Gin Dojima couldn't speak because Emiya was the one who did it. Before he could speak, Emiya used his telekinesis to cover his mouth, so he couldn't refuse.
Seeing Gin Dojima's horrified expression, Emiya smiled.
"Since you didn't refuse, I'll take that as your consent. How much time is there until the shokugeki starts?"
With that, Emiya let go of his telekinesis.
Gin Dojima, now free, moved his mouth and hesitated before speaking.
"About an hour." He didn't know what had just happened, but he knew that Emiya was responsible for it.

Because of the Book of Friends, youkai would often come to him to ask for their names.

The Natsume's Book of Friends world was a world with youkai. In the anime, Takashi Natsume would run into a few youkai every episode, but Emiya hadn't seen a single one on his way.

He looked down and saw that the person calling his name was a human.
Emiya looked around. The country road was quiet, and there was no one else around. So he used his telekinesis to lift himself into the air.
"Misuzu, I want to ask you about someone. Do you know where Natsume is?"
"Lord Natsume?" Misuzu looked at Emiya warily. "Who are you, and why are you asking about Lord Natsume's whereabouts?"
"A friend," Emiya said.
"Are you an exorcist?" In Misuzu's perception, ordinary humans couldn't fly, and even exorcists couldn't fly, but what if there was an exception?
Because of this, he was a little wary of Emiya and didn't attack right away.
"No." Emiya shook his head. Even though he could fight some youkai, he had no interest in exorcism.
And in the Natsume's Book of Friends world, although some youkai attacked people, most of them had no ill will toward humans and preferred to stay in their own territory.
For example, Misuzu was the guardian of a pond.
Misuzu looked Emiya up and down and saw that he didn't seem to have any ill will toward him, so he nodded.
"Follow me. I'll take you to Lord Natsume."
"Thanks." Emiya said, then landed on the ground. He wasn't a youkai that ordinary people couldn't see.

Misuzu didn't say anything and flew in the direction of the forest. Emiya followed behind. After entering the forest, Emiya followed Misuzu's figure closely.
After walking for about 20 minutes through the forest, they passed a small path, and a clearing suddenly opened up in front of them.
Besides Misuzu, there were several other youkai in the clearing, all of whom often appeared in Natsume's Book of Friends: the Mustache, Hinoe, One-Eye, the Ox Head, and the Kappa.

The person surrounded by these youkai was none other than Natsume. Of course, besides Natsume, there was also Nyanko-sensei, who was always by Natsume's side.
"Lord Natsume, someone is here to see you," Misuzu said softly, landing beside Takashi Natsume.
