Third person point of view
They reached the building and Haruto parked the car to the side. He first went to talk to the security and then went back to the car. He helped Junkyu out and took him to the elevator. Junkyu was still weak and leaning on him but he gave the answers he asked for. Haruto pressed the floor button and stood back.
They walked out of the elevator and to Junkyu's house. " Junkyu-ssi, unlock it ". Haruto said and lowered his head. Junkyu tried his best and pressed the buttons. The door opened and Haruto took Junkyu to his bedroom. Junkyu got rid of the coat and got under the sheets. He curled up pitifully, making a thousand thoughts run through Haruto's mind.
Haruto put Junkyu's things on the bed side and picked up his coat. He walked out and closed the door. He removed the kerchief and took deep breaths. He then walked out of the house and felt better. He unbuttoned his shirt too which had Junkyu's scent and held it along with the coat leaving him only in a thin t-shirt.
He took out his phone and called Jihoon. He didn't know what Junkyu was like during this time, so he thought of telling them just in case. Jihoon picked up after a few rings. " Hello... " His voice sounded like he was sleeping. " Sorry to disturb ". Jihoon felt more awake after hearing the voice. " Oh Haruto-ssi. It is fine. What is it ? "
" Actually... Junkyu is in heat. I brought him to his house. I wanted to inform you just in case ". Jihoon immediately sat up feeling alert. " Ah ? " " Nothing happened. Please don't worry ". Haruto explained the situation. Jihoon felt better after understanding. " Thank you so much. I will tell hyung, so he will go there to take care of him. Please be rest assured ".
Haruto let out a breath too. " Okay. I am standing outside, so I will wait till he comes and then leave. Just in case ". Jihoon was surprised but did not reject. " Alright. We live only two streets away. Hyung will be there soon ". " Okay ". Jihoon hung up. Haruto stood there in the corridor waiting for Hyunsuk.
After a few minutes, he saw Hyunsuk walking his way. " Thank you so much. It must have been tough ". Haruto shook his head. " It is nothing ". " You can go now. I am used to it, so I will take care of him ". Haruto gave a bow and walked away. He took the elevator and went to the ground floor.
He then walked outside to his car. He opened all the doors and let the air flow dissipate Junkyu's scent. He put his shirt and coat in the trunk and waited for a few minutes. Once it was fine, he sprayed with a freshener he had and then closed the doors. He got in the car and drove to his house.
He put all his clothes in the washing machine and took a shower. He finally felt better. He dressed up again and left for the office. He left everything like it is and rushed. He had to take care of things there. When Haruto was done with his day, he felt a bit tired. He let out a sigh and remembered Junkyu.
It would be inconvenient to call him though. He decided to do it after a few days. He met up with Jeongwoo for dinner. " What was that this morning ? " Jeongwoo asked and Haruto told him what happened. Jeongwoo nodded. " He is always very careful from what I know ". Haruto raised an eyebrow. Jeongwoo rolled his eyes.
" I am the one who approves his leaves ". Haruto's brows relaxed. Jeongwoo shook his head. " I wonder if something went wrong ". Haruto also thought so. No omega would be careless when it comes to those times, especially if they had no mates. " How many days is his leave for ? " " I think it is till Tuesday ". Haruto nodded.
He finished his dinner and went back home. His weekend went by in a flash as his mind was full of worry for Junkyu. He did things like usual but his mind would keep drifting off. When he went back to work, he did distract himself with it. But once he was done, he would think of it again. He rubbed his face and sighed.
" I should seriously get myself together ". Haruto told himself. He had dinner again with Jeongwoo but Junghwan was also there this time. He went back home and thought if he should at least text Junkyu. He picked up his phone and opened their chat but he didn't know what to say. He sighed and put his phone aside.
The next day, Haruto was done with work early. He glanced at his phone. He picked it up and decided to call Junkyu. The call was picked up after two rings. " Hello ". " Junkyu-ssi. Is it fine to talk ? " " Yes ". " How are you feeling now ? " " I am better. I will be back to work tomorrow ". " Okay... "
There was a moment of silence. " Actually... is it fine if I visit you ? " Haruto asked hesitantly. " Yes. It is fine ". " Really ? " " Yes ". " Then... I am leaving work right now. I will be there soon ". Junkyu chuckled. " Okay ". Haruto hung up and packed his things. He rushed out and went to the elevator.
He thought the elevator was too slow. He kept tapping his foot impatiently. Once he reached the parking lot, he quickly got in his car and drove out. He suddenly thought that it was too bad to go empty handed. So he stopped by the cafe and got a drink and pastry packed. He then drove to Junkyu's house.
