Chapter 200 - Chapter 11: Chianti

Miyano Akemi froze. She didn't recognize the man speaking to her.

"If you want to see your sister, get in the car," he said.

She immediately realized he was a member of the Organization and had no choice but to comply.

"Where's Gin?" she asked, but the driver gave no answer. He simply drove the black sedan around the area for a few loops.

"When can I finally see my sister?" she asked again.

"Don't be impatient," the driver replied.

A moment later, he received a text: [No one is following]. He quickly replied: [Bring her over].

Smiling faintly, he told Akemi, "No need to rush, Miss Miyano. I'll take you there now."

Then, flooring the accelerator, the car shot forward like an arrow released from a bow, disappearing almost instantly.

From a building over fifty meters high, Emiya clicked his tongue.

He's cautious... but unfortunately, he isn't being followed by a normal human.

Using his Observation Haki, Emiya locked onto Miyano Akemi, ensuring he wouldn't lose her. He activated his psychic powers to bend light, rendering himself invisible, and flew silently behind the car.

The car drove for over half an hour through busy streets, then turned onto a smaller road. Another half hour passed, weaving through a dozen turns and several traffic lights, before it finally stopped in front of a glass building.

"We're here. You can get out now, Miss Miyano," the driver said expressionlessly.

Akemi stepped out, worry flickering in her eyes. The driving had been fast and erratic, and she wasn't sure if Emiya had managed to follow. If he hadn't, their plan would have failed completely.

Her phone buzzed with a new message: [Your sister is waiting for you on the thirteenth floor.]

She tucked it away and entered the building. Ten minutes later, Emiya appeared, blending with the crowd, and took the elevator to the thirteenth floor.

There, in a small cold drink shop, he found the Miyano sisters. Two men in black-likely Organization members-sat at a nearby table, scanning the room sharply.

Emiya walked straight to the sisters and sat beside Akemi.

"Hello, ladies. My name is Emiya. How about we get to know each other?"

Akemi was simultaneously relieved and amused.

Shiho's face immediately hardened.

"I don't want to get to know a frivolous person like you," she said coldly.

The two men in black rose instinctively. One approached and patted Emiya on the shoulder, while the taller one exuded a threatening aura.

"What do you want?" Emiya asked impatiently.

The man who touched him swung a punch.

Thwack! Emiya blocked it effortlessly and shoved him.

Bang! The man flew backward, knocking over several tables.

The tall man instinctively reached for his gun. Emiya, seeing this, mimicked a pistol with his hand.

Bang!

An invisible force struck the man squarely in the chest, sending him flying. If Emiya had truly wanted to kill, a single shot would have pierced his head.

Shiho's eyes widened in disbelief. She couldn't understand what she had just seen.

Emiya turned to the sisters. "Are we ready to go?"

Akemi stood, took her sister's hand, and smiled. "Of course."

Shiho hesitated. "Sister?"

"Don't worry," Akemi said. "Let me introduce you. This is your new boss: Emiya-kun."

Shiho blinked, confused.

"New boss?"

"Yes. From now on, you'll be leaving the Organization and working for me. My treatment will be far better than anything the Organization provides."

Shiho's eyes widened. "Really? You're taking me away?"

"Don't you want to leave?" Akemi countered.

"I... I've thought about it..."

"Even if we leave, Emiya-kun's power surpasses the Organization's. They won't be able to touch us," Akemi reassured her.

Shiho's gaze lingered on Emiya. Could this seemingly frivolous young man really be stronger than the Organization itself? She had been a high-ranking operative and knew their strength well-normal people had no chance.

"Where are you from? FBI, CIA, MI6, KGB...? You're Chinese... are you-"

"You're overthinking," Emiya interrupted. "I represent no one. Only myself."

Shiho frowned but didn't argue. Akemi squeezed her hand.

"Trust me. The Organization is no match for Emiya-kun. He's a psychic."

"A psychic?" Shiho began, skeptical-then remembered the hand-gun incident.

Emiya patted Akemi's shoulder. "Step back."

Akemi obeyed, puzzled.

Bang!

A window shattered nearby. A bullet abruptly stopped inches from Emiya's forehead.

Shiho was dumbfounded. Akemi gasped. Had she not stepped back, the bullet might have struck her.

Emiya reached out and caught the bullet. His gaze shifted to the sniper-a woman hundreds of meters away, looking through her scope.

He smiled faintly.

The butterfly tattoo under her left eye and heavy makeup made her identity unmistakable.

Chianti. One of the Organization's top snipers.

Her personality was as infamous as her skill-neurotic, bloodthirsty, and dangerously arrogant. She took pleasure in having her prey in her sights, yet she was nowhere near Gin's level.

Chianti's eyes widened as she saw the bullet stop in front of Emiya and be caught effortlessly.

What kind of monster is this?

The smile that met her gaze froze her blood.

In an instant, she leapt from her sniper nest and fled.

She had to survive to expose Gin's scheme.

Chianti called Gin frantically.

"Gin! You bastard!"

Gin, confused, asked, "Chianti? What are you talking about?"

She sneered. "I'll tell the Boss about your scheme! If I die, it's all your fault!"

Gin had no idea what she meant. Chianti realized too late: she had been used as a pawn. Her past actions had angered this formidable man, and now she was disposable.

Gin could only watch, bewildered.

Chianti ran without looking back, desperate to find a safe place. Only if she survived could she expose what had truly happened.
