The world exploded into motion.
Bardock vanished, reappearing in front of Buu with a sonic crack that shattered the air. Their fists collided — pink light against burning crimson — and the shockwave flattened the garden wall like paper.
Mai and Bulma barely had time to move before Fasha and Tora descended on them."Split them!" Bulma shouted, twisting midair to parry a blow that sent sparks flying from her bracers.
Mai nodded, her ki blade igniting in a brilliant violet arc that sliced through Borgos' energy blast.
From above, Panchy watched helplessly, the Capsule Corp courtyard now a cratered battlefield.
The courtyard was gone.
What had once been a peaceful garden now burned under the pressure of colliding ki — red against pink.
Bardock's fist slammed against Buu's forearm, the impact sending a tremor through the ground that cracked the capsule tiles like glass. Buu grinned — not mocking, but alive.
"You've got some fire," he murmured, twisting Bardock's arm aside and driving a kick into his ribs. "Let's see how long it lasts."
The Saiyan staggered, only to vanish in a blur of crimson light and reappear behind him, roaring as he hurled a sphere of energy the size of a small moon.
Buu caught it one-handed. The ground beneath him shattered, dust erupting skyward, but his smile didn't falter. "Not bad, but..." he said, his voice calm in the chaos. "Not enough."
Across the battlefield, Bulma and Mai fought back to back. Tora, Borgos and Fasha pressed them relentlessly, their strikes a rhythm of violence too precise to be human. Each blow carried the same sickly red tint — Fu's corruption seeping through every motion.
Bulma ducked under a blast, her mind racing faster than her heartbeat. They move strange… almost mechanical. Like puppets.
Her fingers brushed the dirt, drawing power from the latent Majin energy beneath her skin — that dangerous hum that made her feel invincible and terrified all at once.
"Bulma, left!" Mai's voice snapped her back just in time to deflect a strike that would've crushed her spine. Their eyes met — only for a heartbeat — but something flickered there. Fear. Regret. Maybe something else.
Mai spun away, releasing a burst of ki that lit the air violet and silver. "You're distracted again," she shouted, half anger, half concern.
Bulma gritted her teeth. "Shut up and fight!" But she knew Mai was right. Every time she saw Buu trading blows with Bardock, her stomach twisted.
Buu caught Bardock by the collar, slamming him into the dirt hard enough to leave a crater. "Still breathing?" The Saiyan only laughed, blood trickling from his mouth beneath the mask. "You think this is over?" He pressed his hand to his chest, and his aura changed — the red deepening into something darker, older, wrong.
For a moment, Buu's grin faltered. His instincts screamed. "This energy…" he murmured. "I know it."
Behind him, Tora's attack tore through the air, forcing Bulma and Mai to leap apart. Mai landed on her knees, panting. "He's playing with them," she muttered, eyes flicking toward Buu. "He's not even serious yet."
Bulma wiped the sweat from her brow. "Then maybe he should start taking it seriously before we all die."
Up above, Panchy gripped the railing, her expression pale but strangely calm. Watching Buu fight was like watching a storm. And yet, when her eyes fell on Bulma — her daughter — she couldn't shake the worry.
The next instant, Bardock roared — an unearthly sound that shattered the clouds. His mask cracked, glowing from within, and his aura spiked high enough to burn the air itself.
Buu's smirk returned. "Finally," he said, his ki flaring pink and white. "Show me something worth fighting."
Their collision lit the entire sky.
For a moment, it was impossible to tell where one ended and the other began — light, sound, and fury merging into a single heartbeat that rattled the walls of Capsule Corp.
Bulma shielded her face from the shockwave, heart hammering in her chest. She couldn't look away — not from the fight, not from him.
Mai's voice cut through the wind. "Stay focused, Bulma!""I am!""Then prove it!"
The two women turned together, launching twin blasts that intertwined midair, striking Fasha and Tora with a combined pulse of pink and violet energy. The explosion sent both Saiyans crashing back through the ruins of the garden wall.
Silence followed — for a breath, maybe two.
Then Borgos' voice, distorted and sharp, cut through it all."didn't forget about me right?"
But before any other attacks started, Buu's laughter answered him, low and dangerous. "Oh, I'm just getting started."
Dark clouds began to appear above Capsule Corp. Lightning and thunder, but no drips of rain
"I will let you see a form that you Saiyans can only hope to achieve in your lifetimes."
