Chapter 36 - A Restaurant

A few minutes later, only Emiya and Hephaestus were left in the spacious office. Tsubaki had already left to manage the Familia's internal affairs.

Erina and Hisako had left with Hestia to receive their blessings. Soon, they would be official adventurers.

"Are you going to keep your origin a secret from Hestia?"

Hephaestus suddenly asked.

Emiya shook his head. "I wasn't planning on it. Erina and

Hisako are still students and can't stay in Orario indefinitely. I also plan to introduce other chefs to Hestia, so it's impossible to keep it a secret. It's better to just be open about it."

Hephaestus nodded in agreement. "That's for the best for everyone."

"I think so too."

Soon, Hestia returned with Erina and Hisako. Erina came in first and said to Emiya with a nervous expression, "Goddess Hestia already knows where we're from."

Emiya said "Oh" and didn't say anything else. Even if Erina hadn't said anything, he would have told Hestia himself.

It was better for Hestia to hear it directly from Erina.

Hestia huffed and crossed her arms over her chest. "I can't believe two of my Familia members are from another world!

If I were to announce this at the next meeting of the gods, it would cause a huge commotion."

"That would make you the enemy of all the gods, you know, Hestia," Hephaestus said, reminding her friend, who was looking quite smug.

"If the gods find out that your children can travel freely between another world and Orario, they'll go crazy. Do you think you can handle the malice of all the gods in your current state?"

Hestia shivered at the thought. "J-Joking, I was just joking. I would never tell the other gods where my children came from."

Hephaestus said, "All right, just keep your mouth shut."

"No problem," Hestia said, patting her chest. But when she accidentally met Hephaestus's gaze, her friend's expression was a knowing, half-smile, which made Emiya a little flustered.

Emiya cleared his throat and quickly changed the subject.

"Cough, to celebrate our deal, would you two like to visit my world, Goddess Hestia, Goddess Hephaestus?"

"No problem." Hestia agreed instantly. She was quite

interested in the other world.

Hephaestus also nodded. She turned to Erina and said, "I'll send you two back first. When you get back, have your grandfather prepare the gold and the cell phone

manufacturing technology."

Erina said, "Leave it to me."

Emiya nodded and sent Erina and Hisako back to the world of Food Wars!. He then returned to Hephaestus's office and took the two goddesses back to his home.

...

Because the Labyrinth City of Orario was in the twilight, it was early in the morning in the real world. Six o'clock in the morning, to be exact.

Loki was already asleep on the sofa, but Emiya and the two goddesses' arrival woke the goddess, who had already removed her seal. She sat up abruptly and saw two familiar faces.

"Fi-Fi, and the shorty?"

Hestia also saw Loki, and her hair bristled. She said, annoyed, "Why is that guy here?!"

Loki was also annoyed. She said to Emiya, "I get Fi-Fi, but why did you bring the shorty to this world? You're my Familia member."

"Because he's decided to leave you and join my Familia, of course," Hestia said, making things up to provoke Loki.

"What?!" Loki's face flushed. She was about to explode.

Hestia crossed her arms, trying to show off, and said smugly, "After seeing me, isn't it only natural that he would abandon you?"

Loki finally exploded. With a tearful look, she pounced on Hestia.

She grabbed Hestia's soft cheeks with both hands and pulled them left and right. Then she pulled and kneaded Hestia's jowls up and down and side to side.

Although Hestia's eyes were tearing up and her eyebrows were furrowed, she didn't back down.

She bravely fought back, but her short limbs couldn't reach Loki's long, flexible ones. Every one of her attacks missed.

Hephaestus watched the two goddesses fight with a calm expression. She was used to it.

Although she could see that Loki had unsealed her divine power, she knew very well that Loki would never use it to attack Hestia. If she did, Hephaestus wouldn't just stand by.

Emiya, who had already seen this scene in the story, didn't try to stop them.

He let the two goddesses, in a very unbecoming manner, beat each other up. Fortunately, he had already sent Erina and Hisako back.

If they had seen two powerful gods acting so pathetically, their reverence for the gods would have completely shattered.

On the other hand, Loki easily overpowered Hestia because she had unsealed her divine power. She finally pinned Hestia to the sofa and rubbed her against it.

Then she sat on Hestia's back, looked at Emiya unhappily,

and asked the same question again. "Why did you bring this shorty here?"

Emiya shrugged. "Erina Nakiri and Hisako Arato have joined Hestia's Familia, and they'll be traveling between the two worlds often, so there was no need to hide it from Hestia."

Loki clicked her tongue. She had miscalculated.

She should have taken Erina herself. Now, she had given a huge advantage to the shorty. Hestia was still struggling

under Loki, but she would never give up.

She wouldn't lose to this person. That was Hestia's mindset.

Hephaestus saw that the fight was over and finally spoke. "All right, Loki, stop bullying Hestia. She's about to cry."
