Chapter 22: The Coerced Tsunade
As space twisted, the two appeared in the Hokage's office.
Yu casually sat in the Hokage's chair, leaning back with his feet crossed on the desk, while Tsunade was suspended in mid-air by magnetic lines, her voluptuous figure outlined enticingly by the rope-like force field.
Yu said offhandedly: "Take me to Konoha's jutsu archives."
Tsunade stubbornly turned her face away, her ample chest heaving dramatically as her golden hair fell in disheveled strands: "Never!"
CRACK—!
Violent electricity instantly coursed through her entire body.
"Ah...!" Tsunade gritted her teeth, sweat beading on her skin. "Kill me... I still won't tell!"
But the next second, she was shocked to discover that the skin and bones stimulated by the electricity were healing at an incredibly fast rate.
How was this possible?!
Even her Creation Rebirth technique couldn't achieve this healing speed.
Yu's fingers lightly tapped the armrest: "That old man... won't last through tonight, will he?"
He leaned forward slightly:
"Tell me the location, and I'll save his life..."
"And..."
"Spare their clan members."
"I'm giving you one minute."
After Yu finished speaking, the office fell so quiet that only the ticking of the wall clock could be heard.
She stared intently at this demon-like youth, her teeth biting her lower lip until it bled.
The Third was her respected mentor who had taught her carefully in her youth.
But the First Hokage's glory bound her like shackles—how could the granddaughter of Senju Hashirama betray Konoha?
"Time's almost up."
Yu's fingertips suddenly burst with blinding blue light, the violent magnetic field making the surrounding air distort. Tsunade was horrified to discover he was aiming directly at the medical team treating the Third in the ruins!
"Wait!"
Just as the second hand was about to complete its final tick, Tsunade finally broke down and shouted: "I'll take you! But you must swear—"
"Heal the Third, and spare the innocent clan members!"
Those words seemed to drain all her strength.
Yu dispersed the magnetic field in his hand, showing a smile like a neighborly youth: "See how much better it is when you listen."
The magnetic lines loosened, and Tsunade collapsed to the ground. She trembled as she tried to support herself, tears of humiliation filling her eyes.
Yu left his seat and walked to Tsunade, extending his hand, only to have her slap it away with a "smack."
"Don't touch me!"
Tsunade stubbornly tried to stand on her own, but Yu grabbed her wrist in one motion.
"You're too slow."
Space instantly warped. Tsunade's vision blurred, and when she opened her eyes again, they were back at the ruins.
Several medical ninja treating the Third retreated in terror, nearly knocking over their medicine boxes.
Yu walked directly to the dying Third, his palm hovering above the old man's chest.
Blinding lightning suddenly erupted! The Third's withered body convulsed violently as medical equipment shrieked with alarms.
Tsunade cried out "Stop!"
This madman—how could the critically injured Third possibly withstand such brutal treatment?
Three seconds later, Yu withdrew his hand and turned around: "Consider that a down payment."
Tsunade rushed forward to examine him, shocked to discover the Third's previously failing pulse had actually started beating again! Though still weak, he was definitely out of mortal danger.
"Now, it's your turn."
Without waiting for Tsunade to react, Yu grabbed her arm again.
As space warped, both vanished without a trace.
The remaining Konoha people looked at each other uncertainly.
"Just now... wasn't Lady Tsunade..."
"That person actually held her hand!"
"What down payment? What are they really..."
Whispers spread through the crowd as Konoha's leadership stared at where the two had disappeared, their expressions complex.
Space warped again as they reappeared in the Hokage's office.
Before Tsunade could steady herself, Yu roughly threw her to the ground. She grunted in pain, looking up to meet Yu's burning gaze that swept over her curvaceous form like something tangible.
"Now," Yu's voice was cold, "time to tell me the locations."
Tsunade suppressed her anger and stood up.
"...Second floor underground at the northeast training ground... the secret chamber beneath Naka Shrine..." She turned her head away, reluctantly revealing two coordinates.
Yu suddenly moved closer, gripping her delicate chin and forcing her to look up at him.
"If I discover even half a lie or omission..."
He leaned down to whisper in her ear, his warm breath on her earlobe as he spoke chilling words:
"Think about Danzo's fate."
Tsunade shuddered as images of Danzo's tortured death flashed through her mind.
This lunatic dared casually slaughter Konoha's leadership—what wouldn't he do?
"There's... there's also..." her voice tightened, "beneath the waterfall at the Valley of the End stone monument... 300 meters south of the eastern forest..."
Each location she revealed felt like carving out her heart. When she finished the last coordinate, Tsunade was nearly exhausted: "This time... there really are no more..."
Yu still gripped her chin, his sharp gaze seeming to pierce her soul.
After several long seconds, he finally released her.
Before Tsunade could catch her breath, that cold hand suddenly gripped her wrist again.
"It better be so."
Space warped once more as their figures vanished from the office.
They reappeared in a dim underground passage.
"Lead the way."
Yu pushed Tsunade's back, indicating she should walk ahead. Tsunade bit her teeth, reluctantly unsealing layer after layer of protections.
The moment they entered the vault, even the well-traveled Yu couldn't help raising an eyebrow.
Rows of scrolls were densely arranged on specialized shelves, categorized by element: Fire Style, Water Style, Earth Style...
Deeper inside, scrolls recording various clan secret techniques were protected by special barriers. The Nara clan's Shadow Imitation Technique, the Akimichi clan's Multi-Size Technique... there were even surviving Uzumaki clan sealing jutsu texts.
When Yu reached the core forbidden jutsu section, his pupils contracted slightly.
Soul Transfer Technique
Edo Tensei
Spiritualization Technique
These were exactly the soul-based secret arts he'd been dreaming of.
"Not bad."
Yu rarely showed a satisfied smile, turning to look at Tsunade.
But this smile made Tsunade's back run cold.
He'd worn the same expression when torturing Danzo.
She instinctively stepped back half a pace, only to hit the cold stone wall.
Yu saw Tsunade's guarded reaction and couldn't help feeling somewhat helpless.
Was he really that frightening?
Without further words, his Mangekyou Sharingan slowly rotated. As his palm swept across the shelves, piles of jutsu scrolls and their shelves successively vanished in spatial distortions.
Tsunade watched helplessly as decades of Konoha's accumulated knowledge disappeared before her eyes, her chest aching with pain. All of that was the foundation built with generations of ninja blood and sweat!
"Don't worry," Yu noticed her pained expression and rarely explained, "I'll return what I don't need."
Magnetic lines suddenly coiled around Tsunade's waist, yanking her roughly to his side.
"Now, to the next location."
