Chapter 26 - Losers

The system listened to Noa's wishes.

His vision shifted, replaced by eerie darkness as familiar system interfaces hovered around him.

'It still feels like I am in a digital world,' he noted in absolute silence.

Standing on the bridge of two dimensions, Noa knew from previous experiences that he had to start the stream to cross the path between them.

Like before, his chat sat empty.

The viewer count was still frozen at zero.

"Alright, let's go live," he announced.

Then his hazy environment shifted again, blotting out the darkness, only for him to reappear in a familiar yet strange world.

"I am back," Noa murmured and glanced around the room.

He was standing in the wooden house filled with relics. Though Galio was nowhere to be found, Noa felt calm in this dreadful place.

Slowly, the previously empty chat became livelier.

Viewer_1: I am first… Like always.

F00l: I was so happy when I saw the notification.
