Chapter 244 - Chapter 244 Alexstrasza's Intelligence

Kana Darkwalker was recognized as the Kaldorei Empire's master assassin. If he were equipped with Titan's Strike, he would possess the ability for long-range assassination.

Once the war began, he could snipe Loken's generals, disrupting Ulduar's command system.

Arriving at the mountaintop, Karna had been waiting for a long time.

Gale threw Titan's Strike to him, "Take this, familiarize yourself with it as quickly as possible. You'll have a new mission very soon."

Karna took Titan's Strike and immediately began studying it.

Yigrim warned, "Don't shoot randomly, be careful of accidental discharge."

Karna looked at him in confusion, "Accidental discharge? What's that?"

Yigrim explained, "This is a firearm. See this trigger? Just pull it, and the barrel will fire a bullet, killing the enemy."

"So that's how it works!" Karna suddenly understood. Wasn't this just a different form of crossbow?

Aiel gathered the Valkyries and stood beside Gale, then waved to Yigrim.

"Why are we standing so close?" Yigrim asked, puzzled.

Before Karna could explain, Gale activated the Rainbow Bridge.

In an instant, everyone was teleported to Twin Peaks Fortress.

Yigrim looked at the scene inside the fortress with shock, "Is that a teleportation spell?"

"That's right, we call it the Rainbow Bridge," Karna said. "This is a teleportation spell researched by His Majesty. He can teleport to any place he has been to, or any place he can observe."

"That's truly amazing!"

Yigrim sighed in admiration, then looked around.

"Why are there so many races here? Are they all soldiers?"

"That's right. The Kaldorei Empire has allied with them, so whenever there's a war, they send their armies to participate."

Karna introduced the situation inside the fortress to Yigrim. When he introduced the Dragon Knights, Yigrim stared intently at the Storm Temple on the mountaintop, repeatedly confirming, "Are those truly Valarjar on the Proto-Dragons' backs?"

"That's right!" Karna looked at Yigrim strangely, wondering why he didn't believe it.

It wasn't that Yigrim didn't believe it! He was regretting it. The size difference between him and the Valarjar was too great, which represented a gap in strength. If Truth Guardian were still in his hands, he might still have the confidence to defeat the Valarjar.

Now that Truth Guardian had been taken by Gale, he was no match for the Valarjar.

Gale found Sethonis and sent someone to call Hothman Thoridan.

"How is the War Machine research coming along?"

Sethonis was assembling parts, trying to piece together a War Machine, but the results were a bit disappointing.

"The core of the War Machine was destroyed by Odyn. With my current ability, I can't build one yet. However, I have researched a lot of its technology, which can be applied to Golems."

"Experiment as soon as possible!" Gale urged. "After a successful experiment, mass produce them immediately."

"No problem! The experiment is already underway, and I believe testing will be completed very soon. However, don't have too many expectations for it. After all, there's too much technology on the War Machine, and I haven't fully grasped its mysteries. So, even if the War Golems are built, they won't have very strong combat power, at most a little stronger than the Vrykul."

"That's enough!"

Gale was not disappointed. War Golems could not be completed overnight. As time passed, Sethonis would definitely create War Golems as powerful as War Machines, and that would be the time for large-scale mass production.

What he had just referred to as mass production was a moderate level of production, used to make up for the shortage of troops. A lack of troops would leave many areas undefended, making his encroachment plan impossible to implement.

"How is the titan steel mining progressing?"

Sethonis: "Very smoothly. The Sylo 012 mining Golems, built using War Machine technology, mine faster and extract more. It's just that the Earth Spirits have been watching the titan steel ingots during this time, but without your command, they dare not use them."

"You can take some out and let the Earth Spirits modify the weapons for the soldiers. The temperature here is a bit low, and after being modified with titan steel, the weapons can become more resistant to cold."

"The Earth Spirits will be overjoyed if they hear about this."

Hothman Thoridan inherited the strength of his father and grandfather, becoming a powerful Paladin. In the War of the Ancients, he was as famous as Hu'en Highmountain, known as the two sharp blades of the Alliance.

Hu'en Highmountain possessed the Eagle Spear, but Hothman relied purely on strength.

For this expedition, he entrusted human affairs to his son and came to assist himself.

Upon learning that Gale was looking for him, Hothman immediately rushed over. Gale handed Truth Guardian to Hothman, and Hothman, feeling the holy light on Truth Guardian, was immediately overjoyed.

"Your Majesty, they are perfect for me."

Of course they were perfect; this was the Paladin's artifact.

Gale was preparing for battle, just waiting for Alexstrasza's message.

Another half a month passed, and Alexstrasza finally arrived at Twin Peaks Fortress. She landed, transformed into her human form, and solemnly said to Gale, "I have received definite intelligence!"

Gale raised his hand to stop Alexstrasza from continuing, led her into his office, and only after applying a silencing barrier did he let her speak.

Alexstrasza admired Gale's caution. "I went to Sola Basin to find Freya..."

"Wasn't Freya imprisoned in Ulduar?" Gale asked, puzzled.

Alexstrasza nodded, "Indeed, but the one imprisoned in Ulduar is Freya's true body; the Freya in Sola Basin is merely an avatar."

Gale nodded, "So that's how it is!"

"After I found Freya's avatar, I spoke with her about Ulduar. Then she asked me to help her complete a ritual, connecting her consciousness to her true body. Through the eyes of her true body, she saw the situation inside Ulduar."

"Freya is imprisoned in her Conservatory of Life, which is her workshop in Ulduar. From this, Hodir and Mimiron should also be imprisoned in their own workshops. Hodir's workshop is the Halls of Winter, and Mimiron's workshop is in the Spark of Imagination. This is a special workshop that requires a special vehicle to enter."

"Is there a shortcut to get there?"

Alexstrasza shook her head, "No, Ulduar was built to guard Yogg-Saron. If there were shortcuts, the Faceless Ones would have probably already broken through Ulduar's defenses and freed Yogg-Saron."

Gale nodded, not surprised by this.

"Is there any other useful intelligence?"

Alexstrasza said, "Of course, when the avatar connected with Freya's true body, it awakened the true body's consciousness. She will find an opportunity to coordinate with us from the inside, allowing us to enter Ulduar more easily."
