Despite Ronak's repeated rejections, the palace sent us to his estate in a carriage. I was rather surprised to find out that Ronak's estate was essentially right outside the palace, but I guess it made sense because he was so closely related. "C-can I ask a question?" Ronak sat opposite me and was glaring out the carriage window. I figured it'd be safer to ask if he was in the mood for me to bother him.
"You don't need permission to ask a question." He responded as if slightly perturbed.
"H-how are you related to the emperor and commander?"
Ronak raised an eyebrow and turned to give me a confused look. "I thought that was obvious. We're literally taught about the imperial family tree in general education."
"I um… o-only memorized the parts we had to… I-I never thought the rest would matter to me…" I looked away awkwardly. Wh-why would I memorize the entire imperial family tree?! It wasn't going to help me with my magic or brewing potions. Plus, it was gigantic!
"The commander is the emperor's little brother, and my mother was their younger sister." W-was?
"I-is sh-she…"
"My mother is dead. She died when I was only two." Oh… "I don't remember her at all, so you don't need to feel pity for me. I don't miss someone I didn't know." Th-that only made me feel worse! I love my mother! She means the world to me. I'd hate to think about growing up without her… "Ugh, you flicker through emotions so quickly. It's a struggle to keep up with." He rubbed his temples and gave me an annoyed look.
"S-sorry… I don't do it on purpose…" He's complained about it before, but the way he phrases it sounds like… "Are you able to sense every emotion I have?"
"Yes." He grumbled. "It seems like you're only aware of my strong ones." I nodded my head. Maybe I wasn't paying attention all the time, but it was pretty clear when his emotions washed over me like a wave. I-I didn't love that he was able to identify all of my emotions. It made me feel… exposed… "I don't know if it's because I'm incredibly dominant, but I'm aware of all sorts of things. Where you are, what you're feeling, I'm even aware of your physical condition. Like how your butt hurts from falling on it." My eyes instantly widened, and I looked away awkwardly. Th-that's too much information for one person to have on another. "Take a deep breath and exhale slowly. You don't need to get stressed over every little thing. I thought I marked an omega, not a stress, button." H-hey! I-I'm not a stress button! Th-there was just a lot going on in my life right now!
"Th-this is all just so much to take in a-and I'm scared…"
"I'm aware… Just focus on things you can handle. I'll take care of the rest…" Ronak reached across the carriage and patted the top of my head. "By the time you wake up tomorrow, the person who sent a nightwalker after you will be caught. Then you won't have to be scared anymore." H-how was he able to speak so confidently? Did he really think he was going to figure all this out in less than half a day? I-if only I could have as much confidence as he had…
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The moment we stepped out of the carriage, Ronak's estate was buzzing with activity. I had never been through the front entrance before, but it was just as opulent as his quarters were. Ronak was giving orders to the staff and handling himself so naturally. I had never seen this side of him before. He seemed so professional.
"My lord, your father is requesting your immediate attendance in his office." Oh, this voice was familiar. I glanced over at the maid who must have been the one who knocked on Ronak's door last weekend. She was extremely pretty, with all the curves in the right areas, and long brunette hair braided down her back. What caught my attention, though, were her eyes; they were strikingly gorgeous. Like white opals with flecks of different colors running through them. Gah! They were so pretty! I wish my eyes were that pretty!
"Give that bastard a bottle of damn brandy so he forgets he fucking asked for me." Ronak snapped. I almost stumbled from the intense monsoon of hatred that washed over me. Th-that's so disorienting. I-I can see why Ronak complains about my many emotions if they're like that…
"Yes, my lord. Would you like a change of clothes brought to your office?" She tilted her head as she stared at the shredded remains of his shirt. Her eyes darted over to me curiously, but quickly returned to Ronak. Heh, she was rather cute.
"A shirt is fine. I'll bathe after things settle down." Ronak glanced back at me. "Do you have clothes in your storage, or do you need some?"
"I-I think I have some clean ones."
"Just bring him some of my clothes to wear. He'll need pants and a shirt." B-but… you're like massive compared to me…
"Yes, my lord. I will fetch those at once." She nodded her head and darted down a side hall as we went a different direction.
"I-is she your maid?"
"Obviously."
"What's her name?"
"Olivia."
"Is she a beta?"
"Why are you concerned about that?"
"I-I just thought she was pretty-" Ronak unexpectedly stopped, causing me to walk into his back. Oof! His back was just as muscular as his chest. Was he trying to break my nose?
He turned around and grabbed hold of my chin, forcing me to look up at him. "Are you attracted to women?" H-huh?!? Wh-what sort of question was that?!
I blinked repeatedly, but it was clear Ronak wasn't going to release me until he got an answer. "I, um… well… technically there aren't alpha women… s-so no? I-if you're asking if I'm attracted to betas… th-the answer is still n-no…" It's not like I ever looked at an omega with interest either. That would be weird. Besides, I was marked. It would be pretty odd if I had feelings for anyone besides my alpha. N-not that I did! H-he just had a nice b-body…
Ronak released me with an odd smug look. "Good." He turned around, and we continued walking around this labyrinth of an estate. Wh-why did he ask me that sort of question?! I-I know I'm a guy, but that's… that's just silly! I'm an omega after all.
We finally made it to a set of doors, and a butler awaiting us opened them. He was an older gentleman with gray hair and a slender build, but his pale yellow eyes seemed extremely calculated. Ronak paused in the doorway to talk to him. "Gerard, limit the people coming and going so my father stays in the dark. There are still a few rats lurking about."
"Yes, my lord." Rats?
I was instantly distracted as I was ushered into the office. Ooh, this place was nice! It felt a little less special after being in the palace, but it was still the nicest office I had ever been in. There was a grand desk at the far end of the room with a nice set of sofas in front and a coffee table in between. One wall had a large bookcase along it with a grandfather clock at the end. The other had a fireplace on the wall that I could imagine having crackling wood in it during the winter. All that was missing was a nice set of pillows on each sofa, a snuggly blanket, and a bouquet of flowers on the coffee table in a cute vase, and this place would feel far cozier.
"Make yourself comfortable." Ronak waved to the sofas and walked over to sit at his desk. He pulled out a quill and a stack of parchment from a drawer before getting straight to work. It seemed like he would be super busy for quite a while… The sound of his quill on parchment filled the air, so I slowly made my way over to the far sofa. Gosh, the leather was surprisingly cold. "Gerard, bring tea and a warm meal for both of us," Ronak mumbled while writing.
"Yes, of course, my lord." Gerard bowed towards Ronak, then turned towards me. "Greetings, you may call me Gerard. I am the head butler. If you need anything, please let me know. Do you have a tea preference?" Talk about polite. He didn't even give me a weird look for being dirty and bloody… Tea huh… I-I'm not terribly familiar with types of tea…
"Umm... I-I drink green tea…" That's what my family drank at least. Sometimes Terra would serve me tea, but I didn't have the slightest idea of what it was. I was always too embarrassed to ask.
"He likes sweet things. Bring him chamomile or rooibos with honey and sugar cubes so he can sweeten it to his taste." Ronak looked up at me dully. "We can stock green tea if you insist, but I don't normally buy such cheap tea." Oof, I knew it was cheap, but you didn't need to phrase it like that.
"S-sorry… that's just what my family usually drinks, and I'm not very familiar with tea flavors, so I don't have much of a preference…"
"If you find that you do develop a preference, let me or an attendant know so we can have the teas you enjoy on hand." Ronak waved his hand, and Gerard left the room after bowing again. If I develop a preference, huh? He makes it sound like I'm moving in… I thought that this would be temporary until he caught the culprit… I guess I'd have to move in with him eventually… Gah, I-I don't even want to think about that…
I slid my shoes off and brought my knees up to my chest. I didn't exactly like being somewhere so unfamiliar, but getting to watch Ronak work was different. I'd see him taking notes in class, but he always seemed to have an arrogant and flippant attitude about it. Like he thought it was all a waste of time. This was different, though. He was putting so much effort into what he was doing…
My mind drifted off to what happened, and a snicker escaped me. "Is something funny?" Ronak asked while shooting me a puzzled expression.
"I-I was just thinking about how much you swear when stressed and upset." I snickered again and nuzzled my head down into my arms. He really had put an effort into stopping swearing around me, which was… kinda… cute…
"You can blame the many years of training under Uncle Hemonnet," Ronak responded.
I peeked up at him, but he had returned to writing. "Wh-who?" Was that one of his uncle's names or something?
Ronak set his quill down and gave me a flabbergasted stare. "Are you failing your general education class, or are you just that dense? We just spent the last three hours with him. He's the commander of the army. Commander Artus T. Hemonnet." H-hey… H-he didn't need to be rude about it.
"I-I told you I only paid attention to the parts the professor said we were getting tested on…" I shrunk down into my arms as if that would help me hide from Ronak's grumpy, baffled expression.
"Do I need to arrange a tutor for you so you don't make a fool of yourself during parties and social events?" Ronak laced his fingers together in front of his face, making it hard to read his expressions. His gaze was piercing though… He seemed a bit perturbed with me, I think…
"S-social events?" Wh-why would I be attending social events? The only experience I had with parties and social events were the tea parties Terra would hold and the end-of-the-year summer ball that the academies held. It was a pretty big event where both the magic and knight academy students came together to celebrate a year of hard work. I only attended for a little while last year, but got rather overwhelmed by all the stinky pheromones wafting around. I didn't want to accidentally expose my secret, so I left early… Essentially, I had no experience with either…
"As a soon-to-be duke, the nephew of the emperor, and second in line to the throne, I get invited to many social events. Granted, I attend very few, but I would like it if my omega attended with me, Micha." He tried turning his attention to the document he was looking at, but his face betrayed him as the tops of his cheeks turned a bit pink. H-he wants me to attend with him…
I couldn't help it as my mind drifted off to me holding his arm while wearing a suit that was complementary to his. He would guide me out onto the dance floor and take the lead. My silly heart began fluttering like crazy, and I had to bury my face in my arms as it too became pink. M-me dance with R-Ronak… L-like that would ever happen… He probably hates dancing…
The door to the office opened, and I peeked up to see Olivia enter with a stack of clothes. Of course, she first approached Ronak and offered him a replacement black shirt. "My lord, here is that fresh shirt." Ronak simply nodded and stood from his desk. He unbuttoned his tattered shirt and slid his arms into the new one Olivia held up. He waved her away as she went to help him with the buttons, and she took a step back. I was surprised at how professional Ronak's attendants were. My family's maid and butler felt like part of the family… They acted nothing like these attendants… It was a little startling.
"Are you going to stare at me the entire time? I know you have a thing for my chest, but aren't you being a bit brazen?" My face instantly caught fire, and my eyes went wide. Wh-what?!
I let out a loud squeal and hid my face back in my arms. Wh-why would he say something like that?! I-I wasn't staring at him! I-I was just lost in thought, and the movement caught my eye! "Did you want to change out of your dirty clothes, little lord?" I nervously peeked up to see Olivia standing next to me with clothes. Gah! D-don't look at me a-and I-I'm not that little! "I managed to track down some of my lord's old clothes. They should fit you a bit better than his current ones would."
"I-I-I don't want to change!"
"You're changing," snapped Ronak. "You reek of unknown alpha's blood. Olivia, walk him to the restroom and let him change in there. He can wash his hands too, so they stop smelling." I-I did? I guess my hands were a bit stinky… Was Ronak's nose really that sensitive?
Olivia kept patiently watching me, so I quickly got off the sofa and hid my face from Ronak. That big meanie! Wh-why did he have to say something in front of Olivia?! "The bathroom is this way, little lord." Olivia directed me just a few doors down and politely opened the door for me. It was a rather spacious restroom with your basic toilet on one side and a sink on the other.
"I-I can handle it…" I tried to take the clothes from Olivia, but she pulled them away from me.
"I am not permitted to leave the little lord alone. It is unsafe in this estate." D-did Ronak tell her not to leave me alone, and I missed it? I don't remember him saying that… I didn't want to cause Olivia problems, though, so I nodded my head and permitted her to enter the restroom with me. She checked the room out before walking over to me and reaching over towards my shirt. I nervously flinched, and she pulled her hand back. "Sorry. I didn't think to ask if you wished for assistance changing… I'm just used to doing it for lord Ronak."
"I-I've never had anyone help me change before, so I was just surprised… Sorry for startling you…"
"If I may, please hold your arms slightly out from your chest." I did as she asked, and she easily pulled my top off. "I should be able to get this blood out for you. Would you like the top returned to you?"
"Y-yes, please." I didn't want my new shirt ruined. If she were able to save it for me, then that would make me very pleased.
"Here, it's still a bit too big… I didn't realize you had such a small frame…" Olivia slid the new shirt on and started doing up the buttons. I was surprised at how quickly her fingers worked. The shirt was indeed too big. The bottom hem hit about mid-thigh, and the sleeves completely consumed my hands. It was like I was trying on clothes at that men's clothing shop all over again. Olivia helped out my hands, though by rolling up my sleeves. "You're awfully cold."
"Yeah… the adrenaline is wearing off and my body temperature is dropping…" Olivia started helping me change out of my pants and into an old pair of Ronak's as we chatted.
"I must admit that I've never seen my lord playfully tease anyone before." Th-that was his version of playfully teasing?! "It seems he really has fallen in love." Ack! L-l-love?! Sh-she's joking, r-right?! Right?!? "Oops, you're turning red again…"
"I-I've gotta use the restroom! Y-you step out and I'll be out in a minute!" I squealed. I-I need a moment to myself to calm down!
"I will be outside the door. This room seems relatively safe." Olivia did as I asked and stepped out, leaving me to have a slight panic attack. Gah! Wh-why did she say that?! Th-there was no way that Ronak loved me! H-he couldn't even properly explain why he liked me! S-surely she doesn't know what she's talking about… M-my poor face looks like a tomato… Wah!

Ronak
"Olivia, what's happening?" Micha's emotions were going haywire, and it was fucking distracting. I wanted to get up and investigate what was going on, but I had limited time and much to do. It was time to end these games. I wouldn't tolerate people trying to endanger my omega.
"The little lord is simply using the restroom." Olivia's voice echoed through my head. That couldn't possibly be everything. I know I teased him, but it wasn't enough for him to be in such a panic.
"What did you fucking say?" I snapped.
"That it seems like my lord has fallen in love!" Fucking hell. I should have sent Gerard with him. I knew Olivia was going to spout something stupid. No wonder Micha was in a panic.
"I told you to keep your damn mouth shut."
"Sorry, my lord." I let out an annoyed sigh and rubbed my temples.
Micha couldn't even speak normally around me. Olivia running her mouth wasn't going to help the situation either. He was only going to become jumpy around me again. It was like trying to tame a frightened animal. The moment I thought I was making progress, something would spook it, and the progress would disappear. How frustrating…
"Gerard."
"Yes, my lord?"
"Did the chefs prepare what I asked?"
"Yes, they have, my lord."
"Don't mention that it was my idea. Just say that you told the chefs that he likes sweet things."
"Of course, my lord."
Fuck, I need to focus on all this work. Not sit here worrying about Micha…

Micha
I managed to return to the sofa without Ronak paying me much mind. I'm sure he noticed my panic, but he was probably far too busy to address it. He seemed to have created a stack of letters… Is he expecting replies to all those? Huh… Guess Ronak knows a lot of nobles… that would make sense, though. He did say he was invited to many social events and parties.
My cheeks turned a bit pink, and I quickly ducked my face down into my knees. Gah! I don't know what he possibly sees in me. I'm just a homely omega that was raised far more similarly to a commoner than a noble. I'd rather spend my time harvesting herbs and hanging out in orphanages than being dressed up at fancy social gatherings. The only reason I was even attending the academy was because of my unique magic. I felt like an imposter in multiple ways.
The door to the office clicked open, and Gerard entered with a cart loaded to the brim with things. My attention almost instantly drifted over to the cart. I was hungry from missing lunch, but what grabbed my attention was the sweet smell that hung in the air. Gerard placed a teapot down on the coffee table alongside a fancy three-tiered tray that had finger sandwiches, biscuits, and what seemed to be little puddings and cakes. He went about pouring me a cup of tea and even scooted the sugar and honey over to me. Lastly, he placed a piping hot bowl of soup on the coffee table. Woah! W-was all this food for me?!
"My lord, will you be taking your tea and lunch here or at your desk?" Gerard asked as he sat out jams and butter for the biscuits. S-so many options!
"At my desk for now," Ronak grumbled. "There's still much that needs to be done. Have these sent out at once." Ronak motioned to the pile of letters that he had written up, and Gerard nodded his head.
"Yes, of course, my lord. I will have it taken care of." Gerard prepared Ronak a different cup of tea and some light food options for him to snack on while he works. "Please let me know if you need anything else." Ronak waved him off and nonchalantly grabbed one of the sandwiches while he continued writing away.
Since Ronak was eating, I turned my attention to the magnificent array of food that had been presented to me. My hand almost instantly gravitated to the top of the tiered tray where the warm cakes were, but a cold gaze froze my hands in place. "Eat real food first. Then you can have sweets." Ronak snapped. I-I thought you were busy! Why are you looking over here?!
"B-but they're so warm…" My hands snuck a little closer to the yummy treats, and Ronak let out an annoyed growl.
"So is the soup." He responded. My hands faltered as his gaze sharpened. Eep! Wh-what was he? M-my mother?!
Thankfully, the soup was incredibly hearty and full of fresh vegetables. Ronak was… sort of right… It was delightfully warm and yummy, but my eyes were glued to the deliciousness waiting for me. D-did he honestly expect me to eat everything here before getting to eat those? I wanted that chocolate pudding soooo bad…, but I didn't want Ronak to nag me again, so I put a sandwich and a scone on my plate. At least I could smother the scone in butter and jam.
"Is the food to your liking?" Ronak asked right as I bit into the sandwich I had grabbed.
"Th-the soup and s-scones are g-good." I tried to act calm, but I had the sandwich crammed into my cheek like a squirrel. Wh-why was it so… f-fishy?!
"What about the sandwich?" Huh?! Wh-why did he have to ask about that?! I nervously swallowed what was hidden away in my cheek and tried to hide my face as it shriveled in disgust.
"I-it's f-fine!" My eye twitched as I tried to pretend to smile.
"Your fake smiles don't work on me. Do you not like salmon?" W-was it because he knew what I was feeling?! Gah! How could I forget?
I gave up trying to pretend and pushed the sandwich off my plate. "N-not when it's so slimy! I-is it raw or something?!" I wanted to rub the taste off my tongue; it was terrible! Who eats this sort of thing?
"It's cold-smoked, but yes, it's raw. I find it to be delectable." Ew. "Try the egg sandwich. It will probably be more to your liking. It's the yellow one." I-I had eyes.
I was a bit skeptical of his tastes after trying the yucky salmon one, but I picked up the sandwich anyway. For the chocolate pudding! I took a bite of the sandwich and… instantly felt relieved. It was creamy and eggy. Way better than that other monstrosity.
"That one better?" Ronak asked while giving me a gentle look. He seemed rather amused.
I had taken another big bite of the sandwich, and a little smile formed on my lips. "Yesh!"
"I believe I already told you not to talk with your mouth full of food. It's not charming in the slightest." I blinked and glanced over to Ronak's slightly perturbed face.
I took a big bite of the sandwich and chewed on it for a second before responding. "Whoo shaid I wash tryin' to be charmin'?" Okay, okay. I might have intentionally responded with my mouth full. H-he teased me earlier…
Ronak gave me an annoyed look, but rolled his eyes. W-was that a smirk in the corner of his lips? "Just eat your food." Was that his version of giving me permission?
I cautiously reached up to the top layer, expecting Ronak to chastise me, but he never did. My fingers grazed the edges of the ramekin, and I could feel how warm the cake still was. Did they bake this just for me? I couldn't see Ronak eating this sort of thing. He had a bad attitude when it came to sweets. The cake was even chocolate, which only made me even more excited. I plunged my spoon into the center of the cake, but when I pulled it out, it looked gooey… Did they underbake it?
I didn't want to upset anyone after they went to all the effort to make such a thing for me, so I took a bite of the cake. "Mmm!" I exclaimed as the warm, gooey chocolate coated my mouth. Woah! H-how could it be so good?! I think this is the best chocolate cake I've ever had!!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ronak
This little brat. He fucking likes sweets more than he likes me, doesn't he? He's not even bothered by his shameless behavior. He only sampled half the other food, but was downing the sweets one after another. He had the same overjoyed reaction to each one. I guess I was glad to see that the sweets I requested were satisfying him, but part of me felt rather annoyed.
I should walk over there and pinch his smug cheeks. Did he not care for his health in the slightest? Even after commenting on his bad habits, he still consumed sugar at an ungodly rate. Yet for some fucking reason he doesn't gain a pound. Any other omega wouldn't dare eat how he does; they'd be the size of a barn in a week. Most omegas hardly ate anything, but this one was like an endless sugar void.
A knock on the door distracted me from Micha's horrible manners, and I looked up to see Gerard letting Thorn in. About time he fucking reports in. Micha looked a little surprised, but that didn't stop him from eating the second pudding. Remind me not to let them make so many desserts. The small golden void consumes every last drop of sugar within reach. "Greetings, my lord." Thorn shot Micha an odd look, but returned his attention to me. Guess I need to focus as well. I thought having him near would be less distracting because I wouldn't be worried, but now I'm just distracted by his every move. "I've asked around and have found a possible lead as to where the nightwalkers came from. It seems our neighboring country, Elsenguard, is getting a bit too big for its britches. They've been breeding them for the last five years under our noses. We're continuing to follow the trail to find out who bought one from them, but I figured that it was dire to get this information to you." Thorn stepped closer and handed me a document outlining his confidants, multiple reliable sources of evidence, and even a list of untrustworthy nobles with relations with Elsenguard. As useful as always. Mmm, well, well, well. Seems we can narrow the list down even further.
"This is interesting information indeed. I'm sure the emperor will appreciate the news as well." He'll probably add each of these bastards to a watch list. "Resume your job and report back once you find out who purchased the beast." I waved Thorn off while continuing to look over his report. Interesting indeed.
"Yes, my lord." The door clicked closed, leaving me and Micha alone again. Apparently, his curiosity had been piqued.
"Wh-who was that?" I glanced over to Micha, who had a smudge of chocolate above his lip. You messy little sugar void.
"He goes by Thorn. He operates my information network." Technically, he goes by other names, but Thorn is what I call him. He works as the guild master and uses their information chains to my advantage. I cut the guild a fair price to carry my potions, and they look the other way as long as I don't disrupt their functions. It's a pretty fair trade in my opinion. Plus, Thorn has plenty of confidants working for him throughout the continent's guilds, so the flow of information I have access to is incredibly vast.
"Information network?" Micha gazed off into the distance with his spoon hanging off his bottom lip. How was I supposed to focus when he had chocolate on his face?
"Information is power, and I have a lot of enemies that would like to see me crash and fall. So I began running my information network seven years ago."
Micha held out seven fingers and slowly put one down at a time. "Y-you would have been only thirteen!" He needed his fingers for that? I swear he was an airhead about some things.
I couldn't take it anymore. I stood from my seat and walked over to Micha as I spoke. "Do you not listen when I talk? I've been dealing with assassination attempts since I was nine and had to take over my mother's company when I turned ten. I had to adapt to the hellhole I was raised in and quickly. Otherwise, I would have died." Despite Micha's shocked expression, I dipped down and licked the chocolate from his face. "My life wasn't sweet like yours."
Mmm, I couldn't help it. Micha's lips were right there, and I knew he'd taste extra sweet from all the shit he just ate. I lowered my knee onto the sofa and bent back down to kiss him. Fuck, his lips are always so soft. I wasn't sure why, but Micha always tasted like a freshly brewed cup of spiced vanilla tea. I was completely addicted to him because of the candies that tasted similar. It made me want to eat him right up.
I pulled away for a second, and Micha had this silly, dazed look in his eyes. I swear he doesn't know how to breathe through his nose because he always pants for air afterwards. I should be busy, and yet all I could do was lean in for more.
There was a quick knock on the door, and Gerard entered carrying a stack of response letters. Micha let out a surprised yelp and jumped away from me while I slowly turned to glare at Gerard. "Is now the time for you to be making out in your office?" He asked while his calculated eyes evaluated the situation.
No, it wasn't… "Just give me the goddamn letters." Great, now Micha was hiding with a red face again. I can't get anything fucking right.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Micha
Wah! First, Ronak tells me all this crazy stuff, and then he starts kissing me?! To make it worse, not only did I have chocolate on my face that Ronak licked off while staring at me, but Gerard walked in! S-so embarrassing! I wanted to hide my red face in the sofa and never be seen again.
It didn't help that Gerard was standing by Ronak's desk now. It was like he didn't trust us not to start making out again the moment he left. C-can I just shrivel up and die?! This is three times now I've had to be mortified in one day.
The door to the office opened, but I didn't turn to investigate. "Excuse me." The soft voice of Olivia made me peek out from the sofa. She had a blanket and a pillow in her arms. "You seemed a bit cold earlier, so I thought I would offer you a blanket and something to rest on." My absolute godsend! I would like nothing more than to hide under that blanket!
"Th-thank you, Olivia." I smiled and accepted the delightfully soft blanket and plush pillow. The strange part was that Olivia seemed a bit surprised to be getting thanked… though she did have Ronak as a boss, and he sure wasn't saying thanks for anything…
"You're welcome, little lord." She bowed and left, leaving me feeling rather relieved as I snuggled the blanket around me. I think she and I will get along just fine… N-not that I was moving in or anything… I took another sip of the tea, which was dark amber colored with a hint of nuttiness. I had sweetened it with a bit of honey and a few sugar cubes, making it taste amazing. It's only because of the food, I swear… I-I don't actually like it here…
"You didn't mention to me that you were cold." Ronak didn't look up from the letter that he was responding to, but he seemed a bit perturbed.
"I-I wasn't cold enough to complain, just a bit chilled. I like to be warm, remember?" I had explained to him while we were trapped in the dungeon that omegas enjoyed being ultra warm, but he responded so rudely at the time that he probably doesn't remember.
I watched Gerard enter and leave the office a few times with letters and documents, but eventually he returned with his empty cart. "P-please tell the staff thank you for me, Gerard. The cake was especially delicious. I could have eaten three more." I looked off in a daze as I reminisced about how good it was.
He looked a bit surprised, then warmly smiled at me. "I will let the chef know. I'm sure he will be pleased to know that you enjoyed it." Gosh, all the attendants here acted like I was being weird for thanking them.
"You're not allowed to eat that many cakes," Ronak grumbled from his desk. I shot him a pouty look that he didn't even look up to see. Gerard looked rather amused, though. He had probably never seen anyone try returning a glare to Ronak.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I let out a small sigh as I lay on the sofa, all snuggled up in the blanket. Gerard and two other attendants kept entering and exiting the room, bringing or taking letters as they came and went. Ronak must have started getting positive responses because it was getting incredibly busy. Some attendants occasionally came bearing information that I didn't fully understand. While others brought reports from the guild. Either way, all the bustling about made it impossible for me to fall asleep. I wish I could go lie down on a bed instead of being trapped here.
I opened my eyes and gasped as two silver eyes stared back at me. "You let your guard down too easily. You would be dead if I meant you any harm." He gently dropped the strand of my hair he had been playing with and stood up straight. He was wearing all-black clothes. Even his face was covered by a black hood, except for his silver eyes. I didn't even hear him come in, much less get that close to me.
"Blade, leave him alone." Ronak snarled. First a Thorn, now a Blade? These couldn't possibly be their real names…
"Gosh, you're always no fun. Can't I play with people a little bit?" He complained as he spun a dagger around in his fingers skillfully. Wh-where did that come from?! Did he have that the entire time he hovered over me?!
"You can't play with Micha, he's mine. Also playing with a target before their end seems a bit… inhumane." My eyes went wide. B-before their end?! P-please tell me they weren't so casually discussing k-killing people.
"You're always no fun. Look, you're scaring your poor little Micha." He pointed his dagger at me, and Ronak glanced in my direction.
"Calm down. Blade works for me; he wouldn't dare hurt you. Otherwise, I'd end his existence." How could Ronak say such scary things with a straight face? He didn't say it, but the implications were all there.
"H-he's an… a-assassin?" My voice was far more timid and concerned than it had been all day. Wh-why was Ronak associating with an assassin?
"That's a blunt term for it, but I guess you could say that. I don't always kill. This big softy won't let me enjoy the best part of the job very often." He flopped down on the sofa next to my feet, and I quickly pulled them away from him. Everything inside of me was screaming that he was dangerous. I wanted to flee the room and get far away from him. I haven't felt this way since first met Ronak… S-scary!
"Knock it off or I'll kick your ass," Ronak growled, and a terrifying scent started filling the air. I wasn't feeling too bothered by it, but Blade flinched and raised his hands into the air in surrender. W-was he an alpha?
"Fine, fine. I'll stop teasing. Who do you want me to look into?" He stood from the sofa and approached Ronak's desk. I was incredibly relieved that he was further away from me.
"I want to know what these two families are up to. Are they acting suspiciously? What are they currently doing, and what are their attendants up to? They are to be under surveillance until I give the word to withdraw." A shudder ran down my spine as Ronak handed Blade a folded piece of parchment. "I expect an update every hour."
"Yes, of course, my lord." Blade almost sarcastically bowed before exiting. Ronak didn't even comment either, which was a surprise. I didn't think Ronak would tolerate such a blatantly ignorant person.
I was a bit nervous to ask because I was sticking my nose into business I didn't understand. "D-do you think those two families are responsible for purchasing the nightwalker?"
"They both have records of purchasing one, but the question is which one of them is brave enough to get on my bad side." Ronak stood from his chair and stretched. He walked around his desk as he spoke and sat down on the sofa near my feet, where Blade had sat earlier. It was far less scary having him sit there over Blade.
"Y-you've already found all that out?" I would have thought the emperor's request would have been impossible to carry out in such a short amount of time. Ronak was far more impressive than I thought. I flinched a bit as he grabbed my ankles and hauled my feet into his lap. I wanted to pull them away because I wasn't wearing any socks, but Ronak started gently massaging my feet. Oh… that… that's nice…
"My information network wouldn't be very good if it couldn't figure this out. I have people working for me at almost every guild on this continent. If you want to find something out, that place is the best place to start. Even the emperor is jealous that I've formed such a bond with the guild since they don't keep strong ties to political forces. Thorn is the face of my operations; he keeps track of all the people who work in the information network and reports key information to me." I had to bunch the blanket up by my face to keep myself from making embarrassing sounds. It felt really good having Ronak's strong, almost rough hands massaging all the worry out of my soles.
"That seems useful." I-I was going to start drooling if he keeps this up…
"It's very useful. It keeps me ahead in other ventures."
"A-and Blade?" Gah! Not right there! It tickles!
"He's a bit eccentric, but I've never seen anyone do as good a job as him and his crew. I can tell he makes you uncomfortable, but he's a necessary evil when it comes to having power. Neither of them can disobey me either." Ronak roughly stuck his finger between my toes, and I let out an embarrassing muffled cry. "I didn't realize your feet were so sensitive." It was like he was doing it just to watch me squirm because he kept running his finger back and forth between my sensitive toes.
"Stop!" I squealed as I pulled my feet away from him. Too ticklish! Ronak was grinning like a madman as my feet slid back under the blanket. Clearly, he thought torturing my feet was hilarious. "I-I didn't realize you could be so professional," I mumbled into the blanket in an attempt to distract him from my toes.
"That's not surprising. We've only known each other for a little while." Ronak leaned against the arm of the sofa and rested his head against his curled-up fist. He kept eyeing my feet like he was going to steal them away and torture me some more, but he didn't move to do so.
"Sh-shouldn't you… g-get to know someone before…" My gaze dropped to the back of the sofa. Before you run and mark someone? We were incredibly incompatible. Ronak and I were so… different… What if we grow to hate one another? We're stuck together now…
I glanced over at Ronak, but his expression was a bit blank. "Had I accepted an arranged marriage, I wouldn't know them either." Ronak's gaze drifted over to me, and his arm snuck over to poke my foot through the blanket. "I at least picked you."
"Th-that doesn't justify what you did…" We hadn't really talked about what happened. I got upset and ran last time, so there wasn't much talking to be done.
"No, I guess it doesn't…" Ronak fell silent, and his teasing hand stopped fiddling with my foot. "Please stop worrying… I'm not going to let anything happen to you." Gosh, his ability to read my emotions was too on point… I already knew he would protect me, though. He proved that by jumping in front of me to stop the nightwalker from tearing me to shreds. If I didn't have light magic, he'd be in critical condition right now…
"I-I'm just scared…" Ronak talked about assassination attempts like they were nothing, but I wasn't used to such a thing. The only thing people died from in my village was old age or illness. People would occasionally get into fights and arguments, but my father was really good at mediating. Things never turned violent.
"I know. I simply wish you'd trust me a bit more." Trust… him? I guess it was hard to bring myself to trust him a hundred percent after everything that happened. He didn't even ask my opinion before marking me…
"I-I do… a little…" Ronak squeezed my toe, and I let out a little yelp.
"I mean more than that, you brat," Ronak grumbled.
"Y-you don't exactly have a shining record…" I wiggled my feet around, but Ronak quickly caught them.
"I'd like you to stay here at the estate with me for a few weeks until things calm down… I'd feel… better if you did." Was Ronak worried about me?
"Wh-what about your father?" I thought he didn't want me staying here because it was incredibly dangerous. Even Olivia wouldn't let me go into the restroom alone. She did a complete sweep of the small space before I was able to be alone. If that's how it's going to be, I would rather stay on campus.
"He will no longer be able to ride on the imperial family coat-tails for much longer. I'm just waiting for the last bit of evidence to come in." Huh? That was awfully cryptic of him… He made it sound like his father would be kicked out of the family. I don't think I should be asking questions though… It's not really my business. Ronak gave my foot a good jiggle, bringing me out of my thoughts. "You can go to sleep if you want; you seem tired."
"Wh-what about you?" He needed rest, too.
Ronak clicked his tongue as his face soured. "You heard the emperor. I have a short deadline, so I'll see it through to the end. Besides, all I have to do is give the commander the word, and they'll rush in and arrest the noble responsible."
"Oh… S-so you don't have to go?" I thought for sure, after Ronak said that their head would be on a pike, that he'd personally go after the person.
"No, I have a far more important responsibility to take care of." He did? What could that be? Ronak fiddled with my feet through the blankets some more with a rather smug smile. H-he wasn't referring to me, was he?
The tart scent of cherries tickled my nose, and my exhausted eyelids struggled to stay open. "I… didn't get to… restock my supplies…" I sleepily grumbled into my pillow. My plans had gotten completely ruined because of the nightwalker… Stupid nightwalker…
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ronak
"I brought him like you ordered." Blade dropped the tied-up body of Margrave Bardol in front of my feet, and I instantly brought my foot back, kicking him hard in the leg. He let out a loud cry of pain as I probably fractured his femur.
"And the rest of his foolish family?" I snapped as I watched him struggle against his restraints.
"The knights had the place surrounded as I left, so I imagine they've all been taken into custody by imperial forces, not that they're going to face a different fate than this bastard." Blade slunk back into the shadows as he provided me with my answer.
I walked over and ripped the gag from Margrave Bardol's mouth. He gasped for air and tried to play innocent. "D-duke Ronak. I-I, you've got the wrong person, I swear! No one in my family has been involved with-!" I drove my foot back again and smashed it into his thigh. I already kicked. This time, it was for sure broken because it was now bent at a strange angle.
I bent down, grabbing Badrol by his hair, and pulled him up to be level with the cold smile on my face. "Are you mad because I sent you out of business? Hmmm? Sending a nightwalker after me is one thing, but you targeted my omega. Do you honestly think I'm going to look past that?" I tightened my grip on his head, and he let out an awful screech.
"Y-your omega?! I-I didn't target such a thing!" At least the bastard wasn't denying the nightwalker. Not that it fucking mattered. I had all the letters he sent, the record of payment, and even testaments from employees who had to care for it until they set it loose. This fucker was going to die whether I did it or not.
"Your fucking attendant retrieved some clothes from a tailor's shop in town, did they not?!" I shouted. I lifted his head a bit and rammed it down with each emphasis. "THEY BELONGED," Smash. "TO MY," Smash. "OMEGA!" Blood was starting to splatter everywhere as I cracked through his skull like a coconut. I wanted to tear him limb from limb. How dare he go after something that was mine! This bastard! He almost killed Micha! Micha was mine! MINE!
He was a mess of tears as I dropped his bloody skull onto the ground with a thud. "I-I didn't know! I didn't know you had an omega!" He cried over and over in an incoherent mess.
"I thought you said I can't play with my targets, and here you are having all sorts of fun," Blade complained from the shadows.
I stood and let out a deep, angry growl. I wasn't having fun at all. I was furious. My eyes might have been red, but the only thing I was seeing was a shade of fury. "DON'T FUCKING TOUCH THINGS THAT ARE MINE!" I rammed my foot into the ground, and multiple spikes shot up from the ground, skewering him. The margrave writhed for a second before falling still. As my spikes sunk back into the ground, the margrave's body fell to the floor with a wet thud.
My breathing was incredibly irregular, and honestly, I could have sat there mutilating his body for a bit longer to get some of my irritation out, but a sharp twinge of fear caught my attention. I looked around, worried that Micha had seen what had occurred here, but my senses told me he was still in the room.
It was like being doused in cold water as my senses were taken over by fear. M-Micha?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Micha
I was running through the forest, twigs snapping underfoot as I ran. Giant maws snapped behind me, drawing nearer and nearer. I managed to make it to the wall of the knight's training ground, but I was out of mana. I wasn't able to cast skywalk and escape. I anxiously pawed at the wall, but I couldn't just scale a thirty-foot wall by myself. I turned around, pressing my back against the wall, and braced myself as the nightwalker caught up to me. It lunged with an open mouth and crashed into me. Pain coursed through my body as its teeth punctured my flesh and dug into me. I cried out for help, but no one was there to save me. I was alone, surrounded only by my pool of blood as the nightwalker continued to bite me.
The pain of dying was so horribly realistic that I awoke with a loud gasp and looked around, confused. Tears stung my eyes, and I didn't have a clue where I was. My heart felt like it was going to burst from my chest as it pounded violently. I rose from the bed and stumbled over to the door, but even after opening it and looking down the hallway, I was confused as to where I was. All it successfully did was send me into a greater panic.
I tightened the blanket around me and sniffled as big tears dripped down my face. I was so scared that someone else would come after me. I heard footsteps on the floor and tried to scurry away, but I tripped over the blanket I had hauled out with me. Before I could crash into the ground, a large set of arms wrapped around me, and I instantly felt safe.
"It's okay! Everything is fine!" Ronak patted my head as I burst into tears on his shoulder.
"I-I woke up and I was all alone in a strange place!" I wailed into his chest.
"I only stepped out for a moment. I… had to respond to a letter from the emperor. I didn't think that the moment I left you'd wake up." A weird smell tickled my nose, but I couldn't put my finger on what it was.
Ronak patted my head and started to pull away, which made me panic. "N-no! D-don't leave! I'm scared!" My hands nervously pawed at his chest as tears continued to flow down my face.
His arms pulled me into a tight hug. "I'm not going anywhere. It's alright. I'm just taking you back to the room." Ronak scooped me and the blanket I had hauled with me up into his arms. A sense of ease began to wash over me as I snuggled in closer to him. Ah, he was putting out pheromones. It felt like an additional hug trying to calm me down.
Ronak entered the door I exited from and walked me back over to the bed. I felt a little embarrassed to be tucked into bed, but Ronak joined me and gently kissed my forehead. My breathing steadied out, and my heart stopped violently pounding in my chest. As much as I didn't want to admit it, being with Ronak made me feel incredibly safe. I had grown to enjoy being snuggled up in his arms. I wasn't sure if it was our bond or how gentle Ronak had been with me, but the only thing I wanted was my alpha to hold me.
Apparently, Ronak was an anti-shirt person because I had never seen him wear one to bed. N-not that I minded… I was able to hear his heart beating as I pressed my ear against his chest. Even the sound of his heart made me feel calm. "Everything is going to be okay. The people responsible have been taken into custody, and I doubt anyone else would be so brazen as to mess with me and my omega." Th-they've already been arrested? That was fast… Though I guess it was the middle of the night.
"Thank you…"
"What for?"
"P-protecting me so much…"
Ronak gave me a little squeeze and nuzzled his nose down into my hair as he took a deep breath. "That's my job, little omega. Now go to sleep, I won't leave again. I'll stay here the rest of the night to chase away any bad dreams you have."
"Okay." He didn't even need to tell me. Just being all tangled up with him under the covers made me so happy that I was already half asleep. All it took was me closing my eyes, and I was out like a light.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I lied. I'm over it. "Rooonak! Wake uuuup!" It was like a big snake had me all wrapped up with no interest in letting go. I had woken up almost an hour ago, and no matter how much I struggled, Ronak didn't even budge. I don't think I've ever seen him sleep so soundly. I know he had a busy night, but holding me hostage was not pleasant in the slightest. I had to go pee!
I yelped in surprise as Ronak stretched and pulled me in tighter. His lips found my neck, and he began teasingly nibbling upon my skin. "Is it… morning… already?" He mumbled between bites. "We don't have classes… Why are you trying to escape?"
"I-I've been awake for an hour and I've gotta go pee!" I nervously whined.
Ronak let out a tired groan and peeked at me with one crimson eye. "Mmm, but if you get lost again or cry, I'll feel guilty."
"I-I'm just going to the bathroom!" I pointed over to one of the two mystery doors. One of them had to be a bathroom, right?!
"Are you going to break more windows and try to escape?" Now, Ronak had two eyes peeking at me as he woke up even further.
"N-no! N-now release me!" I was starting to get desperate. The more he squeezed, the more I was likely to have an embarrassing accident! I-I'm too old for you to be making me pee the bed!
"What if I don't want to release you?" I let out a high-pitched squeal as he licked the base of my neck. Ronak let out an aggravated sigh and released me from his confines. "Fine, hurry back." I bolted out of the bed and towards the first door, but Ronak grunted, "Other one." So I quickly turned and headed to the other one.
Bah! Did every room have to be different?! I admit, though, that this room was not nearly as lavish as the other bedroom. I-I guess we can't stay in that one because I broke the window…
Gosh, Ronak really did push me to the edge. I barely made it without making a mess of myself. "Wanna take a bath?" Ronak called through the toilet door. Gah! I-I thought he told me to hurry back? What is he doing out of bed?
I never got a chance to clean all the dirt off myself yesterday, and I was still wearing his spare clothes. "Y-yes…" Taking a bath sounded nice. Maybe it would help wash away some of the residual fear that I had this morning.
The sound of water running caught my attention, and as I left the toilet, I noticed Ronak standing next to the bath. Huh, this room really wasn't as fancy. It only had a large clawfoot tub, not the insane in-floor bath that Ronak's room had. Ronak peeked over to me with an amused smile. "You won't be flooding the place with bubbles this time. Olivia was slightly flabbergasted when she saw them all." Ah… I-I'll have to apologize to her when I see her… I had wandered closer in curiosity, but Ronak snatched my wrist up and pulled me over to him. "Come on, raise those arms."
"Wh-what?!" I nervously pulled my arms closer to me and stared at him with wide eyes.
"How are you supposed to get into the bath with clothes on?"
"I-I can take them off myself…"
"Then hurry up." Ronak started undoing the drawstring holding his knit pants up, and I froze. H-he didn't think that we were getting into this bath together, did he? His pants dropped to the ground, and my mind froze. H-h-he doesn't wear shirts or underwear to bed?! "What's that silly look for? You're supposed to be getting undressed." He took a step towards me, and I quickly took a step back.
"I-I'll let you bathe-!" Ronak grabbed me before I could run and started wrangling my shirt off me.
"Why are you all shy now? Just take your clothes off so we can bathe." Ronak was able to pluck my shirt off me, and I nervously clasped my arms over my chest.
"Noooo!" I whined as he started tugging my pants down. I let out a loud yelp as Ronak picked me up and hauled me over to the bath. I-I'm not a kitten to be hauled around! Put me down!
He plopped me down into the bath with a grin. "See? That wasn't too bad, was it?" Ronak said as he settled in behind me. It was bad. The water could have been way warmer… It wasn't cold, but it wasn't soak-my-worries-away warm. I flinched as Ronak started scrubbing my back with a soaped-up loofa. "You woke me up from a pleasant dream, so I get to bathe with you." Ronak didn't even hesitate to lift my arm and scrub my side. Bah! I-I felt like a little kid getting washed by my parents. "Mmm, you're like a little hairless cat. Omegas are weird."
"I-I am not!" I had had enough of his weird comments, and I was sick of him calling me little. "Y-you're the weird big one! I-I'm incredibly average!"
Ronak snickered and pulled me back against him so he could wash my chest. "You still smell like alphas from yesterday, my little stinky omega. It was driving me crazy yesterday." Is that why he was incessantly washing my body for me? "Heh, incredibly average? I guess so. You and Terra are about the same height. I guess alphas are dumb because your height, frame, and the fact that you only hang out with omegas should have clued us all in." Dumb was right. Alphas were big dummies! Especially this one!
A shiver ran down my spine as Ronak started to lather up my hair. Gah! His fingers are tickling my scalp! "Y-you gotta press a little firmer! Th-that tickles!" I squealed as I squirmed in his lap.
"Is that better?" Ronak asked as he pressed a bit harder. I nodded my head, and he continued his work of washing me. There was probably no stopping him, so I relented to him completely. "I never know how hard, is too hard with you. I umm… haven't ever been around omegas before. At least not this intimately." It was pretty obvious that you hadn't… No woman would tolerate how gruff and rough you were. I only did because he marked me… "I always heard how pretty they were and how I should be falling head over heels for them, but I wasn't ever interested."
"Wh-what about me?" Ronak started carefully removing the soap from my hair, being careful not to get water in my face.
"You? You're like a little golden fairy who tortured me with their incredible scent." My brow furrowed slightly. That wasn't exactly what I wanted to know…
"D-do you think I'm pretty?" I turned my head back far enough that I was staring up into Ronak's red eyes. They darted away from mine for a moment before returning, only to dart away again. W-was he nervous? His ears looked a little pink…
"Don't ask such obvious questions." What?! H-he was going to avoid the question like that?!
All the soap was out of my hair, so I pivoted to face him. I blinked a few times until he looked at me, but his eyes kept drifting away. H-he likes to squeeze answers out of me. It's my turn! I leaned forward and grabbed his chin, hoping he'd look at me, but only the tops of his cheeks turned pink. "But… I want to know what my alpha thinks…" I'd be a bit sad to know he only marked me because of my pheromones…
"Your alpha is having a hard time controlling himself because of the beautiful omega sitting between his legs." Ronak still wasn't looking at me, but that was by far the most straightforward answer he had ever given to me. "You've always been like sand slipping through my fingers that I had to find a jar for." Like sand? Is that why he marked me?
"Oh!" I sat back on my legs, releasing his face, and having to cover my own. H-he thinks I'm beautiful? I-I didn't realize he could say such cheesy things.
"Micha." Ronak reached forward and pulled me over to rest against his chest. My eyes went wide as I realized exactly what he meant when he said having a hard time controlling himself. H-he was hard, rock hard. "There are consequences for being so attractive." I let out a little yelp as Ronak's hands slid down my sides and to my bottom.
"W-wait!" My body happily shivered as Ronak squeezed my bottom and swirled his finger around, teasing me.
"Are you trying to test my patience?" Ronak ran his tongue across my nipple, and I let out an embarrassing squeak.
"Wh-why me?" I looked down at Ronak, who was running his tongue across my chest again. Stop! That tickles! As if sensing my complaints, Ronak looked up at me with a slightly furrowed brow.
"You should pay attention a bit more. Obviously," He took my nipple between his teeth and gently tugged. "I really like you." He said as he released me. H-he did?! W-was Olivia telling the truth?!
"I-it's not th-ngh, th-the bond m-m-mark?" I could barely put together a complete sentence as Ronak teased my chest and butt. Bah! Even my eyelids were fluttering like crazy.
Ronak paused what he was doing and looked up at my shameful face. "That first night we slept in a tent together, I thought about doing all sorts of things to your body, so no. I don't think it's just the bond mark. I was attracted to you before that." He was speaking a lot more plainly. Was it because he didn't want me to confuse what he was saying? Though it was pretty hard to retain all this information when his two fingers were wiggling about inside me.
"Y-you're going to g-get wa-water ngh, i-inside m-me, ngh!" He kept stretching me out, and the lukewarm water was sloshing all over. It felt really weirdly good.
"It's water. It'll be fine. You didn't have problems last time." Ronak was making quite the mess of my chest as he nibbled and gnawed away at me. "Shit, I just want to gobble you the fuck up." Ronak reached up and pulled my head down into a rough kiss. He wasn't kidding about gobbling me up either. His tongue wasted no time joining the fray and searching mine out.
"Ngh, R-Ronak…" I squirmed a bit and pulled away as he started wiggling two additional fingers inside me. "I-it's tight!"
"Why do you think I'm trying to loosen you up?" I leaned down against him, and Ronak started nibbling my neck. Ah, wh-why did his bites feel so good? I mean, they hurt, but the sensation that took over was overpowering. Ronak's free hand wandered down and started fiddling around with the other. J-just how many fingers was he trying to plunge into me?!
Ronak sounded a bit like a rabid dog as he breathed through his teeth. He was clamped down rather hard on my shoulder and didn't seem very interested in letting go. Clearly, all his attention was going into stretching me out. Every time his fingers would plunge into me, a bit of water would slosh around. I-I guess I didn't hate it, but it was indeed odd.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ronak
Fucking hell. I could never get enough of Micha. We could fuck every day, and I'd still want more. All the expressions that would cross his face and the way his body reacts to mine was addicting. He didn't even get mad at me for making a complete mess of his body. His chest was covered in teeth marks, and I was making a disaster of his shoulders, and yet it only seemed to turn him on further. Shit, I can't take much more of this.
"Sit up," I said as I released my hold on his shoulder. What an adorably obedient omega he was. I slid my fingers out of his warm, squishy ass and pulled my dick out from underneath him. I lined it up for him, but… I want him to do it. I was always the one taking control and satisfying him. I want to see him shake his hips for me. "Now sit down, Micha." He gave me a concerned look, and he slightly bit his bottom lip. Damn, he was so cute. No wonder everyone kept calling him a girl. I swear he's become even softer-looking since I marked him. "You can do it."
Honestly, I was a bit curious if he was going to reject my request. I know he was feeling more affectionate towards me, but I guess I wanted confirmation. It frustrated me that he drove me crazy, and yet he kept trying to distance himself from me. Part of me almost felt grateful that the nightwalker made him rely on me. Not that I'd want to go through that situation again. I had never been so panicked in my life. A complete disgrace. However, I can't deny that the shift in Micha's behavior made me pleased.
To my surprise, Micha did start pressing down onto me. I thought he was going to give up as a bit of pain shot through him, but he persevered until my tip popped into his tight ass. Fuuuck. I could cum just from that sensation alone. His body just knew exactly how to squeeze me from every angle. He let out a little gasp and sat there for a second with a silly look on his face. Mmhm, do you feel me inside of you? You like it, don't you? "Y-you're so big…" Micha mumbled.
"That's only the tip, Micha." I leaned up and whispered into his ear. "Stuff yourself full. You know you want me." I peeked up, and Micha's face was bright red. Oops, did I break his brain? His feelings were swirling around like crazy. I was still aware of everything, but I had to learn to shove them into the corner of my brain to keep myself sane. There was just too much going on in his.
Micha slowly pressed further down, and a deep satisfaction filled me. Oh yeah, every bump and ridge in his body squeezed and contorted around me in the most satisfying way. There was also something oddly exciting about him taking control of the situation. He was going painstakingly slow, yet I was enjoying every second of it. How odd. "S-so, ngh, t-tight!" I probably shouldn't tell him yet that I can get even bigger… Maybe one day, when he isn't so shy…
I leaned up and started teasing his chest again in hopes that it would give him some motivation. Damn, his chest was so sensitive. He might not have breasts, but that didn't stop me in the slightest from squeezing and teasing him. He did have some squishy little pecs that I enjoyed to the fullest.
Micha let out a little squeal and wrapped his arms around my head. He squeezed my face against his chest as his body seized up. Whoops, I should have been paying better attention. I reached down and gently stroked his dick. "Did that feel a little too good?" His body was a bit like an alpha's in rut. He'd stay hard and would ejaculate repetitively until he either passed out or calmed down. I couldn't feel it because of the water, but it was clear to me that he ended up ejaculating. It felt a bit different compared to when he'd orgasm. Now that was a crazy feeling.
"Y-yeah…" His chest was pressed up against my face, and I could hear his heart beating like crazy. He let out a muffled moan as I squeezed the tip of his dick between my fingers. Heh, so small and cute.
"Are you going to sit down yet?" I teased as I managed to wriggle my head up to look at him.
"I-I'm working on it!" He squealed. Oooh? This was different. It was like he was trying to prove something to me. I didn't hate it at all. If anything, it only made me a bit more excited.
He made it about halfway down and paused. His chest rose and fell like crazy as he tried to catch his breath. Hmm, he's not as loose as he was in his dorm… Is it because he's tense?

This was all too much! First, Ronak tells me to take control, then he says such dirty things, and now he's getting impatient with me?! My brain felt like it was going to implode! I-I was trying my best! What else did he want from me?!
I'm not sure why I agreed to his request. It was too much! I-I guess it was because he has me all confused. One second, he's calling me beautiful, the next, he's messing up my pretty, clear skin. He wasn't being as gentle as before, but he was letting me move at my pace.
Or so I thought. Ronak grabbed my hips and thrusted up into me. He might as well have done so with a sword because I felt completely skewered. A jolt ran from the tip of my spine all the way to my head as my entire body flinched.
"So fucking tight. Mmm, I ran out of patience." I blinked in surprise as the feeling of fullness took over. "Are your pretty gold eyes going to disappear into your skull?" M-maybe! My entire body felt tense from the stiff rod inside me. "Heh, so cute." C-cute?! H-he thought my overwhelmed face was cute? I-I think I was even drooling a bit.
Ronak started swinging his hips, and the small volume of water we were sitting in began sloshing about. I pawed at his chest as the tightness consumed my brain. D-don't rub there! I let out a bit of a gasp as Ronak continuously pressed against a sensitive spot inside me.
"Don't orgasm yet." Ronak paused, letting me catch my breath.
"I-it's th-this p-position! Y-you're s-so ngh, deep!" I had never sat in his lap before, and the feeling was different. Ronak was poking and prodding all sorts of different spots with his iron rod. The worst part was, I was getting double stimulation from rubbing against his chest. I-I can't mentally handle rubbing my dick against his six pack! That alone will make me do shameful things!
"Oh?" Ronak got a scary look in his eyes and wrapped an arm around me. I gripped onto his neck tightly in fear as he rose to his feet.
"D-don't drop me!" I squealed.
"Yeah, like I'm going to drop a feather." Ronak snorted as he walked me over to the shower wall. He adjusted the taps and ducked under with me. "Keep your hands laced behind my neck." I did as he asked simply because I was nervous, but I should have pitched more of a fit. I didn't know what was coming.
Ronak let my back slightly press against the cool tile wall, and water gently misted me as it bounced off Ronak. He grabbed hold of my bottom and held me in place as he started to swing his hips. I let out a rather loud cry as he began pressing even further into me with vigor. H-he's going to break me! H-he's too big!
My hands lost their grip on one another, and my fingernails dug into Ronak's back as he hammered me into the wall. With each thrust, shameful sounds echoed around the bathroom. I thought he was going to drop me as I was jostled up and down.
His lips found mine, and he roughly kissed me as if desperate to consume me. I was overwhelmed by Ronak's desire. I-I was… loving every second of it… I could tell how much Ronak wanted me, and I couldn't get enough of the sensation.

I pulled out of Micha with a grunt and lowered him to the ground. Damn, he was way shorter than me. Mmm, this isn't going to work. He let out a shocked cry as I picked him up and hauled him out of the bathroom. He was just too short, and his legs were already wobbly. I also didn't need him falling face-first into the tile floor.
I went straight to the bed and propped up some pillows at the bed's edge. "Kneel." I patted the pillows, and Micha nervously moved to kneel on them. That's better. Now he's far more level with me. "Good little omega." I teasingly stuck my finger in him for a second before plunging back into his warmth. Fucking. Smack. Hell. Smack.
With each thrust, my balls smashed into his non-existent ones. Damn, he gets so wet. He was worried about the water getting up his ass, but he's sopping wet all on his own. We didn't even need lube. When Micha is properly turned on, he's practically dripping.
It was adorable watching him gasp for air, and the moans were driving me crazy. Remind me never to have sex somewhere public. Micha makes the best sounds ever, and muffling him was a shame. I can tell they embarrass him, but I didn't care. They were such a turn on.
Micha was struggling to control himself. His knees were shaking, and he'd shiver with every thrust. Where is it? Oh, right there. If I angle myself just right and thrust-! Micha keeled face-first into the bed as his body violently shook. I gripped his hips and prevented him from pulling away as the best part started. His butt popped up into the air as his back arched away from me, and his body stiffened. His muscles might have contracted, but his insides sure didn't. It was like he was desperately gulping away on my dick. Begging me to fill him to the brim. Fuck it was great.
He wasn't that lucky, though. I was just getting started.

I had lost count of how many times Ronak had made me orgasm. I don't know what got into him, but I wasn't keeping up with it. He kept making me lie in odd positions or at weird angles. Honestly, my body was starting to ache. H-he wasn't in rut, was he?
I think Ronak was running out of energy. He was breathing rather heavily, and his thrusting was getting more aggressive. He had me down on my back with my legs wrapped around his sides. It was a rather comfortable position compared to some, but I didn't appreciate his hungry gaze. It was trying to take in every aspect of my embarrassing state, and I didn't like it.
I could barely breathe, and I was panting like a dog through my gaping mouth. Drool dripped down my chin as my sanity was on the verge of breaking. My face was hot with embarrassment and overexertion. I didn't even want to think about the mess my wet hair was in. It was stuck all over my shoulders and neck. Oh, and my poor skin. It was like Ronak couldn't handle only marking me with gold. He had to bite and chew on me like I was a fancy omega chew toy made just for him. I-I mean, I did that to his finger, but I was desperate to be quiet…
Ronak plunged into me and ground against my pelvis while slightly growling. His thighs tensed up, and before I knew it, a new pressure was building in my stomach. I let out a tired moan as my body started to orgasm. My body couldn't get enough. It wanted more, more, more.
I thought Ronak was done, but he grabbed hold of me and rotated so that I was lying on top. It was a bit disorienting how he would manipulate me however he wanted, but it's not like I could stop him. I let out a moan as pressure began to build inside me. Gah! Noo! Not this again!
Ronak's arms wrapped around me as I uncomfortably twitched. "Fuck." Ronak gave me a bit of a squeeze as a new load joined the first.
"T-too full! Mpfh!" It hurts! H-how could he get so big?! I-I don't have room inside for this! H-he was going to break my pelvis!
Ronak didn't seem to care about my plight because he was too busy being satisfied. The selfish meanie! His satisfaction was almost overwhelming my senses. I-I get it! Y-you had a good time! Ronak grabbed my cheeks and slightly pinched them. "Mmm, absolute perfection. No wonder I can't get enough of you." Wh-what?! My heart fluttered slightly at his words. H-he liked me that much?
Ronak let out a grunt and rolled to the side with me so he could wrap me up in his arms. W-we were going to be stuck like this for a while… weren't we?
