revealed Adam's figure, the butler and the duke were both shocked at how much he has changed.
He Height, hair and his whole demeanour took a drastic turn, it was if they were both looking at a young man rather than a boy

The Duke coughed a bit and regained his composure then asked Adam a question
"You changed so much, how?"

Adam just raised an eyebrow and decided to indulge the duke in his statement
"May I ask the reason?"
The Duke slightly surprised that he didn't throw a fit then added
"As you know my wife is the daughter of Marquis Drumbor, since your mother isn't a noble and has also disappeared I'm receiving pressure from my noble faction and elders"
"They want my first son being an heir and you being here threatens that situation especially with the stunt you pulled earlier"
Adam knew he's talking about the small scuffle he had with Sam at the passageway
"I also want my first son to be the heir and your presence here will tarnish our reputation, and you haven't showed much promise"

Adam just let out a soft sigh and went back to his room take some of belongings

Everyone regardless of race underwent an Awakening ceremony at the age of 10
One can choose to have a private awakening such was a privilege for nobles who have their own awakening orb the other option is to do it at church in the presence of a priest
Each time a person awakens at the age of 10 they get their own class and also a talent
This talent determines the person's potential in be able to gather mana and ascend ranks
The ranks of the awakened in this world goes like this: E rank, D rank, C rank, B rank, A rank, A+ Rank, S rank, S+ rank, SS rank and SSS rank
No other ranks are known after SSS rank and anyone who reaches SS rank is regarded as a demi-god, while a being at SSS rank is revered as a God
Only a few people are at SSS rank, only the dragon emperor is known to SSS rank as well as the infamous Demon God whose been long been sealed away as he was a threat to the whole world even threatening the dragon emperor himself
Talents went like this: Normal, Rare, Unique, Legendary and the pinnacle being Mythical
"Hm should I use the church awaken where everything I have will be layed bare or request a private awakening under a contract?"
While he was lost in his thoughts a sudden familiar chime went through his head
