Third person point of view
Junkyu's office life was somehow suddenly interesting. He couldn't help but look forward to it a little. Junkyu walked in and waited for the elevator along with others. He felt someone tap his shoulder but no one was there on that side. He turned to the other side and saw Haruto. Haruto smiled. " Good morning ".
" Good morning ". " That was a silly trick ". " But you fell for it ". Junkyu snickered and looked down. Haruto smiled looking at him. They got in the elevator and stood side by side. Haruto was leaning against the side wall and Junkyu was standing beside him. Haruto glanced at him and smiled again.
The doors opened and a few more people walked in. Haruto stood with his back to the wall now and Junkyu was pushed closer. He was trying hard not to touch anyone. The doors opened again and some of them got down and Junkyu was pushed in the process. He tried his best but didn't stand a chance and was now standing facing Haruto.
He looked up and saw Haruto's face up close. He gulped and quickly looked down. The doors opened and two more people entered. He cursed in his heart. He wondered why so many were getting on today instead of getting off. He put his hands on either side of Haruto so as to not fall onto him by mistake. Haruto's breath was grazing his forehead.
Junkyu was trying his best to not let it affect him. He could smell Haruto's scent. It still felt just as cool and smelled good. He could also smell some other scent, but didn't know what it was. It was also nice. He realized what he was doing and gulped feeling nervous. Meanwhile, Haruto looked completely relaxed. He might even be enjoying this situation.
Haruto blew on his face making Junkyu glare at him. Haruto chuckled silently. Junkyu clenched his jaw. Haruto was his superior. He decided to silently endure it. Haruto used his elbow to put pressure on Junkyu's hand. Junkyu frowned and glared harder. He tried to endure but he wasn't a match to his strength.
His hand slipped and he fell onto Haruto. Haruto put his hand around him, holding him in place. Now Junkyu could smell Haruto even better. Even if they do hide their scent without letting it be too strong, in this close proximity, how could he not smell it ? He was tempted to take a deep breath but controlled himself.
He quickly pulled away and straightened his posture. The doors opened and people walked out. Junkyu finally let out a sigh and stood properly. He tried his best to put a distance between them. Haruto smiled and stood properly too. They got down on their floor. " Sir ". Junkyu called Haruto. Haruto turned to Junkyu. " Hmm ? "
" Can we talk ? " Haruto nodded. " Sure ". He walked ahead and Junkyu followed him to his office room. " Sit down ". Junkyu removed his bag and sat down on the chair. Haruto put his bag away and stood leaning against the table beside Junkyu. Junkyu looked up at him. " What are you doing ? " Haruto smiled. " What did I do ? "
Junkyu scoffed. " I will leave then ". Junkyu said getting up. Haruto chuckled and pressed his shoulders making him sit down again. " Did I cross the line ? " Junkyu looked down and shook his head. Haruto felt relieved after hearing that. " I just wanted to tease you a little. Your reactions are really cute. Also... I thought we got closer ? "
Junkyu looked up at Haruto. He could see Haruto had no ill intention. Maybe he was the one who is too easily flustered and immature. He nodded. " I didn't know our manager had this side too ". Haruto chuckled and shrugged. " You don't know a lot of them ". Junkyu sneered and got up. " I could say that too ".
He walked to go out of the room and heard Haruto laughing from behind. He opened the door and turned around. " Have a nice day sir ". " You too Junkyu-ssi ". Junkyu grinned and walked to his seat. He sat down on the seat and was still smiling. " What is so nice ? " " Huh ? " " You are smiling so happily right in the morning ".
Junkyu chuckled and shrugged. " Nothing much. Just in a nice mood ". His colleague nodded and went back to work. " Good for you ". Both of them chuckled and Junkyu also turned to his screen. He wondered if he was really laughing that happily. He touched his own face but did not know. He shrugged and started with his work.
Junkyu was done with his lunch and was going to the washroom along with some of his colleagues. He saw Haruto talking to Jeongwoo and Junghwan near the drinks section. They all greeted them. Junkyu also did. He glanced at them after walking past them and saw Haruto wave his hand behind his back. He smiled and went along with the others.
His whole day was over in a rather cheerful mood. He went home at his usual time and still couldn't calm down. " Did I eat something wrong ? " He asked himself. He tried to take deep breaths and got his mind to stop being so hyper. He rested for a while and went out for dinner. He came back and took a shower.
He sat down on the bed with his phone and saw Haruto actually uploaded something. He opened it and saw a glass which was filled with Whiskey. He looked at the picture closely and it looked like some bar. He was probably out because of work purposes. Junkyu put his phone aside and let out a sigh. He pulled the covers over himself and closed his eyes to sleep.
