Synopsis
The world of Atheris was one of endless energy. Every soul carried within them a connection — an Elemental Nexus — a spark of power that defined their place in the spiral of existence. Fire, water, wind, stone… These were common. Rarer were time, gravity, or void. But in ancient whispers, there were three forces feared by gods themselves: Chaos. Spiral. Drive. They were said to never converge. Because if they did… the world would tremble. “Kaosu never asked to be chosen by destiny. But when he his brothers, and his friends are drawn into the King’s plans, their lives spiral into a world of Nexus powers, royal conspiracies, and an academy where the strongest rise—or fall. With Kori’s hidden bloodline, Kudo’s loyalty in question, and monsters lurking even in the heavens, the line between ally and enemy blurs. Will Kaosu and his friends survive the Academy… or become pawns of the King himself?”

Chapter 1 - The Day It All Began

Kaosu, Supira, and Doraibu trudged home from school, the sun dipping behind the glowing spires of the city. It had been another boring day of lectures, scoldings, and wasted time. Kaosu complained the loudest, kicking a pebble down the street.

"Pointless," he muttered. "Why waste time with math when we've got Nexuses inside us? We should be training, not—"

"Not everyone can handle a Nexus properly," Supira interrupted coolly, hands in his pockets. "And especially not you."

"Tch."

Doraibu sighed, as usual playing mediator.

"Can you two not fight for one second? Let's just get home, I'm starving."

But when they turned the corner, their house wasn't how they'd left it. The door was broken. The air inside warped, heavy with pressure.

And in the center of the living room—

two men stood, gripping their parents by the throat.

They weren't normal men. Their presence was suffocating. The room itself seemed to bend, as if Atheris itself bowed before them.

Kaosu's vision went red.

"LET THEM GO!"

Something inside him snapped. His Nexus surged awake in a torrent of distortion. The lights shattered, the air fractured like broken glass, and the ground itself twisted beneath his feet. Chaos Nexus — born from his rage.

Supira's body glowed with spiraling patterns of energy, his Spiral Nexus unfurling like a blooming galaxy. Doraibu's pulse roared like thunder, muscles igniting as his Overdrive Nexus exploded with speed and force.

For the first time, the three brothers awakened.

They charged. Their powers collided with godlike fury. The house became a battlefield.

And yet—

They failed.

With nothing more than a flick of a finger, the two men swatted them aside like insects. The boys gasped on the floor, bloodied, beaten, powerless.

One of the men smirked. His voice was calm, terrifying.

"So it's true… The children of Atheris bear the forbidden Nexuses."

The other narrowed his eyes.

"Chaos. Spiral. Drive. The prophecy… If they converge, even gods will fall."

Their father choked, still in the man's grip.

"Spare them… they're just children!"

The men exchanged a glance. And then, with divine arrogance, they released their hold.

"Live, little sparks. Grow. Struggle. Hate. Perhaps one day, you'll amuse us."

And with that, the gods vanished into the ether, leaving the family broken.

Kaosu, trembling with rage, punched the floor, tears mixing with blood.

Supira clenched his fists, spirals of energy still glowing faintly.

Doraibu stared at his hands, realizing how powerless they still were.

That night, the three brothers swore silently: they would never be weak again.

But what the gods had dismissed as mercy…

was a mistake.

Because when Chaos, Spiral, and Drive converge…

A power beyond gods shall awaken.

A force to remake Atheris… or end it.
