Thieves?
"Lucien, stop! Lucien!" i said as we kept running. My heart was pounding as I was finding it hard to catch my breathe.
I fell as he suddenly stopped. He rushed back and lifted me on his shoulders. The wolves chasing us started gaining on us, and we just kept running. Tears were dropping from my eyes as I was scared. My hands were trembling. As Lucien carried me on his shoulders, we started running.
Soon enough, we stopped in a place that was a little secluded, and he dropped me. I started punching his chest.
"Why did you do that? We could have paid her 500 coins. I won the bet, remember?" I said, and then he gazed.
"Oh, I forgot, and you have money on you."
"I did not have money. What did you steal from her? Why did you do that? I did not have money on me, and we could have…"
"Then the best option for us is to run."
