Chapter 21 - Chapter 21: Morning Plans

The morning sunlight streamed through Victoria's bedroom windows as she and Ryven lay together, both still glowing softly with residual cultivation energy from their night of dual cultivation. Victoria traced gentle patterns on Ryven's chest as they rested between their passionate exchanges.

"Tell me everything," Victoria said quietly, looking up at him with eyes full of love and curiosity. "Your breakthrough, these incredible resources, how you became so powerful so quickly. I shared my heart and body with you - now share your secrets."

Ryven was quiet for a long moment, then began speaking in a low voice. He told her about the mysterious inheritance from his grandfather's estate, the wooden box that had required his blood to open, and the ancient pill that had harmonized his conflicting bloodlines. He explained his Infinite Seed Foundation, the origin chaos that had transformed both planets, and his rapid advancement through multiple realms.

Victoria listened in growing amazement as he described his battles with Soul Beasts on Tianxing, his mastery of dozens of laws, and the incredible techniques his bloodline had granted him. By the time he finished, dawn was breaking and they both understood how dramatically the universe had changed around them.

"So you're the one who caused all the planetary transformations," Victoria said, not accusingly but with wonder. "The voice that everyone heard, the energy that made people breakthrough worldwide - that was you establishing your foundation."

"I didn't mean for it to affect so many people," Ryven replied. "I was just trying to create the best possible foundation for my cultivation path."

After sharing one final passionate embrace as the sun rose fully, they both dressed and moved to Victoria's living room. She curled up against him on the sofa, both of them feeling the deep satisfaction of their new connection.

"So what's your plan now?" Victoria asked, running her fingers through his hair.

Ryven was quiet for a moment, organizing his thoughts. "First, I need to give my current stash of cores and treasures to my father. The family needs to benefit from what I've gained, and it will help explain some of the changes they've noticed in me."

"And then?"

"Then I'll tell both my parents the truth about how I got the treasures and that I was the one who caused the planetary changes with my breakthrough. They deserve to know, and I'll need their support for what comes next."

Victoria nodded, understanding the wisdom of bringing his parents into his confidence. "What comes next?"

"I need to join a sect," Ryven said, his tone becoming more serious.

Victoria looked surprised. "Why? You're already incredibly strong from what I can tell. Your power level is beyond most cultivators I've ever heard of."

"Yes, but I have very few techniques and skills to enhance my laws," Ryven explained. "As you know, techniques and skills empowered by laws are much more effective than using laws on their own. Right now I'm like someone with incredible raw strength but no training in how to use it properly."

He laughed mischievously. "So I plan to register in a top sect to browse all their techniques and skills. Learn everything they have to offer."

Victoria shook her head at his tactics, though she was smiling. "You're planning to infiltrate a sect just to steal their knowledge?"

"Not steal - learn legitimately as a member," Ryven corrected with a grin. "Though I admit my motivations aren't entirely pure."

"Well, the clan has a collection of techniques and skills up to the Epic rank," Victoria said thoughtfully. "And we also have a few Legendary rank methods. You could ask your dad to give you permission to enter the family library first."

"That's a good starting point," Ryven agreed. "What about higher levels?"

"Mythical and Divine rank techniques are extremely rare. Only the top sects have them, and they guard them jealously. You'd definitely need to join a sect to access that level of knowledge."

They continued discussing his plans as the morning progressed. Victoria shared what she knew about the different sects, their specialties, and their entry requirements. Her years of cultivation experience and family connections provided valuable insights into the political landscape he would need to navigate.

"The Celestial Sword Sect has the best sword techniques," she explained. "The Elemental Harmony Sect specializes in multi-element law fusion. The Void Walking Sect focuses on space and time manipulation. Each has their own requirements and testing procedures."

"With my law comprehension levels, I should be able to qualify for any of them," Ryven said confidently. "The question is which one has the most comprehensive collection of techniques."

"Probably the Azure Heaven Sect," Victoria replied. "They're the oldest and have been collecting techniques for over ten thousand years. But they're also the most selective about membership."

As they talked, both felt the deep satisfaction of their new relationship. The dual cultivation had strengthened both their foundations, and the emotional intimacy of sharing secrets had brought them closer together.

Finally, Ryven stood and began gathering his things. "I should head to the family estate. The longer I delay this conversation with my parents, the harder it will become."

Victoria rose and embraced him, pressing a lingering kiss to his lips. "Be careful how you explain things. The truth about your power level might be hard for them to accept."

"I'll start gradually," Ryven assured her. "Show them the treasures first, then explain how I obtained them, then reveal the scope of my advancement. By the time I tell them about the planetary transformation, they should be somewhat prepared."

"And after that?"

"After that, I'll begin researching sects and preparing for the next phase of my cultivation journey," Ryven replied. "This is just the beginning of what I can achieve."

With final kisses and promises to stay in touch, Ryven teleported directly from Victoria's apartment to the family estate. As he appeared in his own room, he could already sense the increased spiritual energy throughout the compound and the enhanced cultivation levels of his family members.

Time to face his parents and begin the next chapter of his extraordinary journey. The conversation ahead would change everything for the Strathor family, but it was a necessary step toward the greater challenges that awaited him in the cultivation world.
